Bardzo miła I pomocna obsługa. Parking znajduje się około 150m od hotelu, kilka ulic poniżej. Wjazd pod hotel jest niemożliwy z uwagi na zabudowę miasta. Śniadanie dobre, serwowane na tarasie z widokiem na okolice. Wygodne łóżko.

Personal muy amable, impresionantes vistas

Poco limpio,la ducha era un chorro y fría. La habitación ni la hacen ni cambian las toallas, las dejan en el suelo y cuando vuelves están en el suelo. La cama sin hacer. Acceso complicado para personas mayores .

The city of Mardin was a wonderful experience and something I had dreamt of and had the dreams surpass the reality. What we loved was the warm welcome of the staff and the friendly conversation and the constant help. We felt at home at Maristan Tarihi Konak. A big thank you to the staff and we flew a kite :-)

Struttura e staff molto accogliente. Camera pulita e semplice. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione abbondante e buona.

房顶有点落灰，似乎没有24小时淋浴热水供应，员工的英语水平有待提高。

Es hat mir nichts an dieser Unterkunft gefallen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unhöflich und respektlos gegenüber meiner kranken Mutter gewesen. Der Weg vom angeblichen Parkplatz zum Hotel geht durch dunkle Gassen und es sind 5 Stockwerke mit den Treppen durch die Gassen zu laufen. Es war das schlimmste Hotelerlebnis was ich je erlebt hab. Ich rate jeden Gast aus ganzen Herzen von diesem Hotel ab. Es gibt viele schönere und vorallem nettere Hotels in der Stadt.

Hotel typique de l'ancienne ville de mardin Il est proche de la grande mosquée et du marché et au desour de l'avenue principal de la medina. Bon petit dej avec un vue extraordinaire sur la Mésopotamie. Le propriétaire est tres gentil et serviable

J'ai pas du tout aimé la chambre qui nous a accordé Fuir de la chambre du rez de chaussée Toilette dans la chambre séparé uniquement par un petit porte en verre Il avais des moustiques dans la chambre Message au propriétaire:(il faut être tres vigilant avec les clients booking)

Das Gebäude ist wunderschön. Bei sehr gutem Frühstück konnten wir eine wundervolle Aussicht genießen. Egal ob wir Kaffee, Wasser oder mehr von einer Sache vom Frühstück brauchten... Das Personal hat es uns gerne gebracht. Großes Lob an die Jungs, die das Hotel leiten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung.

Posto meraviglioso. Antica costruzione ristrutturata con terrazze panoramiche accoglienti, ottima e abbondante colazione. Il personale rispo de immediatamente, trova il parcheggio e si occupa del trasporto delle valigie. Super

The views are fantastic!! We enjoyed breakfast every morning. The staff were very helpful and kind even walking us up to the main road so we could join a tour!

Sehr freundliches Personal, hat unser Koffer hochgetragen. Der Eigentümer hat uns die Stadt erklärt und spät am Abend haben wir noch über die Welt gesprochen. Sehr angenehm.

Es ist eine Höhlenwohnung unten, dadurch sind die Räume etwas Feucht vom Geruch, das muss man wissen.

Parking is tricky if you have a car in Mardin but the hotel were very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful and the location is superb. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and so not all the facilities are modern. It is hard to park but the hotel do their best to make this possible if you have a car with you.

A very nice place to stay in Mardin! Localised in the center of the old town, close to the beautiful old mosque! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Sitting on the terrace and looking down to the plains of Mesopotamia is an inforgetful experience.

It takes time to walk up the stairs from where the taxi drops you but that is also a part of the experience in Mardin. The hotel staff were amazing in coming and helping with the luggage. Just be aware of the steps and going up.

Организовали для нас экскурсию на авто из отеля по близлежащим достопримечательностям. Накрывали завтрак за 5 минут, на террасе с шикарным видом. Отель очень атмосферный и расположен в старом городе. Было чисто. В номере был кондиционер и горячая вода, Мы брали номер с окном :)

отель расположен в лабиринтах :) и много ступенек. В номере сыровато, но это специфика всех местных аутентичных "пещер". Поэтому нужно лишь знать, за чем едешь

The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Idris was the best guide!

Most incredible breakfast view! The building/rooms were old, rustic and impressive. Definitely had the feeling of stepping into a historical building. The guys running this hotel were super kind and accomodating! Also the free parking was a huge bonus (if a little challenging driving around the tight/narrow streets).

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. If you prioritise a comfy bed and soft pillows, maybe look somewhere else. Also, there is no extractor fan in the bathroom (and no windows) so the moisture hangs in the room giving a very damp smell. I'd recommend they buy some de-humidifiers. Since the building is old and made from rocks/bricks, it is a bit chilly (we were there at the beginning of March), but I'm sure it is nice and cool during the summer heat!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns nicht nur bei der Anreise den Weg gezeigt, sondern auch tolle Tipps für unseren Weg in die Stadt gegeben. Unser Zimmer bot eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die vielen Katzen rund ums Hotel, die dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere, charmante Note verliehen haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Très joli établissement qui date de 700 ans avec magnifique vue.

L’accès est très difficile car on doit se garer loin, puis on accède à l’hôtel à pied en montant beaucoup de marches. C’est très fatiguant surtout quand il fait chaud.

Le personnel, l'accueil chaleureux la chambre propre et très fonctionnel, le petit déjeuner complet je reviendrai c'est déjà ma 3eme fois dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à Emin, Yakup et İdris

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel dans la vieille ville, un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Emin, Yakup et İdris. La chambre est très propre et fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner complet. Je reviendrai. Ils sont au petit soin et demandent souvent si j'ai besoin de quelque chose.

A két személyes szuperiar szoba nagyon tágas a fürdő és hatalmas. A reggeli bőséges nagy a választék. Személyzet nagyon kedves, készséges. Bármikor kérhettünk teát kávét. Hatalmas terasz több szinten, ott szolgálták fel a reggelit is. Gyönyörű a kilátás Mezopotámiára, Szíriáig ellátni. Esténként a naplementében gyönyörködtünk. Közel van az óváros, a dzsámi, a bazársor de keményen kell készülni a lépcsőzése.

A szűk utcák miatt nagyon nehéz a parkolás erre fel kell készülni, de a személyzet nagyon kedves, azonnal jöttek segítettek mutatták hol van szabad hely, irányítottak. A csomagokat a lépcsőkön felvitték nem nekünk kellett a bőröndöt felvonszolni.

No era nada fácil el acceso, únicamente peatonal por callecitas muy angostas y con escaleras empinadas. Esto no lo advierte el hotel, y la gente que llega cargando equipajes pesados lo hace muy cansada y molesta. Tampoco hacen limpieza de la habitación.

Le personnel ne pouvait pas etre plus sympathique et attentif. A signaler - les fascinants excursions faites avec Emin, un homme tres cultive et efficace. Un sejour inoubliable.

Moins de marches a grimper mais ca fait partie du charme de Mardin.

Der Preis ist extrem übertrieben. Auch wenn es unter Denkmalschutz steht, sollte auf mindestens Toiletten und Duschen mehr geachtet werden. Warmwasser war nicht mehr vorhanden. Wir waren 1 Nacht dort. Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Set up in a beautiful 700 year old mansion this stay in striking Mardin has been wonderful.Adored the every day visits of the donkey that collected the rubbish as cars can't directly reach this romantic property.

Not only is the property beyond stunning, the staff were some of the most generous and helpful we’ve ever experienced. Cannot recommend staying here enough.

The hotel is a fantastic experience to live! Traditional rooms decorated from another era! The personnel simply the best. They made everything to make us happy! The place is just 100 meters from Ulu Jami , so it is a fantastic choice. We had our parking although. The owner of the hotel helped us in everything, informations, suggests, touristic advices! A wonderful experience!

Rien de particulier; c’était parfait

L'emplacement parfait, au coeur de la vieille ville mais dans une rue calme, on échappe à la foule et au bruit, en étant à 2 pas du centre. La chambre était jolie, le petit déjeuner plutôt bien.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits là, pas une fois la chambre n'a été nettoyée. Pour le prix, relativement cher, cela est très décevant. Nous avons également demandé à laver nos affaires, et trois vêtements ont été détruits car laver trop chaud.

No apto para movilidad reducida. Hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras difíciles del pueblo para llegar y salir a pasear. Ojo!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, behutsam restauriert, das den Geist vergangener Zeiten spüren lässt. Abseits der Touristenströme und daher sehr ruhig gelegen, und der Basar sowie die geschäftige Hauptstraße sind dennoch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück wird auf der herrlichen Terrasse mit Blick auf die mesopotamische Ebene serviert und lässt sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer sauber und geräumig, sehr urig sogar bei modernem Komfort, und das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für alles, ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage in der Stadt, sowie das zuvorkommende Personal und das 700 Jahre alte Gebäude. Zudem gab es einen sicheren Parkplatz fürs Motorrad.

La ubicación es pésima, encontrarlo sólo es imposible y no hay forma de acceder con auto y hay que subir bastantes escaleras para llegar asíque más vale que no traigas mucho equipaje y eso si lo encuentras, además muy caro para lo que tiene, no lo vale. He estado en mejores hoteles en Turquía por la mitad de precio. Literal el Escusado está a un lado de la Regadera sin separación alguna, no te dejes engañar por el perfil de Booking....no representa lo que cuesta ni lo que ofrecen. The location is terrible spent more than an hour in the dark trying to find ir and had to come for us because they did not want to accept free cancellation, streets are narrow, dark and dirty to arrive and cant go in without a car. The bathroom is besides the shower, no door whatsoever and 110 euros is a ripoff. We found other options and better for far less but couldnt stay because it was a not reimnursable room.. I will try to report to booking because it does not represent at all what they offer and the reality of the hotel.

700 years old mansion beautifully preserved and well cared for. Lots of details and remains of the history that were obviously adored by the caretakers. Waking up to the view on the terrace everyday was such a privilege. The staff members were more than hospitable. They were thoughtful and always popping by to ask if we wanted chay or Turk coffee when we were lounging on the terrace, even late at night.

While our room was comfortable and beautiful, the shower screen doors, bathroom furniture, and amenities can use some upgrades to enhance the experience and space even more. WiFi could be unstable at times.

Waren mit dem eigenen Auto da, Parkplatz top organisiert. Unterkunft und Frühstück HAMMER! Die Jungs waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei jeder Schweissperle auf der Stirne wurde direkt ein eiskaltes Wasser offeriert.

You can feel the history in the house it is amazing. Also the terrace and the view are probably unmatched in Mardin. To have tea or breakfast there is a dream. Owner and staff are really kind. Felt very welcome

何を一番に考えるかにも寄りますが、テラスから見える絶景よりも居心地の良さを重視するのであればあまりおすすめできません。 テラスからの景色は本当に素晴らしくこのホテルをとって良かった、と言えるレベルだと思います。日中も良かったですが、夜景や日の出の風景も素晴らしく部屋にいるのが勿体無いと殆ど部屋を出て過ごしました。 しかしこの部屋が中々の曲者です。シャワールームとトイレが一体になっておりさらに敷居があるだけで天井部分は寝室と繋がっています。 シャワーはお湯も出ませんし、出たとしても浴びるのはそれなりに旅慣れした人しか無理だなと感じる作りになっています。(わたしは身体は濡らしたタオルで拭くまでにとどめ、頭は洗面所で洗いました。) 石造りの一番高い位置にある部屋の為Wi-Fiもほぼ届きません。TVも少し弄ってみましたがラジオしか入らないようです(何を言っているのかとお思いだと思いますがトルコのTVはラジオを受信できるようになっています) 絶景をとるか、快適さをとるか、そこは予約される方にお任せします。
