We stayed in the 2 bedroom attic apartment and it was wonderful. Great views of the river and couldn’t ask for a better central location in Old Town.

Tiny elevator but we enjoyed the stairs anyways

Nice place for family. Not far from Lucerne station. Location is right in the middle of tourist attraction. Facilities look brand new. Our room is at level 2 but there is a small lift to carry up the luggage. On price that we paid - worth the experience.

The location is wonderful. Our room is overlooking the Chapel Bridge (see photos)! Rooms are well kept and spacious and good for big family.

I would say the hanging mirror as it was loosely placed it fell on my son while he was walking on the hallway. The lift is too tiny for luggages but at least they have one.

Falta conforto no apartamento. O sofá cama na sala é horrível, a cozinha é pequena, o ventilador não é suficiente, o elevador é minúsculo. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

Dass die Putzfrau um 10.30 Uhr auf der Matte stand und sehr unfreundlich war.

Excellent location, everything reachable by foot within 10 min with kids. Entrance to the building from the city and river side too. Clear instructions.

The apartment was not ready at 3:45 pm, we had to contact the customer service several times till we got the keys. Also, the (tiny) lift was broken on our last day. Given the location on the first floor, there is a lot of noise from the restaurant and the street - unless we close the windows, but then we lack air. The washing machine is shared with the other apartments, and often busy.

Location is in the middle of Old town and out room had an amazing view of the canal.

The bathroom smelled so bad that I couldn’t almost go in. We requested extra cleaning, I am not sure if it was done or not ( they responded that they were going to send someone) because smell was not gone away. We were assigned Saturn3 on 3rd floor, it took a while to find it because it was hidden behind another door and there were no instructions anywhere. Also the water from the shower was not consistent in temperature which was annoying. Finding the building was also not straightforward

The property was very central and spotless. The best part of our stay was the breathtaking view, offering a beautiful panorama from the Chapel Bridge all the way past the Jesuit Church..

The elevator/lift was quite small, but that is to be expected in an old building..

הדירה נוחה מאוד, ובמיקום מעולה ממש. הכל קרוב, ממש מעל מרכז העניינים. הדירה נקייה, מוארת, ומצויידת.

הצ'ק אין היה מייגע. לא קיבלנו את הוראות הכניסה לדירה, אלא בשעות שלפני ההגעה ממש, ואחרי 2-3 פניות במייל. אורחים עם רכב צריכי לקחת בחשבון שאין כניסה עם רכב לעיר העתיקה, ולכן צריך לחנות בסמוך בחניון מסודרים. זה אומר שיש הליכה של כמה דקות עם מזוודות (לא נורא), וכן עלות חניון. לא נורא, רק צריך לדעת.

Air con was not in situ and the room fans were inadequate for the heat.

It was not so clean. Because there was no air conditioning there was too noise with the windows open. It had just one wardrobe for five persons

At 10:00 a.m., an older woman with a loud voice knocked on our door. She very rudely demanded that we leave the room immediately because check-out time was at 10:00 a.m.

Location was perfect. Very clean. Plenty of room for our family.

Would have liked a couple extra towels since we were there for multiple nights. And washcloths.

La ubicación inmejorable, y desde la ventana se ve el puente de la capilla. El apartamento grande. Tiene lavadoras y aprovechas un alto en el viaje.

No tiene aire acondicionado y por muchos ventiladores que pongas, en la última planta se concentra el calor. El sistema automático de chequin etc es muy impersonal y si hay un problema no sabes a quién acudir

Peak summer and no air conditioning it was quite hot in the room. I’m sure this isn’t an issue for most times of the year.

אין מזגן , חום בלתי נסבל בדירה . לא הצלחנו לישון שלושה ימים . ביום פשוט הסתובבנו בחוץ שם היה יותר נעים מהדירה .. שלחו לנו מאווררים שלא עשו את העבודה . לא מומלץ להגיע בקיץ!!!

Great location, clean apartment. Easy check in and check out.

Noise

The perfect location of the hotel is my favorite. It is right bybthe river and we can see the wood bridge and Luzern lake from the hotel room window. Also, the hotel is equipped with washing machine and dryer so we can do laundry when we stay.

We couldn't have checked in on time and it has been delayed for 1 hour because the hotel room was being cleaned.

A portable AC option may have helped during the heat wave.

交通位置方便，廚具及餐具新穎整潔，爐台火力稍弱。有附電風扇，但腳架不太穩。浴室熱水忽冷忽熱，要小心不要燙到。整理而言很推薦。

Exceptional location, we could see Chapel bridge, river and church without stepping out of the room.

The attic rooms, being on the top floor, were good for views. From ergonomics point of view, bed arrangement could have been better so that the other side of the bed is easy to approach.

The location is good and you can see the chapel bridge right off the window.

The rooms are weird and beds are with cheap mattresses. There is no air conditioning so it was very very hot in summer. If you open the windows, there are a lot of noises from the restaurants and bars downstairs, and the bugs got in (no window screens). The washer and dryer are in common area of the building and you need to buy your detergent (which is super inconvenient if you just stay for couple of days and the smallest packages of detergent that you can buy from COOP is a 20 loads pack!). The shower is very small and slippery and hard to turn around inside. There is only one cheap detergent (combo shampoo and body wash). The coffee machine leaks too and cannot make coffee. We arrived at 3:00 to check in, but the key box does not have keys, and called the office. It turns out that the room was not ready until 4:00pm. (They are nice over the phone though and granted late check out, so it kind of makes up to the late check in).

The location was perfect across and next to the River / Chapel Bridge. It’s close to the train station and famous stops.

We noticed there is water stained under the sink in the kitchen suspecting water leak. The management company sent someone next morning without letting us know ahead and some of us are still asleep. It’s rude and the person just come and take a look said no need to repair nor offer to switch room :(.

The location

The lift did not work the whole time we were there. The heat was unbearable and we had only small fans that did nothing. The beds were very uncomfortable. I booked this apartment for the lift. We had an elderly person that struggled and was resistant to leave the apartment.

Fantastic location. We were there during the Stadffest and got a free concert through the windows. We were in the attic unit. Everything was awesome including the AC which was a godsend ( we were there during a heatwave )

The elevator worked when we checked in but was not functional the rest of the time. Since this meant 4 flights of stairs it was a pain, dragging luggage down is never fun. Bonus free cardio!

The view and proximity to Old Town, Pier, Train station etc. The apartment overlooked the river. Great restaurants all around.

No cars allowed in area, so you have to pay for city parking and roll bags. Fine if you are prepared, but you are going over cobblestone and stairs so be prepared

Amazing location in the heart of Lucerne with great views of the city, bridge and distant mountains. Comfortable for a family of four with one bed in the main living area. Unique architecture of the apartment made the layout a bit strange but that added to the experience. Lots of stairs to access the apartment but there is a small (2 person) elevator/lift in the building.

The kitchen was outfitted with basics. It was adequate for us but we ate out for all of our meals except light breakfasts and snacks. The kitchen could lack some items if you plan to prepare meals in the apartment. The apartment had a small A/C unit but it was turned off for our first night. Being on the top floor it was intolerably hot that first night. Someone must have come into our apartment the next day because magically the A/C was turned on and a control remote appeared on the table ... A/C made the temperature comfortable during a June heat wave for the remainder of the trip. Low water pressure in the shower. The washer/dryer unit worked to clean our clothes but we could never get the dryer to fully dry them. They came out very damp and we had to hang the damp clothes around the apartment to dry them. There is another shared set of regular washer/dryers on the second floor that worked well.

Great location, restaurants right by the apartment, less than 10 min walk to the main train station. They stored our luggage in the apartment since we reached early , which we really appreciated so we could go out and sightsee until check in time. Definitely recommended the place. Easy check in check out and great apartment.

Location and layout were very nice

Unbeatable location! This apartment is in the heart of Luzern, we couldn’t have asked for a better location or view. Easy walk to the train station, a coop grocery down the street, lots of restaurants within walking distance and being able to look out over chapel bridge was a treat. We were there during unusually hot temperatures and the provided fans were very very appreciated.

The beds weren’t very comfortable and a few extra pillows would have been nice (but I also think maybe all Swiss pillows are much thinner than what we’re used to).

The location on the river and steps from Old Town was perfect for our family’s stay.

The apartment is spaceful for five of us. The kitchen is well-equipped.

The water is very small at shower and it's not hot enough. It's hard to prevent water coming out from the shower, as there's only a curtain between wet and dry area.

We loved waking up to the amazing view of the Chapel, the Alps, the water. It was perfect! We didn't know how beautiful it was until we get there, since we primarily book the place because it was close to the public transportation and shops, and the washer to do laundry. The view was a bonus. Two thumbs up!

Getting to the property was a challenge even the taxi had trouble navigating. We had to call to get the key from the lock box. I later found out that the instructions was sent to my email but at that time I didn't have an access because of cell service. The person on the phone was nice enough and walked us through to get in the room. The elevator was too tight, there were four of us but we had to take two trips with our luggage. The room was decent and spacious just right for us. It's worth the price.

Fantastic location in the old city of Luzern. Clean apartment. Nice balcony for relaxing during evening.

No a/c , which isn’t necessarily a do not recommend , but Luzern had experienced some warm weather (82) farhenheit and the place would not cool down even with all windows open and floor fans operating. The unit we stayed in (named sun4) was on the top floor and like an attic retained the days heat. The place features Very spartan furnishings which gives it a contemporary charm but at luxury hotel price.

This was our 2nd.stay at the Chapel Bridge Apartments !The location was perfect and the views sensational, the apartment was roomy and fully equipped, it was quiet and centrally located.

For the second time we had a problem accessing our apartment even though it was well past the 15.00 check-in time. Unfortunately there are no 'HOST' representatives situated nearby to assist in solving problems.

Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o lago e montanhas, simplesmente perfeito o visual! As camas eram boas e o apartamento dispõe de utensílios novos. Ter máquina de lavar roupa e secadora no prédio de forma gratuita ajudou muito. A localização é ótima!

Claramente faltou um microondas no apartamento, facilitaria muito a vida principalmente com bebê. O elevador é velho e pessimo, ele parou comigo e com minha filha juntas, e ficamos 15 minutos gritando por socorro e ninguém nos escutou pois embaixo é um restaurante com bastante barulho. Aliás, a janela do apartamento da pro lago com as mesas de restaurante embaixo, então um certo barulho e também cheiro de cigarro podem acontecer.

- The location was perfect since everything was nearby, such as restaurants, groceries, shopping, and the train station. - The 1-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious for four adults. - They also have a washing area, so it was a huge plus.

- If you are carrying a lot of luggage, it will be an effort to reach the apartment from the train station, but it was fine. They have a lift, though, which is good. - No AC, though, but they have an electric fan.

How neat and tidy it was, clean comfortable beds location was excellent Instructions were also excellent Washers and dryers were easy to use and it had good basics.

That there was only 1 bathroom and the bathroom while it was pretty, was next to impossible to keep dry. The shower floor is slick and water gets everywhere. All the walls and floor get damp easily -poorly designed. It was however very clean and in good condition. Other than that the futon conversion an industrial cover should be coved in better cover with couch pillows and maybe a throw blanket.
