Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Very affordable and Conveniently located near 7eleven among other shops and eateries.Walking distance to china town and bukit bintang night market.The view from my room was beautiful since they have long windows.
Nobody assisted me to my room and there was no orientation about the amenities in the hotel, i found out there was a coffee house on my last day.They should have an iron box or steamer inside the room instead they have one at the entrance of the floor just next to the elevator so you have to walk all the way to do your ironing.

The towel hotel is kind of smelly. I wish they could put a lot of detergent so that the towel will have a good smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

It is also within easy reach of Jalan Alor’s famous food street, where you can experience a great variety of local food and dining options. For those looking to enjoy Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant nightlife and entertainment, the Bukit Bintang area is also easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the service from the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, I found it to be a very convenient and practical choice for both leisure and city exploration. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a clean hotel with a great location, good service and easy access to Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions.

What I didn’t like was the cleanliness and overall room condition. There were cockroaches in the toilet, and the toilet bowl was not clean. The air conditioning was not strong enough, and the room was only average. I was advised that there would be a 3-room setup, but I received only 2 rooms, and there was no view as expected. The room also had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bed did not feel clean and had an unpleasant odour

AC wasn’t cooling enough and sometimes it would stop working also. Complained at reception and they sent someone but even he couldn’t fix. Asked for a change in room but that was also not done. Also the housekeeping would not clean the floor or the tables properly. Staff would say they would get the issues resolved but nothing at all happened. Would never stay at this hotel ever again

"The bedding was poor, with stained hard pillows. The elevators were slow. When the payment page appeared, Booking.com charged a significantly higher amount than the initial quote. As a long-time customer, I am very unhappy with this practice. I hope someone can break down the costs and refund the overcharged amount."

وجود منطقة التدخين امام المدخل الرئيسي للفندق يستغلها بعض النزلاء لشرب الخمور والقيام بتصرفات خادشه للحياء عندما كلمت الاداره عن الموضوع ابلغوني بانهم نزلاء وفي منطقة التدخين ولايمكنهم فعل اي شي لهم الفندق غير مناسب للعوائل ولاتوجد معهم خدمة توصيل الحقائب الى الغرف احمل حقائبك بنفسك مهما كان عددها

The only hotel we could find checking in after 12am so didn’t have any other options. The property was terrible, smelled smoke on our floor. The building is old and the air conditioning was struggling to cool our room even though it was a tiny room.

No aircon on the whole building, they use central air blower fan relying on central chiller tank system..i paid for whole 3 days and i checked out after a day in the hotel..sleepless and restless due to the room temperature was very hot..although its up to my personal experience but honestly i wont be coming back to this hotel.
