staff were wonderful and very accommodating, beds were comfortable and the rooms were lovely, what a wonderful find in verbier.

Situation exceptionnelle au coeur de Verbier. Personnel super sympa. J’y étais pour le tour des stations et le personnel a tout fait pour s’adapter: petit déjeuner à partir de 6 heures, droit de prendre le vélo dans la chambre, accès au spa après la course. Un grand MERCI!

Charming hotel- staff very nice great location

This was my second time staying at Hôtel de Verbier, and I will definitely return again. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The views from the room balcony are gorgeous! The breakfast is amazing!

A wonderful hotel right in the center. Great facilities and excellent staff, prime location, very good breakfast. The balcony offers a perfect, magical atmosphere for watching the stunning Alpine sunrises and sunsets over the colorful town below.

The room is unsafe. The gap between the bed and the wall is only about 25 cm, with the TV mounted right there. Walking through with hot drinks means constantly risking hitting the TV or spilling coffee on yourself and the bed. Moving the coffee table near the balcony where there is plenty of space would solve the problem. The step to the balcony is not highlighted, making it a major tripping hazard (especially without glasses).

Ideally situated in the center of the village and recently renovated, this was a wonderful find for our annual stay during the Verbier Festival. All the staff, from reception to the restaurant, were attentive and kind. Our room change was handled smoothly and with enthusiasm. The breakfast is generous and varied. We recommend this hotel for a cosy stay right at the heart of the action (ski lifts, shopping and bike hire).

Aangename geur bij het binnen komen van het hotel. Super vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt kon beter/gezonder. De avocado op de avocado toast was niet vers en niet lekker. Cappuccino was niet goed gemaakt door de koffiemachine. Mocht nog meer keuze zijn van pistolets. Nu was er enkel brood en koffiekoeken. Geen garage aan het hotel en de parkeergelegenheid in de buurt wordt niet vergoed door hotel. Jammer.

Good central location. Perfect if you like some bustle in beautiful Verbier. Staff friendly, room very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the location was excellent, and the beautiful mountain views made it a relaxing place to stay. The spa and gym were also excellent and added to the overall experience.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are so well decorated, the spa is a real treat and the breakfast is just exceptional. Everything feels cozy and high-end at the same time, which is a sign of a true gem.

There were children in the SPA. People in SPA didn't take shower before entrering to sauna and jacuzzi. Not acceptable.

Great hotel, staff very nice and helpful, easy check in and check out. The room is new and comfortable, good breakfast, despite low season the staff is there, ready to help and serve what you wish.

Had a room facing Place Central and was really noisy until the about 3am…..sometimes 4. The rooms were quite hot and opening the windows made the noise worse.

Another wonderful week at Hotel de Verbier - a recently renovated boutique hotel located in the heart of Verbier. A delightful team of welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts with a cosy bar and a lovely Italian restaurant. Highly recommended!

Cosy little hotel with small spa (hot tub, hammam and sauna), great location and friendly staff. The restaurant Intenso has delicious food. Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception who called the office de tourisme to figure out what time I had to take the bus. Also special thanks to housekeeping who cleaned our room at 16:30 hours when we had forgotten to switch the sign to "please clean room".

Had a phenomenal stay at Hotel de Verbier. The property felt like a cosy chalet, with beautiful rooms and the perfect spa for post-ski relaxation. It is located right at the centre of town, which is a short walk to the main ski lift. The ski room was great and the staff were so helpful and catered to our every request. I also enjoyed the products in the rooms which were high quality. I have previously stayed at a 5* hotel in Verbier, however this was even better and worth every penny. Felt right at home, and will be definitely coming back when in Verbier again!

Perfect place in the middle of Verbier. Elegant interior and calm. Very good cleaning and perfect room with extremely good beds. Friendly staff who where very serviceminded. Even good restaurant and bar.

What a fabulous place We had an amazing stay here, the staff are so friendly and efficient. Decor, rooms, lounge, dining room all gorgeous Lovely small touches like the rugs on the balcony chairs, Umbrella, toiletries etc. We arrived very late but the staff arranged a virtual key app which allowed us access to our room. Parking very nearby, fabulous views.....cannot praise this place highly enough

Einzig der Spa Bereich könnte in der Hochsaison vielleicht etwas kuschlig werden, da der Platz begrenzt ist.

Unbeatable location and rooms were comfortable with a nice balcony

The bathroom light and extractor fan are on motion sensors, which is inconvenient at night if you don't want to trigger them. The fan was particularly annoying: once activated, it ran for over 20 minutes and was very loud even with the door closed. Staff told us the run time was not normal, but also said the automatic sensor cannot be disabled. Bring back simplicity please.

Tout était parfait. L’accueil, la chambre, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuné, le spa… rien à redire vraiment. Je retournerai sans hésitation!

Juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking mais bon, c’est en plein centre, ça peut se comprendre.
