Loved the bridge with the creek right outside our window. Beautiful building, very clean and modern, friendly staff, great location.

A very pleasant surprise. The hotel is well-located, featuring an excellent front desk reception, a great bar, and a superb dinner menu. The only downside was the breakfast, which could offer more diet and low-calorie options. I will definitely return.

I really like this property because it was two blocks from historic whiskey Row, it was clean and comfortable.

Restaurant and bar on site closes pretty early on weekend (9pm). This was bit of an inconvenience after coming from a sporting event hoping to have a nice meal and time to relax with friends.

This is a fantastic Hilton property. The beds were comfortable and it is in walking distance to the square. It is spacious and clean. Note: Breakfast is not included.

Location with park next to it was perfect for walking the dog.

The location was great. Free parking. Safe to walk to restaurants, cafes, and museum off of the town square. Very friendly staff at the front desk. They provided dining suggestions that were excellent. We needed extra towels nd they were brought up to our room quickly. An extra cot was also provided upon request as our teenagers did not want to share a bed (we had two queen-size beds). The cot fits in the room just fine—no extra charge for it.

I really do love this hotel! Always have such a good experience with the staff! The beds are comfortable the room is nice. There is a little park next to it where you can walk out there's a creek as well. So you're nestled right there downtown where you can walk to everything but yet you walk out the back and you've got the trees the creek and a path to walk on. Best of both worlds. I always want to give a shout out to all the staff and make this such an amazing stay! Mainly front desk staff: Shout out and thanks to... Candice!!!! When traveling we only stay at Hilton’s!! We love the Hilton in Prescott, AZ. We stay here multiple times a year. Wonderful rooms and amenities. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. Beautiful property and location. Extremely clean. The staff is amazing! Triple Creek Kitchen in the hotel is a must!!! We have eaten there many times and are never disappointed. Prime rib dinner on Fridays is a must!! Kimberly S.

The carpets are awful and need to be replaced ASAP. The bed was small and marginal comfort. There was a fingernail on my floor and the bathroom floor was sticky. It wasn't awful but I certainly went stay again

It was very clean and very up to date decor.

Most hotels have their own heating and AC systems in the room but you set the temp and the fan goes on and off all night. It kept waking us up. I don’t think there is anything that can be done besides turning it off.

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet, good restaurant, 24/7 snacks and drinks for purchase, great location, heated pool and hot tub were also clean and open. We broke a wine bottle and the cleaning staff took care of it immediately. I left my Bluetooth speaker behind and they let me know in time to go back and grab it before we left town. We were very impressed and will certainly be back for another girls trip.

We have stayed at many Garden Inns, we like the brand, this was the cleanest, friendliest, and overall comfortable that we have stayed at so far. Also, this one had the best restaurant by a significant margin. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were of the highest quality, great selection and price. The dinning staff was tops, all the way through, and so was everyone else who worked here. The location is excellent. One block from the center of the fantastic downtown of Prescott. Parking, perfect and no charge.

Everyone was friendly and made our experience amazing! And the location to where we wanted to visit as a get away was great.

First, I would like to thank the front desk staff for there hospitality and great attitudes. It was a welcoming feeling and refreshing to see. Rooms were spacious. Rooms Felt, Looked, and smelt clean. Beds were comfortable. Thank you housekeeping crew. Outside noise was not disturbing while trying to sleep or relax. Prime Location 3 to 5 min walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The bridge on-site is unique and perfect for photos. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice! The food was very good too. David our server was so sweet. Sean another server was kind too. Shawn at front desk was very nice and helpful.

The tv was difficult to figure out. We would have to use our own Netflix account or any other account to use it. No local stations. The window doesn’t open. You have to use the fan on the air conditioner to get air circulating.

The room was huge, clean, with natural sunlight. We had a roomy balcony and a lovely view of the creek. Front desk called me when the room was ready since we arrived early. Restaurant was great. Friendly staff and digital key was convenient. Also walkable location to center of town.

Everything was great except the bed. It was very springy. When you sat on the bed it almost felt like a spring was gonna come out of the bed.

Our favorite hotel in Prescott.

Left my flat iron there and called the next day And they “didn’t have it”. A little frustrating and suspicious that left belongings are just disappearing. Hotel itself was lovely and front desk staff very nice.

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff really is amazing! I do want to give a shout out to Adriana, she was such a blessing and such a help. Also, I do want to give kudos to Charlize I was a little frustrated with trying to pay my bill on departure a different way and she was so patient with me! The housekeeping, the restaurant staff, they were all so nice and helpful. This hotel is in a great location downtown Prescott. You can walk pretty much anything there! I'm always grateful how I am treated at these Hilton properties!

Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Prescott was a great find for me. The room was perfect the restaurant food is delicious and very convenient. I will be coming back to this jewel of Prescott.

Terrible staff

Sehr neues Hotel mit tollem modern Style, mitten im Herzen von Prescott. Großes Zimmer, mit modernder Ausstattung und großer begehbarer Dusche. Das a la Cart Frühstück war ganz frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Für ein so neues Hotel ein No-Go. Leider ließen sich die Fenster auch nicht öffnen so das wir sehr schlecht geschlafen haben. Die Betten waren uns etwas zu hart. Der Preis für 1 Nacht passt leider nicht zum Preis/Leistung Verhältnis.
