Hotel Indigo Frisco by IHG

Superior room was very spacious including the bathroom, comfortable bed, sofa, plenty of space to work.

The AC was very loud and couldn’t be adjusted, so I had to switch it on and off repeatedly to keep pleasant temperature and also wear earbuds to sleep.

Location, cute inside, clean

Shower needed an indoor handle, kinda scary. TV was down and they glossed over it. Should have been upfront. I came for a solo getaway to escape with shows and could not.

I didn't get the breakfast because I was charged for a vio of coffee by the staff and I thought my room came with a complementary breakfast

Clean friendly helpful staff

Location….Hard to find at night behind other buildings

Everything

The pool was out of service

Staff was very friendly and prompt. Property was clean and attractive.

Bed was hard as a rock. Walls are paper thin—I could hear everything.

I like the waiting area in the lobby

I didnt like getting spam texts, it was our honeymoon so we kinda hoped for something special nothing big but something extra during our stay- a flower petals at least. And also there was not fridge or microwave so we had to throw out our food from the wedding. By the time we got a text from the staff mentioning they can bring one, it was already thrown away and we had a few hours left in the room. Just not all we expected for the price of the hotel

Nice and clean great location

The staff was great. The bartenders Eric and Aleea were super friendly and we really enjoyed talking with them. The front desk clerk made it an easy check in and out.

Pool was out of order. We were looking forward to a day relaxing by the pool. We were not aware before our stay, so it was quite disappointing.

Clean

The location for the outside travel I needed to do was great. Room was a nice size for my family of 3. My issue is with the gentlemen at the front desk. They were very unwelcoming and I will not put names for decent respect unlike what they had for my family and I. They were very prejudice. My family and I are black and we never received any welcoming from them whilst entering/exiting the establishment. I will more than likely never visit this location again. They were very welcoming to the white families and “apologized” for their time of waiting while my family didn’t receive the same respect. It is extremely disheartening to feel this way where we should be welcomed and treated with the same respect as any other person.

The property was in great proximity to everything I needed. It wasn’t busy at all. The pool is small but my grandkids enjoyed it since it was never full with guest. The breakfast and dinner were always GOOD!!!!

Housekeeping didn’t refresh our room on our second day being there. They tried to enter the room at 8:15am (what was the reason to come this early when we were not checking out) while everyone was still sleep. We eventually left for the day at 10:15 and returned at 6:00. The room had not been refreshed nor clean towels and toilet paper was left. I went to the front desk to inquire about it and she first said that we left a note on the door, which was a lie then she said we told them to come back, which was another lie. I told her we never spoke to anyone and if we had, they still didn’t come back. She gave me towels and toilet paper and after getting back to the room I realized two of the big towels were still wet.

Everything

Everything was good

Nice

Great service

Great location! We could walk to the Comerica Center as well as a local park with a walking path. The MLV visiting teams also stayed at the hotel!

Had to pay for water bottles in room after the first two.

It’s good

Cut my foot coming out of the shower

Upscale neighborhood.

Narrow parking spaces, making it difficult to open car doors. Glass shower doors always leak and flood the bathroom floor, causing a dangerous slipping and fall hazard.

The cleanliness and esthetics

It is pricey.

Very nice clean and comfortable. Omar is great!

Overall location, nice looking accommodation decor, etc, friendly staff, online check in and check out was helpful

I could hear the neighbors from time to time. Word for word conversation at one point

Nothing

The breakfast was tasty. It was convenient to out room.

Nothing. It was good.

Room was clean.

Not hot water on last day.

Beautiful and safe location. Excellent staff. Ample parking.

Each time I’ve stayed in rooms at the Indigo, the shower door seals, leak, and partially flood the bathroom floor. This makes it slippery and increases the risk of slipping and falling.

Such a vibe at this hotel! We stayed here during Thanksgiving travel and it was the best location. The staff were amazing and we had no issues checking in. My parents loved their suite and the double quee. Was super spacious! Would definitely recommend!

I loved almost everything!

The only thing I would change is the TV! With a toddler a Smart TV to steam cartoons would have been ideal!

Staff was excellent

It was in a very nice area. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy and swift. The room was exceptionally clean.

It was perfect.

Great, friendly service, awesome atmosphere and super clean! We will be back!

Good

The staff was very responsive and friendly.

Awesome staff

A lot of shops near by. Would definitely book this property again. Everything we had planned was a 5-10min drive up the road.

We were able to check in an hour early. The hotel was convenient to shopping and the airport. We had breakfast in the dining area which was good, but a little pricey. I would stay there again.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It’s a very nice and trendy hotel. Staff is always friendly. Omar is the best! Great happy hour at the bar. Rooms are always cleans and well appointed.

Great area !!! Great Hotel

Excellent staff, when there was an emergency with the dining staff they let us know the car would be closed for the night then offered to help assist us in finding dining options.

Breakfast should be until 11:00. Internet wasn’t good

I loved the chance to order food and have a drink at the bar! Very clean place. Staff were very great! Especially Damien bartender and Omar at the front desk! And I love the hotel design!

The hotel was inviting and easy to find. The room was spacious and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great room and decor busy bar

I book and i try to change the date and

self parking is a bonus people are nice and the facility is clean and well maintained

hate that there is no refrigerator in the room. one of the last hotels I stay without one nice stand for suitcase but no light over or near the space so difficult to see for some reason google and apple maps do not take you to hotel even with address

Great place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Nice property and I would stay again.

Great place to stay!!

I thought everything was professional done and have no complaints.

Property was kept clean and I would definitely visit again.

Staff was great! Room comfortable and hotel clean and nice.

Clean and amazing place, beds are so comfortable here and amazing staff.

Extremely personable and felt very welcomed. Had a great stay and extending the stay was a breeze.

This was a great place and perfect location

Amazing place

The staff were very helpful. Also they gave me two rooms across the hall from one another.

The property was nice and clean. The room was very spacious for 2 people

Beautiful property. Felt homie and comfortable. Wasnt sterile looking like most hotels. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities were phenomenal. Will definetly be booking again!

Great view that was in short distance of a variety of activities, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Room temperature was great and room was comfortable. Only thing missing was a mini fridge but this was hardly a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean property and room we would definitely come back.

Ask for wine glass didnt have used regular cup Room was smelly they cleaned when i was gone took 4hours they said but it got better

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included

Include breakfast

I travel a lot and my first impression was the room was very clean and not smelling like dog or cigarettes. The bed didn’t have any permanent body impression included with the room. The front desk staff was great to work with at check in. This is one I would recommend to my friends.

.

Customer service is top notch!

The pool is SMALL🥴 very disappointing!! I arrived at check in and the room was NOT ready. It took an additional 1.5 hours before we could get in the room.

Looks a little old

Nice experience, staff was helpful. Beds are pretty stiff / hard if you’re into that type of thing and with the AC fluctuating due to unforgiving heat outside at times, but enjoyed the pool thoroughly and it was a great experience for myself and family of 3. Would recommend to others.

Very clean Very friendly

Great menu for breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, awesome rooms.

Room always seemed humid despite temp on thermostat. Front desk staff was friendly. Really liked that they have texting which made making requests or getting information a quick and easy breeze! Note: even though rooms do not come with a refrigerator you can request one from the front desk. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great However the a/c didn't work in our room They did offer to come fix it however we were just walking up They were set to come back in 3 hrs but didn't when they found out we were checking out in 2 days

The employees are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Frisco, TX.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice room and excellent service. Would definitely return!

Great place

Hotel was very nice and clean. Customer service is amazing! We made it in town early and got an early check in with no problem!

Contemporary style and in a nice location, the AC is a bit temperamental, but otherwise no complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and nicely set up. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was great except the towels. They were very hard and scratchy.

Five Tool Baseball Tournament - central location to all four fields. Very modern room, clean, plenty of room. Comfy beds and pillows. The hotel smells amazing, clean.

Location, value, clean. Staff was kind, responsive, and professional.

No smart television in the room!!! Biggest peeve. The lights in the room kept malfunctioning. Sometimes the overhead ones would work, sometimes they would not. Not a huge deal and I didn’t report it, but was annoying. Breakfast, even a small option included would be great especially per cost of room. And ice machine is not located on each floor. Even though there is a machine. But again, not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient.
