HITrental Allmend Comfort Studios

Room was clean & spacious, ameneties needed were provided. Migros grocery store is just next building. Bus stop is walking distance. You can see Mt Pilatus if yu get the right room in the building.

my only bad experience with this property was non-communication reg getting keys which took lot of time.

Spacious, clean everything you need for your stay.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was perfect for our family with two kids. The apartment was secure, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bus station is only a 2-minute walk away, and buses run very frequently, making it very easy to get around. It is also conveniently located close to the mountains, which was great for exploring the area. There is a Migros supermarket just a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. There is also a public park right near the entrance, which was great for the kids. The check-in instructions were very helpful and clear, and the whole check-in process was easy. Check-out was also very convenient and self-service. Additionally, we were provided with the "Lucerne Visitor Card in advance", which was very helpful during our stay. Overall, a lovely place for a family stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

N.A

Neat and clean. Good Location and nice amenities.

Der storen beim balkon machte was er will

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, The location was convenient, We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️✨

Everything, its almost perfect.

No bidet and aircon

Clean - had fan already set up for us! Bathroom were clean and spacious! Parking was right there!

Nothing

We had a very good stay at this apartment in Lucerne. We are a family of two adults and two children, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and convenient for us. The location was excellent, with a supermarket nearby and a bus stop right next to the building. This made travelling around the city very convenient. The bus provides easy access to the city centre and Luzern train station, and you can easily take a bus back to the apartment as well. The self-check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the staff provided good online communication. One thing to note for future guests is to make sure the city tax is paid before arriving at the apartment. After completing the payment and check-in process, we also received a guest card, which was very helpful for travelling around the city. Overall, everything was perfect for us. The location, cleanliness, smooth check-in process, communication, and convenient transport connections were all excellent. We had nothing negative to say and would recommend this apartment for a stay in Lucerne.

Nothing all good ✅

It was not easy at all. I was on a vacation and not on treasure hunt. It was raining when we get the near the building and no mood for looking for hidden keybox. I was lucky not to reach at night. Collection of city tax and revealing the process of checkin is not guest friendly. Even keeping luggage in the facility was not a pleasant experience.

Multi steps process to find the key and tight security system in the building.

Close to public transport and migros store

There was no Air conditioner, Fans were very slow to give pleasant sleep in hot nights

Apartamento moderno y limpio

Ładny apartament, czysto, piękna okolica, dobry dojazd do centrum, blisko przystanek autobusowy. Balkon. Ekspres do kawy i kapsułki!!!

Cleanliness

Instructions to use the induction unit should be there in the apartment. Also, as it was hot, fans were provided but 1 fan did not work

We really enjoy our stay at HITrental. It's very convenient, clean.

Onpersoonlijk sleutel halen.

Very comfortable and clean. A quiet neighborhood. Although outside the city center, the old town was very easy to reach. Also, a supermarket is next to the building.

Nothing comes to mind

Location.

Parking expensive.

Modern, clean, good facilities, grocery and bus/ train station near by, security good

Too hot and no Air conditioner

Easy to access with public transport. Clean facilities and well equipped.

No A/C. Two fans were provided. But if you are there when it’s hot, the fans don’t help much.

Good instructions on how to pick the keys

All Good

Good experience

Good stay

Location

Very dirty anf malfunctioning toilet. No support from the staff

calm, peaceful, secure, good location, near bus stop

unserviced apartment, no air conditioning, one fan wasnt working

Great location, a short bus drive away from city center et close to supermarket. Well equipped.

Rien

We had a blanket that has fresh blood on it. I wish the cleaning team had done a better job.

Room was spacious with a balcony. 4 min walk from the bus station, 3 min from a grocery store.

Avoid this property during summers, there is no air-conditioning, no windows for cross ventilation, just one balcony door for fresh air. When we complained the staff told us he will deliver extra fan, stayed there for 4 nights. The fan never came. Sent messages to the property to ask if we could leave the luggage for few hours after checkout, he didn't respond to messages. Also avoid the property if you are coming to Switzerland to enjoy the wilderness and nature. Although a good apartment building but it's for the city life.

Close to transportation routes, easy accessibility

Room is tight, we booked a space supposed to be enough for a family of four, ended up in one individual small room!

Tight but fine. decent location close to a swimming pool and grocery store.

Despite paying the city tax we did not recieve the travel cards that were were supposed to. which is frustrating

Location, spacious

Bathroom was stinky. Exhaust was not working.

Waschküche vorhanden, Supermarkt und Parkgarage gleich daneben. Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage.

Location is good, close to bus stop, migros and restaurants. You get a nice view of Mt. Pilatus from the bus stop. Automatic lift with a scan of yiur room key which is amazing.

While the host provided a fan, the apartment is still very hot especially that we experience heat wave during our stay. 2 fans would have been great. The smell from the main floor is a bit weird but the smell disappear as soon as you reach your apartment level. We stayed at 3rd flr.

Dairede ihtiyaç duyulabilecek neredeyse her eşya mevcuttu.

Clean, safe, excellent for a family

Nothing serious, although the bathroom room exhaust needs a fix and water drips from the shower on to the floor

Limpieza

Location, very close to the bus station and close to the main train station Supermarket in the building right in front of the accommodation and playground for kids

The beds weren’t the best

Gute Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Luzern. Sehr gute Anbindung an ÖV Netz.

Location is nice and stay was comfortable

Instructions could have been more clear to get key and how to go to the floor and room. As it was first time for us in Switzerland, we had some hard time to find the room, once we reach the apartment.

Security and comfort at the entrance, as well as helpful instructions

the aircondition dosent work properly, but they added a ventilator there

Everything

Nothing

Location is good, convenient to public transport, providing Lucerne Visitor Card for free bus within Lucerne.

Uninviting entrance, it’s like walking into a college dorm. It gives you a hospital-like environment, zero touches for decor. But what turned me off the most is the smell. We walked in and it was like walking into a kitchen. Indian food smell permeated the walls, not inviting for a bedroom.

Aseado y buena ubicación

Location of apartment is great

Nothing

No washing machine in the room

Cleanliness and accessibility

Very neat and clean, quiet big room, kitchen with all utensils, it helped me lot.they also put fan that was good.

Balcony door was locked..
