Tanto las habitaciones como el edificio en si tiene mucho encanto. El comedor tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. El desayuno sabroso con buenos productos de la zona. Burcu y el resto del personal son muy atentos y cálidos ofreciendo soluciones a cuelquier necesidad que te pueda surgir durante la estancia. El hotel esta en pleno centro del casco viejo de Mardin.

酒店应该有很多年的历史，就在马尔丁老城中，房间是古时候的样子，很有感觉，也有空调，房间外的平台直接看到美索不达米亚平原壮丽的景色。

停车难，这里单行道，但是我们看到有空位，就停在了酒店外的路边。卫生间拥挤，设施袖珍。大门不明显，导航时候找了好几次才发现，建议在大路上做个路标。哦对了，第一天晚上凌晨窗户外有客人一直在聊天大笑，这种老房子的隔音效果不好，后来自己和对方沟通制止了他们，酒店工作人员应该巡视并制止这种行为。

Set in a good location, right at one end of the main road. Great views from the hotel bar. The young lad at breakfast, although not too friendly, was helpful.

Parking nearby is impossible at this hotel. We had to park 1km away down a steep hill. And walking back to the hotel is a big uphill struggle. When we arrived, there was no-one there to greet us, despite telling them we'd arrive at 10pm, which we did. We couldn't' find anyone in the hotel, so we called the "reception" number provided on the door. No-one answered our calls or messages to that number. So we finally decided to call the number on booking.com. Finally some success. The guy was okay but he didn't attempt to communicate with us very much. He offered us a tea and then he just basically sat there, without doing anything about checking us in. No information, WiFi or our room key was provided. We had already waited long enough already to find him. We just wanted to go to our room to settle. Instead he insisted that we leave our bags there and go off to eat. But, by the time we finally got in touch with him, everything was closing. The place itself is beautiful but it is not given much love. It's starting to fall apart. Peeling ceilings, broken wall sockets, dangerous bathrooms, etc. It needs to be upgraded very badly. Our bedroom was tiny, with peeling ceiling and a few dodgy wall sockets. There wasn't enough sockets and you had to unplug one thing to work another thing. The TV was useless, with no remote control and no reception wires. The bed was comfortable enough but nothing special. It was tiny too. Room a bit on the cold side. Bathroom was miniscule and a very dodgy place to be. The sink was really small too. And the shower took forever to heat up, about 15 minutes. However, when it finally did, the power was nice and powerful with ample supply of hot water. But, as there is no door between the shower and the toilet, and the shower head is at an angle, the water splashed all over the place, soaking the toilet paper and, more dangerously, spraying the dodgy connected hair drier with much water.

Ужас. При заселении никого не могли найти из персонала, через 20 минут появилась девушка и сказала, что была занята уборкой наших номеров. Когда мы увидели наши номера, были в шоке. Такого не видели нигде. Постельное белье не менялось после предыдущих посетителей , смятое постельное с волосами. Пыль под кроватью клубками. А самое интересное расположение душа и туалета, расположены они прям возле кровати т.е можно с кровати оказаться в туалете. И в этом странном санузле все стеклянные двери не работают, все перекошены и не закрываются, могут упасть прям на кровать. Когда это все показали девушке , она сказала, что ничем помочь не сможет. Жить мы там не стали, нам вернули деньги и мы уехали. На улице столик и диванчик на котором невозможно сидеть, слеплен из грязи.

Es ist nicht sauber, das Zimmer ist katastrophal, die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, das Personal kümmert sich überhaupt nicht bzw. ist nicht mal vor Ort, sie kommen einem auch gar nicht entgegen, überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

De locatie was prima, dichtbij het centrum van de oude stad van Mardin.

De badkamers en wc's zijn in een later geplaatste cabine in de kamers geplaatst, maar deze ruimte is niet goed afgeschermd wat niet heel handig is als je met meerdere mensen in dezelfde kamer verblijft. Het glas van de douchecabine was niet goed afgesloten en in mijn 2e kamer was er geen cabinedeur om de ruimte af te sluiten. Dit was niet direct een probleem omdat ik hier alleen verbleef, maar toch is het niet fijn. Er is een internetverbinding, maar verbinding was heel slecht.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Altstadt und Läden zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten! Die Raumgestaltung hat mir nicht gefallen(unnötige Deko). Das Bett war unbequem. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eng. Das Waschbecken war Katastrophe (klein und lose).

Wszystko było ok.

Die Übernachtung im höhlenartigen, fensterlosen Zimmer war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Atemberaubend war auch die Aussicht auf die mesopotamische Tiefebene von der Terasse und dem verglasten Gastraum aus, wo ein leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück serviert wurde.

Das Zimmer hat eine Renovierung nötig: Die Farbe blättert von der Decke und die Türen vom winzigen Bad und der Dusche sind schwergängig. Der Fernseher ist so unpraktisch positioniert, dass man ihn nur von der Toilette aus richtig sehen kann. Der Gastraum wäre ein toller Ort, um dort auch tagsüber oder abends bei einem Getränk zu verweilen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Es gibt aber keine Menükarte und wir wussten nie genau, ob wir dort als Gast erwünscht waren.

Die Lage ist Schlecht man muss die Koffer die Stiegen hinunter tragen bis zum Hotel im Hotel dann nocheinmal hinunter tragen das ist nicht OK, und die Bettwäschen sind nicht sauber, Im Zimmer gibt es keine Fenster das Bad ist sehr klein, die Betten nicht komfortabel.

Widać na zdjęciach jakie są wejścia do łazienek - mleczne drzwi prysznicowe, więc niestety wszystko słychać. To akurat na minus, fajnie by było gdyby to było zmienione.

Pas trop top l'emplacement il y a une vingtaine d'escalier a descendre, tres fatiguant a chaque fois , il et a la fin du centre ville la galère les soir on mettez 25 minute pour y arriver beaucoup trop de monde pas de place de parking , les parking son payant 11 euro par jours .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mardin. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, just a short walk from all the main sights and attractions. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, including arranging transportation and making calls on our behalf. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the lovely cleaning lady who did an impeccable job - everything was spotless, and her attention to detail really stood out. Breakfast was also great, with a nice variety of food to choose from each morning. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and authentic, creating a warm atmosphere, it even has 2 terraces to chill on. The overall ambience and the view from the hotel were absolutely stunning. The only downside was that our room didn’t have a window, which made ventilation a bit difficult. The bathroom and toilet seemed to have been added later inside the room, which appears to be common in most similar hotels in the area. On the bright side, the internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mardin.

Die Lage des Merdin Boutique Hotels ist wirklich top – zentral und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Leider gibt es jedoch keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir mussten unser Auto ziemlich weit weg abstellen und das Gepäck mühsam dorthin tragen, was sehr anstrengend war. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Enttäuschend war allerdings das Zimmer. Es war klein, nicht sauber und das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Teilweise lief kein Wasser oder es kam nur kaltes Wasser. Im Zimmer selbst war deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel, und die Feuchtigkeit war extrem – Bettwäsche und Matratze waren feucht, morgens stand Kondenswasser auf dem Boden und sogar meine Schuhe waren nass. Der Schimmelgeruch war so stark, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Die Beschreibungen und Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Ich hatte keine hohen Erwartungen, da es kein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist, aber so viel Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel sind gesundheitlich nicht vertretbar. Fazit: Freundliches Personal und gute Lage, aber der Zustand der Zimmer ist absolut inakzeptabel.

L’hôtel est bien situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Mardin, ce qui permet de visiter tout à pied. -Pour un séjour court (une ou deux nuits), c’est parfait. -Certains membres du personnel, notamment un jeune homme, ont été très serviables : ils m’ont aidée à monter mes bagages et ont trouvé un taxi pour mon départ. Je tiens à les remercier pour leur disponibilité et leur aide.

Pour un séjour plus long (8 jours), cela devient compliqué : la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée ni changée pendant toute la durée. -Absence d’information et de communication à l’arrivée : on ne vous explique rien (heure du petit-déjeuner, services disponibles…) et personne ne s’assure que tout se passe bien par la suite. -Comportement d’une personne en particulier : malgré mes demandes répétées pour un taxi et de l’aide pour les bagages, rien n’a été fait le jour J. Cela m’a semblé inadmissible et non professionnel.

Rien, j’ai fait une erreur dans les dates lors de la réservation, réservation faite très à l’avance, demande faite pour un changement de dates, aucune réponse de l’établissement ! Demande d’annulation faite et refusée sans aucune explication

Tagsüber war das Personal einigermaßen Bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück war genug und und die Bedienung freundlich. Der Ausblick war das Beste an dem Hotel.

Das Personal in der Nachtschicht war schon ab 22.00 Uhr auf der Couch beim Schlafen und wachte erst auf nachdem einige Gäste sich in Hotellobby aufhielten. Während der ganzen Nacht waren die Türen zum Hitel offen und quasi unbeaufsichtigt. Die Zimmer waren sehr verstaubt und die Möbel, sowie die Gegenstände waren reparaturbrdürftig. Das Fenster war nicht verschliessbar, die Vorhänge waren von der Schiene teilweise abgerissen. Die hälfte der Decke war verschimmelt. Der Zutritt zum WC und Duschraum war in der Schrankverkleidung verbaut und man musste musste über dem Bett steigen um dorthin zu gelangen. Es war ein mini Handwaschbecken an der Wand, wo das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nich in das Becken lief, sondern seitlich an die Kannte des Beckens. Das WC-Becken war in die Ecke eingequetscht. Im ganzen war das Zimmer sehr unbequem und sehr vernachlässigt. Ich würde in diesem Hotel nicht nocjmal buchen und rate auch jrdem davon ab.

Breakfast was really good, the view was amazing and location convenient. Room was basic but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful (don't speak English but not an issue) and overall the price was good for the city.

Everyone was hopeful and the hotel look exactly pictures even, my favorite part was the breakfast every fresh and it tasted out of this world, unfortunately I only had a chance to there was. Definitely on my next trip i'll be staying there longer.

Eigentlich gar nichts vom Zimmer bis zum hotel man weiß zwar das es in der Altstadt ist aber das man ausgetretene Stufen hang abwärts gehen muß wenn man nicht so mobil ist müßte in der Beschreibung stehen man muß dann noch zum zimmer eine schmale Treppe runtergehen die ein Metall Geländer hat was sich bei der Hitze richtig aufheitzt

Alles zimmer nicht besonders Bad so klein das man sich nicht bewegen kann Hähne verkalkt und dann diese Treppen

In general I would give a rating of 5 or 6 maximum. The reason for the rating of 3 is the staff. After arriving at 15:00 in 38 degrees no assistance regarding parking - they offered me the parking next to the hotel for 600 lira per day. Fortunatelly from near hotel helped me and I paid 100 lira per day at another parking 500 meters down. Second I asked for breakfast at 8:00 as advertised, to leave early before it got too hot. However they served it at 8:15, with the excuse that there was no fresh bread, as the bakery was not open. A blatant lie because I saw the bread hanging on the door handle while I waited half an hour for breakfast. They just didn't want getting up earlier. So if business is developing I don't think it will last long. Also the sink is very small and slanted and the water leaks out of it, you can not wash your hands. In addition the gap under the door is very large, so all insect and small mice can enter. See the attach pictures. Think about book this hotel.

The location of this hotel is simply outstanding — the terrace offers a breathtaking view over Mesopotamia. I stayed for four nights as a solo traveller and had a wonderful time. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though not everyone speaks English, communication was never a problem thanks to Google Translate. They organised a lovely day trip for me together with other guests, which was a highlight of my stay. On the day I was leaving, they suggested I take local transport to the main bus station instead of a taxi, saving me 300 TL. I was personally escorted to the bus stop, and the hotel owner kindly waited with me for the right bus and even bought me a bottle of water. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — not only for its spectacular location, but also for the genuine hospitality that makes you feel truly cared for.

The hotel is in a great location near all amenities. It has a terrace with a stunning view on Mesopotamia. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and fulfilling. The room was cozy and well equipped with stone walls and wooden furniture.

I loved the view from the terrace of the hotel. I liked the comfy bed and the helpful staff ( even though they did not really speak English, only a few sentences, but they resolved what we needed). We loved the breakfast very much.

I did not like the very narrow bathroom. This is not for bigger and fatter persons at all.

The hotel can only be reached from the road by a steep set of steps. Very difficult to negotiate particularly carrying luggage. The hotel is rundown and overpriced.

The staff made our 3 nights stay a memorable one ; making us feel as part of the family, finding solution to every matter. The owner Burak and the manager Aslan as well as the ladies at breakfast and cleaning are going extra mile to comfort the guests .

We liked it all. Only if you have anyone with walking difficulties , it can be challenging due to the stairs which is due to the city being on the hill.

They don't have reception, nobody speaks English they speak only Turkish. The restroom in my room had mold.

The property had an amazing view and location! Staff was really kind and helpful! However,the room was, surprisingly for us, without a window which was not clear from the pictures and there was a terrace on the floor and not to the room. There was mold in the room and without a way to ventilate, the air was not good, therefore we slept with the door open,which was not perfect but was ok for us. Maybe in the hot summer days, the smell will not be felt as much. It would be worth it to book a room with a window even if more expensive. Breakfast was delicious and the staff really nice. There was hot water all the time:-)

I messaged the property to say we were coming from Iraq by bus and might be late and received a reply to say that we could arrive at any time. In fact we finally arrived at 6:30 AM. It was a very cold morning and we were exhausted and very cold but they ignored knocking at the door, they ignored our phone calls and the ignored phone calls from their neighbours. The general feeling with the husband at the property was that we were a necessary inconvenience. The wife was very quiet but I have to say she provided a very good breakfast.

The breaktaking view of the Mesopotamia, the hospitality, cleanliness and the location close to important points of interest. The hotel is situated in the heart of the ancient city, but in a quiet street.

Location is good, near the very center and quite, with the beautiful view from the terrace on the valey. Breakfast is served, could be better. Refrigirator didn't work, but staff solved the problem, TV didn't work at all.
