Un grand merci à toute l’équipe très professionnelle et accueillante. Ma chambre était très propre (j’adore le carrelage). J’ai également apprécié la décoration et le style de l’hôtel. Hôtel parfait pour visiter la merveilleuse Seu et faire du shopping en centre-ville et profiter de la terrasse pour bronzer et se rafraîchir. On se sent dans un cocon en sécurité.

Great location in a beautiful part of the old town. Lovely room and bathroom (Molton Brown toiletries). Stunning view from the rooftop -with a plunge pool. The hotel staff were so lovely, and couldn't do enough for us. We'll be back!

I loved my stay at Hotel Basilica. The facilities were nice, the staff were welcoming, and the location right in the heart of Palma was excellent.

Un hôtel magnifique de très très bon standing. Un personnel au petit soin, diligent et toujours de bonne humeur (mention spécial à Javier qui parle par ailleurs un français parfait) L’hôtel Basilica est idéalement situé (dans une rue calme) et proche d’une magnifique basilique ce qui lui confère encore plus de cachet et d’authenticité. C’est un hôtel luxueux mais d’un luxe sobre (un luxe de bon goût en somme). L’hôtel est très calme et l’on y dort très bien (nous avions deux chambres pour une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants adultes). Le petit déjeuner est très bon et fait de produits frais. L’hôtel est parfaitement bien climatisé et nous a permis de bien nous reposer et de nous rafraîchir après des journées de visites dans Palma ou dans Majorque sous de fortes chaleurs.

Il manque la possibilité de pouvoir dîner dans l’hôtel. Ce serait un vrai plus (après une journée à visiter Palma).

Not much clothes space.

The whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location is great, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff looked after us exceptionally well from the second we arrived. Breakfast is worth doing! We added it on each day as hadn’t pre booked but definitely recommend. We will 100000% return!

Genuinely no negatives

Excellent location, caring and attentive staff. Beautiful facilities, couldn’t recommend it more and already planning our return.

The entrance to the hotel is stunning, as is the views. I had the room with the balcony and sun chairs, the pool is small, but has stunning views of Palma and everything is in walking distance, so location is amazing. The hotel has a boutique feel to it, and you feel safe as you need a key card to get you into the hotel. I like the welcome drink and the explanation of where everything is, even the free soft drinks in the fridge in your room.

The floors of my room were frankly a little dirty, like it hasn't been swept or moped. There was also the prior guest bikini bottom hanging on the outside lounge area. I don't think any guest would want to see prior guests clothes.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, the staff is very polite, clean rooms, close to everything. The breakfast has many options, it is suitable for those who preffer hotel breakfasts instead of exploring local restaurants.

First night, we got a room with strong vibration and noise on top floor just below the pool and they said they had no room to change. The staff tried to help but nothing helped when there was no room according to what they said. We had very bad sleep and feel the money was totally a waste. It’s so basic you just expect a relaxing and quiet room during holiday.

The location was excellent and the staff were absolutely fantastic.

I was a bit disappointed by the rooftop pool area. It would have been nice to sit at a table with a drink but the area has only sun loungers and an honesty bar.

Expensive for what you get

Perfect central location, in the heart of the historic quarter. Stylish, comfortable rooms, adorable staff and fab pool/roof terrace.

Location, staff, interiors, nothing was too much trouble

Balcony was barely in the sunshine so we didn’t get to use it at all sadly and no view as expected we’d be on a higher floor, but it didn’t really matter. Lack of basic toiletries - ear buds, shower cap etc would have been nice.

Sehr ausgiebiges und leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Kathedrale oder an der Shopping Meile. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Schön war auch der Pool auf dem Dach, mit vielen Sonnenliegen. Poolhandtücher gab es vor Ort, sogar für den Strand wurde eine Tasche mit Liegetüchern zur Verfügung gestellt.

Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Die Matratze war mir persönlich etwas zu weich.

Location was great and was a lovely modern hotel with a quiet rooftop pool. Can imagine it gets too crowded at times but was ok for time of year we went (April/May).

To be picky - The hotel next door has hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at Quadrat which is convenient but wish this hotel did more bites to eat even small plates would be good or fresher not mass produced pastry. Overall was perfect stay.

Underbart hotell med det lilla extra av personlig service, perfekt läge i de charmiga äldre stadsdelarna. Härlig takterass med utsikt mot katedralen och andra historiska byggnader. Fantastisk frukost med allt man kan tänka sig!

Unheimlich persönliches, geschmackvolles kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr hübsch. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und es gibt eine nette, kleine Bar, wo man vor oder nach dem Abendessen einen Drink nehmen kann.

Staff were extremely friendly, the gentleman who greeted me was very welcoming, recommended places the best places to go and even let me borrow a charging adaptor. I didn't catch his name but he was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, with excellent facilities including rooftop pool and free mini bar. My room had a view of 2 cathedrals which was a bonus.

Das kleine Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Dachterasse aus, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Basilica. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück in einem sehr schön eingerichteten Raum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ist für alle Wünsche offen.

Etwas hochpreisig in meinen Augen (ich war allerdings alleine dort), aber mit Flair

Ein schönes, helles und stilvolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Basilica; Eine Dachterrasse, die zum Relaxen und Sonnenbaden einlädt, mit einem wunderbaren Blick über die Altstadt; Ein tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche übrig läßt; Überall ruhige Ecken zum Pausieren; Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen; Ein fantastisches Gastgeber-Team, das seinesgleichen sucht. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder!
