The location is 10-15 minutes drive away from downtown. The breakfast is exceptional, served with eggs, sausage, bakery and all the standard the hotel breakfast items. Staff were all professional and friendly. The overall facility is clean and spacious.

The breakfast was basic. The pillows were a little too soft. It was a lot of money for a nights stay but may be worth it if you use more of amenities.

Very well maintained hotel with excellent facilities. Our room was very large and had all the wonderful amenities such as toiletries, a fridge, free water bottles, coffee, etc. We were very impressed with the cleanliness. We also enjoyed the free breakfast options. Check-in process was super efficient.

Breakfast was perfect, lots of options but sometimes challenging to find a seat but we were travelling during high season. Rooms modern enough and clean and comfortable. Balcony would have been nice but probably would have meant a higher price tag. Great pool.

I enjoy French toast or pancakes with mini sausages, along with banana and yogurt, and a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast.

My PSW/support person wasn’t comfortable sharing just one king bed, as I had originally tried to book a king bed and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, a hotel staff member emailed me to say they had changed it to only one king bed because someone else had booked the sofa bed for their needs. Next time, I’d prefer a wheelchair-accessible room with two queen beds for me and my PSW/support person.

The front desk, who also work as food attendants, have no power to help with problems and just constantly apologize The food was mediocre and inadequate for the price of $441.00. It was a skimpy buffet with greasy, sweet food. It was one option of egg, meat, two kinds of muffins and oranges, apples and bananas. There was no seating available from 7:45- 9;15 on Saturday and Sunday and they ran out of fruit. The fruit did not reappear until Tuesday. We were told we could eat in our bedroom if there wasn't room to sit. We were told it was a long weekend and that's why they ran out of fruit and room to sit. I'm sure they have been in business long enough to plan better. Earlier this year we stayed in downtown London, England with a plentiful, nutritious breakfast buffet for less. One night we were constantly disturbed by the banging noise of the people above us. The real problem was the administration 's lack of any form of compensation for these inadequacies. I'm sure this will never change, but book something cheaper. The rating on Booking.com certainly doesn't reflect what you get for what you pay. Definitely try something more reasonable.

Easy access

A big shout out to Greg at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us. The pool area was also nice,. Hopefully next time I will have time to swim. The breakfast was good. I think you need to change the egg offering. Other hotels offer fresh scrambled eggs. Other than that everything else was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the waffles.

We needed somewhere on the Montréal to Toronto route to stop, and this was perfect. I can’t tell you much about my stay because it was seamless - friendly and quick check in, decent room and a good breakfast.

Great location, clean and staff nice

Completely unreasonable and disgusting service. I am a Stage 4 lung cancer patient and booked a room for the night before a bone scan. The threat of bad weather came on and we had to wait to see if it materialized before driving the 2+ hours to Belleville from home. The storm started shortly after 11 am and, after calling the hospital to discuss changing my scan, I called the hotel to let them know I couldn't travel in the bad weather. I was informed of the 24 hour cancelation rule and was told my card was being charged for the room. I explained the situation and I was told that was too bad, rules are rules. I even explained the health issues and the fellow on the phone confirmed that, even if I had been hospitalized due to my illness, he'd still charge my card for the night. Absolutely no compassion whatsoever. Hilton, we're done with you.

Fabulous stay. There was a minor hockey tournament in town on the same weekend, and even still, the hotel was equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is that the juice cups were the size of shot glasses. Regardless, it was great that breakfast remained stocked even with so many guests staying.

It’s not about not liking but more about improvement suggestions. In this type of room, you may want to consider a comfortable chair and not something on wheels as it may not be practical depending on the physical limitations. Toilet seat should also be higher.

Ok, place. Breakfast was good.

Pretty tight room for 3 people. Washroom did not have a separate door and vent fans.. We went for a conference and had to be there by 6.30 am. When my wife tried to make coffee and microwave same time the fuse went off while we use both appliances at the same time. Called the front desk around 4.30am. Carea who answered told me it will be fixed in 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed nothing.. called back she said she went through the circuit breaker and all looks good. She had contacted the manager Mike. I told her to try to move the circuit breaker on and of for my unit.. she said will do. But never got back to me with an update..when I called back she did not answer the call. I took shower in the dark get depressed and went down. No one was at the front desk. I called using the phone in the lobby. She came.. asked for updates.. she said have to wait for the maintenance to come till about 8 am. Though my wife was to be with me at 6.30am I decided to leave her and I went. When my wife came down she had met a guy(sorry she did not get the name) told him the situation. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes. I never got an apology from anyone including Mike the manager.. I have few friends who are electricians and they said poor electrical work… this should not happen. I have never experienced this kind of problem in a hotel in my life.. I am not sure how well the staffs are trained to handle emergency situations. This is one of the safety concerns too. I would think it will be fare for me get some compensation for this inconvenience..

De kamer was heel schoon en ruim. Ook was de receptionist heel aardig. Het ontbijt vond ik ruim voor wat ik moest betalen. Ook was er gratis koffie en thee. Zeker een aanrader!
