Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Enfield

Habitación grande y cama cómoda. Buen desayuno

Nada. Esta bien

Personal molt atent, esmorzar molt be i variat

queda apartat i et cal cotxe

Everything. Friendly staff, stylish and clean room and common areas.

Nothing.

Good location. Pool. Friendly staff

We were put in a handicapped access room. It had no sofa, the bathroom was probably fine for people in a wheelchair chair but word for us. The sink was outside the shower room.

It was close to where I needed to be

It smelled like cigarettes and the ac had a weird smell

ok fair selection of breakfast foods, good coffee

bed was worn out , bottomed out when sat on, bath room faucet , could not access pop up lever, shower did not maintain temperature, noisy room air conditioner

This location was conveniently located and very clean.

Bed

Pool, nice shower, comfortable beds, great breakfast

Nothing

Piscina anche se non utilizzata per maltempo

Freddo, colazione senza cioccolata, niente pancake niente waffle solo pane in cassetta bagles e Muffin ai mirtilli.

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous. Petit déjeuner excellent et belle variété. Les lieux étaient propre. Lit super confortable.

Le gym manquait un peu d'équipements.

Chambre propre, emplacement idéal, personnel sympathique et excellent petit-déjeuner.

La seule chose que je n'ai pas appréciée est que la porte de la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être réparée.

It’s close to family when we visit from Maine.

The pool was out of commission and no reduction in room cost or free drinks were offered as compensation for the disappointment The breakfast standard continues to decline.

They took three 20 dollar charges on my card before they charged the room ,I'm curious why.

Confortável

Limpeza do banheiro

Personal, las camas muy comodas i buen desayuno

Que la piscina no estuviera operativa

Guy who checked me in was really friendly and welcoming. Room was clean.

Thermostat only went down to 66, to hot to sleep well.

Las camas muy comodas, el personal muy amable

Que la piscina no estava en servicio, i en verano esto es basico

ceiling in the shower was cracking very badly, not a pleasant look

Average, nothing outstanding.

Rooms not cleaned on regular basis by room service

The night auditor who checked me in Stephanie Fabrycki was totally lovely! The property was in a good location with a fair price.

The hotel really needed a good scrub. The room needed some attention as examples the space between the sink and mirror in the bathroom was disgusting and there were chewed sunflower seeds in a grove in the night table.

I requested adjoining rooms. They said their systems were upgraded 2 days prior and all notes were lost. A but frustrating.

Loved the shower! And room was decent value as we were only there for few hours, slept and showered and had breakfast. Easy trip from MGM

Not enough outlets in room; none in bathroom. Also while free breakfast is always great, would have liked a meat - bacon or sausage. Overall all good!

The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep!

Breakfast was minimal

A WORK VACATION THAT WAS NASTY. AS A CORPORATE WORKER IN FINANCE, IT WAS NOT UP TO PAR FOR THIS LOCATION. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME SINCE 2022. I WILL NOT RETURN AS THE SURPRISE DISAPPOINTING STAY LEFT A IMPRESSION.

The cleanliness

Comfortable beds and generous sized rooms.

Continental breakfast had a decent amount of options, but the food was only mediocre tasting.

Cleanliness

Bathroom needed repairs

Fair.

The washer/ dryer app didn’t work and I had put the clothes in with washing powder. Had to take them all out. Beside the bed someone had thrown up and it was only partially cleaned. I felt something wet on my feet and looked down. Terrible!😣 Poor housekeeping to not see that on the floor. We had to change rooms. My first stay at Fairfield Inns was not a good introduction to your brand.

Cleanliness was great Scenery was beautiful Pool was big and my son enjoyed it Upgraded bathroom Coffee was good

Breakfast could have been better I tried to get dinner but there was no one at the bar to order My fiance said the pillows were too thin

Clean and very safe and comfortable

0,nothing

The location was very convenient. Room was quite comfortable and so was the bed. I didn’t get the opportunity for breakfast but I appreciated having it as an option. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not much.

Close to some stores

I don't like that the check out says at 11 and at 10 they are already cleaning rooms so that they leave before 11am. The bathroom had an ugly ceiling and the shower doesn't look clean. I was hoping that the breakfast would be good, but the scramble eggs was very watery and the boiled egg is hard and very cold, the juices had little things inside. I've been to other fairfields and the breakfast was excellent I don't know what happened here. They also charged you for the parking as if it wasn't enough for them to pay for the room 😑 and also $200 just for one night too much

Great location and provided dinner.

Bathroom could have been a little bit more cleaner.

Location and friendly staff

N/a

Staff was very nice

Great location, friendly staff, clean, large rooms, good gym facility

The food is all served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery - would be nicer to use proper equipment!

Location and the quietness

I was not aware that you would charge us $22 a day for parking. This was a disappointment to see on our bill. Left a bad taste.

Breakfast so so

Room

Terrible food and staff.

Breakfast was great

Very good

They had a very good and simple dinner about $15 per person in addition to the excellent free breakfast. It was very quiet.

No problems!

clean quiet

Comfortable, easy access to highway, close to the airport

Clean and comfortable room.

Muy Bueno el Desayuno. Tambien el Profesionalismo del todo el personal. Los Felicito.

Ceiling in the shower is pealing. Room smelled stale.

easy checkin. good breakfast options

Welcoming to pets. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly, lots of noise on the hallways from other guests, breakfast good but deteriorated food was being served (French toasts with molt spots on several of them) disgusting…

Great stay

Was good

Breakfast was adequate. Reception was very well.

The room was very noise, position of the room (windows) was the worst position available in the hotel.

Good place

We enjoyed our stay. Booked two nights for The Big E. It was very convenient and enjoyed the nice goodie bag we received upon check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Only down side was the hotel bar is closed on Sunday’s and Mondays. In my opinion it should be open daily. Everyone should be able to enjoy the amenities the hotel has to offer everyday.. Other than that I highly recommend. It was perfect otherwise!

Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed room. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast

Such a pleasant stay

The hotel was fine, basic. However, they charge $7 per day to park a car. There is nothing in the area, it’s not crowded, just an annoying upcharge.

I like the friendly stuff ,the diversity of food options in breakfast and comfortable clean room with plenty of spaces for fresh air and green energy

The location is far from Downtown Hartford

2nd time staying and will be back. Whenever in Springfield, we stay here!

it is in close proximity to my daughters college. Quiet, safe area with lots of property.

I do not like that the bathroom doors do not shut very well

The property is misrepresented in descriptions saying it has a restaurant. A bar with very limited hours and a bartender who serves microwaved and cold snacks as well as drinks is not a restaurant. And the bar was closed for one of our two nights for a “baby shower” party. The pool and gym were well equipped and nicely kept. The staff was mostly nice but clueless about events on the premises and amenities in the area. Our room was clean but depressingly bare: faux wood floors with no floor or wall coverings and a large expanse of empty space. The lighting was sparse and there were not enough electric outlets. No outlet on my side of the bed and so could not keep my phone in reach and charge it overnight. Finally, the property should advertise that it is dog friendly to warn off those who are not comfortable sharing a hotel with strange dogs. There were dogs everywhere and the lawns of the property was pockmarked with dog poop.

Nice place with a nice hot breakfast. It just stinks at their rates they feel they should charge guests a parking fee per night.

Bed was too soft for me No electrical outlets near the bed Outdated usb ports

Parking wasn’t included
