Sea Shell Palms, Ocho Rios

The peace and the tranquility, staff was very hands on and attentive

Beach was too close

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was on time and delicious.

I didn’t stay long enough - I would have loved to use the pool which was inviting.

It was amazing moment and the family will surely come back there.

The light went out has we check in

Everything was great. The pool was clean and nice, the apartment was also clean and spacious with AC. The breakfast was great each morning and ontime

The location

You had to share a kettle with several people. Think that’s unhygienic

Very nice staff and good security Always feel safe in the environment

Breakfast is good but could be more menu's

🛌 pillows too flat

Excelente experiencia.

Lovely staff nice location rooms were clean and perfect for our stay in Ochio

Replenish of towels

There was nothing I did not like about my stay!! This is the second time me and my husband stayed there. The rooms were immaculate, clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is served based on a variety of options, with orders taken the night before. Security officers Green and Brooks are awesome and accommodating, with warm smile, knowledgeable about the property and provided us with assistance in taking our bags to the room, gave us the wifi password in a tour guide setting. On our way to the property we saw Island Grill, Courts Jamaica, KFC, Pizza Hut, Sakura Express, Juicy Patties, a plaza with Sagicor ATM etc. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!! Marcia and Dennis Evans. There is a pool and jacuzzi on site for the guests, wifi is available and this place is a 5-10 minutes ride to town. Private and route taxis are available. There is a police headquarters at the front of the property with a mini mart, restaurant and a place where you can buy lotto etc. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon!!

Nothing

the breakfast

The low water pressure apparently the water pump was off

Staff security Mr.Brooks an Mr. Green was exceptional

Nothing to never like all wasgood

It’s location.

Clean and friendly.

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was nice and very clean. My stay was quiet, clean an comfortable

The property is a little dated. The ceilings in our room were damaged the remote didn't really work for the TV and the most annoying thing was coming in after being out in the heat all day expecting to take a shower and the water is off until 5:30 am

The environment was pristine and tranquil, featuring an exquisite outdoor pool( looked at from balconydue to renovation). The daily breakfast delivery service was highly appreciated; however, a broader selection of continental options, beyond the omelet, would enhance the offering. Our group also suggested the inclusion of porridge as an additional breakfast choice.

Regrettably, the week was not entirely satisfactory due to ongoing renovations throughout the seven-day period, which disrupted our rest. Additionally, the presence of multiple workers by the pool area was a contributing factor. While we acknowledge the necessity of these works for facility upgrades, we believe they could have been scheduled at a more opportune time. Furthermore, timely communication regarding these disruptions, rather than being merely advised to avoid the pool due to ongoing work, would have been greatly appreciated. The sofas are also outdated and sank when being used at times was difficult for my mum to get up, often used beds to be seated due to this discomfort.

I booked this stay as a Mother's Day surprise for my mom, and it exceeded expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, making her feel special from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with a calm atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the entire experience was memorable. My mom loved it, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to create meaningful moments.

Great location and clean room

Not much to dislike since was I there for 2 nights

Secure and off the main

Na

Breakfast, location, room, staff

Wifi was limited

The security was very helpful and pleasant

The internet timed out after a while and only one of my devices was able to connect

Rooms were great

Policies, reception not always open especially on arrival, deposit needed in cash, water goes off at night, location not the best.

Hospitality

Internet

I enjoyed the breakfast . It was tasty ( cake and salted fish)

Had potential but location not to be desired

Teh surrounding, next to police station, but at least we were safe.

Atendeu as expectativas.

Gostei de tudo

Breakfast was excellent

Room was quite dark

The breakfast was great.

I cannot say I didn't like anything.

I liked that it was quiet and the staff was very welcoming. Mr. Green, the security guard was really pleasant.

I understand that the brand is developing so I will not criticize but it has a lot of potential.

I liked the location of the property, ease of access to everything.

Property was very safe.

Good

The place was very copy. Breakfast was good rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious

Nice bed and breakfast

Bed and breakfast place only.....

Breakfast not good....

Very friendly and courteous staff. Big and comfy bed, it had both fan and ac, the place was cool so didn't need either most of time, soft lighting. Breakfast was delivered to the room the time we requested. The room was cleaned to perfection every other day.

No kettle was in the room, the curtains allowed too much light in from the corners, breakfast was cold for two mornings, not ideal to reheat certain foods.

We like the breakfast, and hotel was located in quiet area

None

Great breakfast and location to supermarket, restaurant, ice cream shop, beaches, Ocho Rios town and many other amenities. The setting of the room was great and a lovely pool. Friendly staff

The beds were very firm, I prefer a softer bed

The security guards hold the place and were very nice and answered any questions I had.

We liked the location and the clean spacious rooms. The staff provided us with excellent service.

staff

dirty pool

Location is okay. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Hotel was clean and cozy. Very quiet except when the church has its service going on. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

No pool or beach towels available. No coffee maker. There was an additional cost for amenities. Breakfast has to be ordered from the day before and it is served in the room. Would have loved to have known beforehand about this.

Twee slaapkamers twee douches. Heel fijn.

Hoezo arrogant? Helaas!

The staff were very professional, helpful and respectful. The area felt safe and there were quite a few restaurants close to the property. The room was clean, comfortable and had all that I needed. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great room great staff

Bed not comfortable

Had to pay if I wanted extra towels. No whi fi. Breakfast was what I ordered stuff was left off plus it was cold. Bed was very small. Security service was good. Mr green tried but seems it was happening for me on my booking. Wasn't happy at all. Wouldn't want to book there again.

Just helpful security service.

The pool was large and clean. There were several breakfast options provided which was delivered on time and the unit we stayed in had all the items we needed for the evening. There's hot water too. The staff was also quite nice. This includes the security who stayed overnight.

There's some work being done on the property and although I didn't see the animal, there was dried poop in the grass as you approached the pool area.

It felt lovely like home to home

No porridge on the breakfast menu

Easy booking in process. The amenities were good.

The address said Ocho Rios, but it was in St Mary.

I like the location, breakfast, and the room

My bed was too small

Lovely place and staff

The security and personnel are welcoming and respectful. The breakfast service was wonderful! I will definitely visit again.

The staff was welcoming and very professional. The breakfast was top tier and the rooms and grounds were very clean. Its a safe and peaceful property to stay no hassle good relaxation lots of activities close by ...tourist attractions and plenty beaches and rivers. I would highly recommended

Good

Was not what I expected

Not

Beautiful place to be

The stay was great but most of all the security guard at the gate was very professional his customer service was exceptional he was the one that assisted with everything

I liked the room and the amenities.

I didn't like the bed.

Food was excellent friendliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent only 10 mins from the center of ocho rios if you want to be away from the hustle of the city this is the place clean quiet safe no one bothering you I enjoyed my stay 24 hr security only thing missing was not being on the beach but it’s only mins away
