It is well equiped, feels like you are in your own home, perfect location, means of transportation are just nearby and can be easily reach by walking, City center is just about 5 minutes walk, Staff are super friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to Family and groups.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the station. We checked in at night, and the process was straightforward, with clear instructions. The room had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools.

Just a few things to improve: it would be nice to replace the pillows, maybe with firmer ones; the ones we had were not good. Also, it would be nice to have more dishwasher tablets and basic salt and pepper in the kitchenette.

The young woman at the reception—Giuseppina—was polite and well-mannered; she helped me a great deal. Ziad and the other receptionist were also very helpful.

Amazing location and view , beautiful apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Useful kitchen.

1- The people who come late should be send their password for the key box by email or wets up one day before reach . 2- should be also send correct wifi earlier 3- should be available towels and tissues everyday, no need to ask 4- The staff should be welcomed and smiling, not taking a lot 6- reception should be provide cold water or juice in chick inn or check out

Very disappointing stay, especially considering how expensive the accommodation was. On arrival, we were required to provide a €300 security deposit, which was an unexpected additional requirement. We were also informed that we could be charged €700 if the fire alarm was triggered and the fire service attended, which made the whole experience feel unnecessarily stressful. The standard of the accommodation and service did not justify the price at all. There was no soap provided in the bathroom, which is a very basic amenity. Even worse, one of the bathrooms had a blocked drain, causing water to overflow out of the bathroom and spill towards the bedroom. This should have been identified and fixed before guests were allowed to stay. There was also no cleaning or housekeeping service during our stay. For accommodation at this price point, I would expect much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance and service. Unfortunately, our interactions with the staff made matters worse. We found them rude and unhelpful rather than welcoming or interested in resolving the problems. Overall, the accommodation was far too expensive for the level of service and facilities provided. Between the large deposit, the potential €700 fire-alarm charge, bathroom problems, missing basic toiletries, lack of cleaning and poor attitude from staff, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

Excellent location, very convenient and close to everything. The apartment really felt like a home, which was especially nice for a family stay. It was comfortable, spacious, and having a bidet spray (شطاف) in the bathroom was a big plus for us.

- We faced an issue with one of the bathrooms drainage. It was fixed while we were out, but we weren’t informed, so we only found out at checkout. A little clearer communication would have helped. - The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and we found the mattresses a little less comfortable than expected.

Lokalizacja obiektu w idealnym miejscu. Kilka chwil do rynku z restauracjami, blisko do jeziora, od drugiej strony kilka minut do kolejki gondolowej.

Bardzo czyste i przestronne apartamenty, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy.

Die Einrichtung war solide, die Betten prima. Tiefgarage kostenfrei. Mit der Sommerkarte waren die Nutzung einiger Gondeln und mehr kostenlos. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt.

Personal als Ansprechpartner war nur bis 17 Uhr vor Ort. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, die Gastronomie hat Urlaub gemacht.

The apartment was huge, very clean with great views! It was well equipped and just lovely to stay in. The location was amazing, just a couple of minutes walk to the lake, shops and restaurants.

My experience at this property was generally good. The two receptionists were absolute sweethearts and very helpful. However, the apartment definitely needs a deep clean. We found hair in the toilet, stains on the walls, and nails on the bed. We informed the management, but unfortunately, nothing changed and the cleaner was never sent to address the issue. On the checkout day, I received a call from the duty manager asking us to vacate the apartment. We acknowledge that it was our mistake not to inform them in advance that we needed a late checkout, and that itself was not the issue. What upset me was the tone used during the call, which I found unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the conversation ended on a very negative note. Overall, the property has potential, and the reception staff were lovely, but the cleanliness and the way the checkout situation was handled need significant improvement.

Отлично местоположение - близо гара, автобусна спирка, езеро, супермаркет, заведения, в самия център на града. Обзаведеждане - удобни легла, кухня снабдена с всичко необходимо, голяма маса, външна голяма тераса с място за хранене (в апартамент с две спални и две бани). Красива гледка! Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card - беше голямо удобство и ни спести много пари.

Имахме чудесна ваканция, само дето валя дъжд всеки ден. Щеше да е хубаво да има някаква игра или книги за дъждовните вечери. Нещото което най-много ми пречеше беше шума от трафика при отворен прозорец, което разваля усещането за почивка. Всеки трябва да направи своя избор и компромис!

Sehr schönes Appartement, ordentlich und sehr sauber. Pflegemittel und Handtücher vorhanden. Großer Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den See. Zwei Aufzüge für die oberen Stockwerke, Tiefgarage ohne Aufpreis. Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal.

Das Frühstück..... Angepriesen wurde eine große Auswahl mit frischem regionalen Spezialitäten. Stattdessen gab's jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst und Käse, aufgebackene Semmeln und Obst, das zum Teil schon braun, gammlig und verschrumpelt war.... Für den Preis, den wir für das Frühstück bezahlt haben, hätten wir auswärts besser frühstücken können.

Świetna lokalizacja. Czysto i przyjemnie. W ramach hotelu otrzymaliśmy kartę Summer Kard, która uprawnia do wielu darmowych usług w miescie: wyciągi, transport, wejściówki. Super!

إطلالات الغرف على الجبال موقعه في السنتر وحوله كل شي موجود من مطاعم وبقالات عربيه وبجانب البحيره والتلفريك بالإضافة انه يقدم بطاقه زيلامسي الصيفيه

وجود نشافه ملابس واحده فقط تضطر تنتضر ممكن اكثر من ساعه علشان تحط ملابسك بعد الغسيل.

مطبخ متكامل الموقع في السنتر وجود شطاف في احدى الغرفتين والغرفه الثانيه بدون شطاف لربما من اراد الحجز ان يؤكد عليهم بايميل مصعد يوجد مواقف ارضيه بسعر مناسب 10 يورو فقط

Good location. Easy check in.

On the main road in Zell am see so it is very noisy with fire engines and police cars zooming up and down as well as traffic all night. Everything else was functional but no ambience. They also had a third party scam so all my bank details were hacked.

بصراحه الاطلاله الجميله ونظافه الغرف ووسع الصاله أنا أخذت 3 غرف وصاله مواقف سيارات الموظفين متفهمين و طيبين كل شيء حولك السنتر والبحيره بس هالسنه الجو حر وشمس في النهار وبعد الساعه 4 الجو جميل وبراد تقدر تجلس في المطاعم العربية والتمشيه لغايه 11 ليل

1- لا يوجد تكييف فقط مرواح صغيره لازم تفتح الابواب حتى يكون عندك هواء بارد 2- لا أحد يحمل الحقائب عنك ( معظهم فنادق النمسا وألمانيا ) نفس الطريقه 3 - لا ينظف الغرفه ادفع مبلغ 100 يورو مقابل تنظيف ليوم واحد 4 - عند الخروج النهائي يجب ان ترمي جميع الأوساخ في القمامه بنفسك

Te duur ontbijt voor wat je krijgt, vonden het ook nodig om de planten te gaan spuiten op dat moment. Ten gevolg een invasie aan wespen. Tot drie keer toe moest het pasje van de parkeergarage geactiveerd worden voordat hij werkte. Appartement niet gezellig ingericht.

Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of July as a family of six. Our children range in age from 4-16. Zell am See is a stunning place, we arrived by train from Copenhagen as part of our interrailing trip and even the train journey had the most beautiful views! Once we arrived we couldn’t quite believe our eyes at the size of the apartment, the huge balcony or the cleanliness. Perfect in every way! Even with six of us we never felt on top of each other. The location was also amazing with excellent local train and bus access - would highly recommend the mountain coaster in Kaprun, Sigmund Thun gorge or Mooserboden reservoir for great days out we also made great use of the local lido where the kids enjoyed jumping in the lake off the high board! All in all a perfect stop and we were sad to move on to our next destination. We will definitely be back!

Sehr geräumiges und gepflegtes Appartment.

Sehr laute Straßengeräusche (direkte Lage an der Hauptstraße), und die Verglasung schluckt das leider nur zum Teil. Dafür sehr zentral gelegen.

Amazing location. Ample free parking. Two rest rooms and a large terrace were wonderful. Mr. Misha the receptionist is very friendly and offered us activity passes that were extremely useful. Quite, clean and nicely distributed two bedroom apartment. They provided a much needed fan to keep air circulation.

During warm summer days an AC is a must. Exhaust fan didn’t exist in the bathrooms. Kitchen was very small.

Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und kundenorientiert. So sehen Menschen aus, die wirklich gern in einem Hotel arbeiten. Dafür gibt's locker eine 10 von 10. Die Zimmer sind im besten Sinne modern, gemütlich, sauber und klar strukturiert. Hier ist nichts zu viel oder zu wenig. Da wir insgesamt 5 Personen gewesen sind, haben wir ein Apartment mit Küche und ein zusätzlich anliegendes Erweiterungszimmer (A) gebucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder - durch eine interne Tür verbunden. Die Betten waren extrem bequem. Der Stauraum im Schrank ist absolut angemessen. Wer auf's Lüften steht, muss hier mit dem Verkehr leben! Die Lage des Hotels direkt in der Innenstadt des Dorfes ist kaum zu toppen. Geschäfte für die Versorgung sind Fuß nah zu erreichen; edlere Boutiquen inklusive. Auch der Gang zum Wasser-Fontänen-Spiel (Di, Do, So ... 21.30 Uhr) ist wirklich kurz. Was das Hotel (neben einigen anderen Hotels im Ort definitiv besonders macht: die KAPRUN-Sommerkarte. Diese bereits im Preis enthaltene Gutscheinkarte für kostenlose Nutzung von Freibädern, der Schmittenbahn hoch zur Schmittenhöhe, Bootstour über den See und und und ... macht den Urlaub in Zell am See deutlich günstiger und wirklich erlebnisreicher. Das sind wirklich gute Angebote! Wir haben abends gern den Ort erkundet oder auch zusammen in der Ferienwohnung gekocht, geschwatzt und gespielt. Die Unterkunft gibt Ihr Bestes, das spürt man und das kann man auch genießen.

Die Zimmer, die wir hatten, waren zur Straße gerichtet (Süden, Blick Richtung See - durch die Häuser gegenüber kann man Teile des Sees sehen). Nachteil: die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. In diesem Teil des Hotelkomplexes staut sich die Wärme. Somit blieb nur die Nacht zur Kühlung bei offenen Balkontüren. Folglich war der Verkehrslärm deutlich störend (Züge, Lkw, Pkw). Davon fuhren reichlich. Für die Kühlung am Tage haben wir auf Bitte zwei Ventilatoren erhalten (eben: toller Service :-)) Eine Nachrüstung von Klimageräten ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der wohl sensiblen Rauchmelderanlage ist die Nutzung eines Toasters nicht möglich (es ist auch kein Gerät dieser Art in der Küche enthalten). Ansonsten sind Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank tadellos. Im Hotel gibt es separte Serviceräume mit Mülltonnen für den getrennten Müll und auch Möglichkeiten, Wäsche zu waschen (haben wir nicht gebraucht).

The apartment was well equipped although we did have a problem with the extractor fan in the kitchen, so we were unable to cook. Very handy for the town, with a good selection of restaurants. There is a supermarket 100 yards away which was well stocked.

The restaurant on site wasn’t open very much and the bar was closed in the evenings.

Personal och service….

Firstly the negative - if you’re sat out on the balcony of a front-facing apartment and want some peace and quiet you may be disappointed. The road through Zell am See gets quite busy. It’s not Hanoi at rush hour, but there’ll be noise. The positives - sound -proofing in the apartment is excellent with the balcony doors closed tight. Really made a difference during the Vespa festival when they were all whizzing past. And even on a warm evening sleeping with the windows closed is cool and comfortable - no air con needed here. Location is excellent - just a minute or two on foot from the railway station, and only a bit further to the Post Platz bus interchange and Spar supermarket. Lots of restaurants around, too. The apartment (two bedroom superior) had a huge balcony overlooking the opposite mountains and even had a view of the lake between the buildings across the road. Wasn’t expecting that. The apartment was very comfortable and modern. It had all the amenities we needed for a 2 week stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. The stay also came with the Zell am See/Kaprun Summer Card and Mobility Card for Salzburg State. If you don’t know what these are, check them out. They’re an outstanding idea which save a lot of money. I would not choose accommodation in Zell am See which doesn’t offer it. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Beautiful hotel, very well located near the center—just cross the street and you’re already there. We always stay there with four people in an apartment with two connecting rooms. It’s clean, everything you need is available, and there’s plenty of space for four people plus a child to enjoy a holiday. The staff is helpful and provides great service. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved very quickly For us, it was important to have a garage where we could store our Vespas. It’s a nice, large garage with spacious parking areas where you can easily park the trailer in one spot together with the car TOP!!!! I’m already booking for next year.

Hotel zit dichtbij alle voorzieningen (skilift, supermarkt, restaurants, bar). Alles is in principe op loopafstand te doen binnen het dorp. Daarnaast was het appartement dat wij huurden heel ruim, en had het een enorm balkon. Echt een super locatie voor vrienden om te verblijven tijdens wintersport in Zell am See.

Er wordt in de ochtend heel vroeg afval opgehaald aan de achterzijde van het hotel en daar sliepen wij. Dit zorgde ervoor dat ik om 6u in de ochtend wel gewekt was door het 'lawaai' van glasbakken die leeggehaald worden of afval ophalen.

Für große Gruppen ist das die perfekte Unterkunft. Die größe des Appartements, die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr gut.

Mir hat alles gefallen.

Frühstück war nicht so besonders und immer waren die Tische für den Abend bereits gedeckt und man musste fragen wo man sich hinsetzen darf.

Die Lage ist natürlich perfekt, nahe an der Gondel und an der City . Tiefgarage und Aufzüge , sowie die Räume für Müll und Skier .
