Good location and clean room. The facilities were great too, the onsen especially.

Es un complejo tipo ressort con muy buenas habitaciones y baños tipo Onsen dentro del complejo, el personal no habla un ingles del todo perfecto pero se dan a entender. El hotel cuenta tambien con cabinas para fumadores y en general esta espectacular el sitio.

La variedad de comida, si bien estuvo excelente, hubo algunos platillos que no fueron mucho de mi agrado... pero a pesar de ello, la mayoría estaban muy sabrosos.

館内は綺麗に清掃されておりスタッフの方々も親切丁寧に対応していただき快適に過ごせました。大浴場が充実してて良かったです。 車での移動になりますが河口湖駅、ライブ会場、周辺名所も近くて便利でした。朝食も和洋揃えてて美味しく満足できました。

富士山を眺めることが出来る部屋をとりましたがあいにくのお天気で滞在中一度も見ることが出来ませんでした。

Walls aren’t well soundproofed so you can hear your neighbours. Mattresses in Japanese style rooms are quite thin so we could feel the floor under us.

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones increíbles y está muy bien cuidado. Además, cuenta con un onsen para los huéspedes, que fue un punto extra y una experiencia muy agradable después de un día recorriendo la zona. En general, una estancia muy buena, especialmente por las instalaciones y el onsen, pero hay que tener en cuenta estos dos detalles.

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro, con lo cual todo se encuentra a un paseo de 10-20 min. También reservé una habitación con vistas al Monte Fuji y, aunque las vistas eran bonitas, en mi caso la habitación estaba justo delante de una torre eléctrica, que estropeaba un poco la panorámica. Creo que esto puede depender de la habitación que te asignen, así que recomendaría preguntar por ello al hacer la reserva.

Struttura moderna ed accogliente. La nostra camera aveva una vista magnifica sul monte Fuji. Abbiamo usufruito della cena che è stata molto buona. Servizio navetta per la stazione gratuito e comodo.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the Fuji view was amazing!

The shower head was a little too strong, it hurt a bit to have a shower.

Che dire? Svegliarsi con questa vista non ha prezzo. L’hotel è perfetto, con la spa, con il ristorante, con una posizione impeccabile vicina alla stazione e con il servizio navetta gratuito che ti prende e ti porta quando hai i bagagli. C’è anche un mini market al piano terra dove prendere da mangiare, e una sala fumatori ad ogni piano. Le notti più belle in Giappone le abbiamo passate qui…. Impagabile.

スタッフが丁寧。 大浴場も快適でした。 歩いて行けるところに焼鳥屋があったのも良かった。

部屋が狭い。でも口コミを見て知ってたので意外だったわけではありません。

Wir haben ein Zimmer im Japanese Style mit Blick auf den Fuji gebucht, mit Futons, und dieses war sehr gross. Wir hatten am Morgen herrliches Wetter und der Blick auf den wolkenlosen Fuji war grossartig. Der Onsen war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet mit Shampoo. Conditioner und sogar Dyson-Föhnen. Das Frühstück bot ebenfalls eine gute Auswahl. Parking vor dem Hotel war kostenlos. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, allerdings haben wir das bereits in anderen Hotels in Japan festgestellt.

ロケーションは楽しみにしていた 富士山景観側でなかったこと。

綺麗で気持ちよかったです。 ドライヤーがとてもよかったです。 朝食ブッフェは、種類がたくさんあり、美味しかった。パーケーキがとても気に入りました。

お風呂の脱衣所に髪の毛がかなり落ちていたのは気になりました。

Our room was amazing!! They had a van service to pick & drop hotel guests at the station

We had to choose the timing for our buffet - we weren’t sure how it worked. We came for breakfast at 9:00 and we were told that we had 1/2 an hour only - our breakfast slot ended at 9:30. We were then explained that the morning slot was from 6:30 to 8:00 And our slot was from 8 to 9:30. We quickly had our breakfast - the second day breakfast & dinner were the exact same! Communication was a major problem!

Has a very lovely traditional Japanese Onsen. Views of Mt. Fuji in some rooms. Nice buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff can accommodate transfers of luggage. Free Shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station. Lots of restaurants and cafes a short distance away.

El alojamiento está fenomenal, la habitación de estilo japonés es una monada, para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente dormir en futones, nos gustó la experiencia. Lo más destacable es el onsen público que tiene, súper limpio, grande y con variedad de aguas además también tiene exterior. También tienen yukatas de todos los tamaños y monísimos!

Nos gustó todo, solo fallo el Fuji que no se dejó ver.

L’hôtel était propre, le personnel très serviable et aidant. Nous sommes tatoués et avons pu faire le onsen en couvrant nos tattoos. Une navette gratuite vers la gare est mise en place toutes les 30 minutes. Assez pratique du fait que les restaurants sont vers cette endroit. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue incroyable sur le mont Fuji. L’expérience d’un séjour à la japonaise est concluante 😊

La salle de bain détonne un peu sur le reste de la chambre. Assez petite et pas dans le thème. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas surprenant, mais le minimum y est.

The location was very good, only 3 min drive from kawaguchiku station and 12 min walk but they had shuttles. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The onsen was such a good experience !! We liked it so much , . We slept in a traditional Japanese beds and they were comfortable

It could be nice to have variety in meals plus options for vegetarian/ vegans Also they separate the hours of dinner and breakfast for guests to control the crowd so you may be restricted into a specific dining hour In our case they were kind enough to let us in anyway Also the AC was only in Japanese and no instructions , our ac kept turning off the cooling every night

My room stay did not come with breakfast included. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of extra space for you to open your luggage or pack your things. The room came with a small bathroom with a bathtub, suitable for travelers who want to unwind after a long day in a private setting. In addition, there is also a free onsen on the first floor and yukatas to rent (free of charge) for those who are interested in using the onsen. I was also able to place my bags for a few hours (free until about 3.30pm). The hotel also had a shuttle bus to go to kawaguchiko station, making it convenient for those with luggages.

The hotel was located a bit further away from kawaguchiko station with the main option to get there being by the free shuttle bus, public bus or a 13 minute walk. The shuttle bus service was a great option but required calling the front desk, which would not be easy for travelers on esim without calling capabilities (I did not check if there are other options so I might be wrong).

期待が大きくて、ごくごく普通のビジネスに近いホテルでした 残念だったのは、朝食です 食堂のようなテーブルに、数少ないお料理 残念でした

Public Onsen was nice, and the room was nice. I had the tatami style room with a window facing mount fuji and ill be honest, this was definitely an amazing experience for me as a first time traveler to Japan. Room came out to around $120 for one night which I think is fair, but I probably wouldnt stay for more than one night mainly due to the price. 10-15 minute walk to the station, but they have a van that could pick you up and drop you off if needed. Theres also a bike rental place right next to the hotel which is convenient if you want to bike around the lake and also a convenience store not too far away either. Overall if youre planning to stay for one night and check out the lake, I think this is definitely a great place. I attached some images of my view of mt fuji from my room also:

天気悪く、富士山は全く見えませんでしたが、清潔で機能的でよかったです。

壁が薄く、両隣の部屋からの話し声やドカドカと物を動かす音や、全部聞こえました。夜中に何度も起こされ、朝も早く(4時台)からうるさくて、全然(本当に一睡も)眠れませんでした。

Nutritious breakfast and dinner buffets. Lovely onsen.

The room had no curtains to block out the light, window only to open 10 cm, no nightlights near the bed, and the futon was the worst I ever slept on. Breakfast vouchers had to be collected daily instead of given for consecutive days at check-in. The hotel has no outdoor seating area. All of this may be beneficial to know, it's not intended as a complaint.

部屋が、何かわからない変な匂いがしていた。 スタッフに、部屋の変更をお願いして別の部屋を紹介されたが、同じ匂いだったので諦めました。 スタッフは、畳を替えた匂いかもしれませんと言っていましたが、ちょっと違う気がしました。

This property has an excellent location with the most awesome views of Mt Fuji. We had booked the Japanese style rooms and it was a very pleasant experience. The onsen at the hotel was also very neat and clean

施設ではないがチェックインの部屋3室2人、2人 1人でってたと思ってた時に5人で来てるのに宿泊3人ですかと言われびっくりした！

Hôtel très pratique pour visiter la ville à pied. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Une boutique à l’intérieur même de l’hôtel et un onsen très spacieux et tellement agréable. Il y a une boutique sur place, très pratique.

Two nights - very comfortable and nice restaurant.

Nice staff, the large Japanese room, but we paid for it .. its not cheap. The location is walking distance to the station, also free shuttle. Onsen.

We paid for breakfast. We had much better selection and hot egg choices at much cheaper hotels throughout our Japan trip. We would stay again for the Japanese room experience, but it looses a point for being pricey without breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado, vista do Fuji imperdível, quarto estilo japonês básico e confortável. A casa de banho é ótima, porém pessoas tatuadas não podem usar (regra normal no Japão). Comida é excelente!

Poderia ter alguma atividade no hotel para o período noturno, já que a cidade é bem tranquila e após no período noturno a programação é muito limitada na cidade

Замечательный онсен, который открыт с раннего утра и до позднего вечера ( с небольшим дневным перерывом). После перелета или мощного заезда на велосипеде эффективно снимает усталость.

O que dizer? A vista que tivemos do quarto foi simplesmente indiscritivel. Acordar com o Monte Fuji mesmo à nossa frente foi um sonho tornado realidade. Ainda para mais porque esteve visivel durante cada minuto da nossa estadia. Dormir num quarto de estilo japonês foi uma experiência muito gira, sendo que os colchões eram super confortáveis. O estacionamento também foi um bónus excelente e a localização do hoteel é excelente - conseguirmos conhecer diversos locais e os Cinco Lagos de Fuji. Tem algumas opções interessantes de refeições. O Lawson perto permitiu-nos tomar o pequeno almoço no quarto, enquanto aproveitávamos aquela vista incrivel.

Sei que é o costume do país e nós é que temos que nos adaptar... mas fiquei bastante triste ao ver que no onsen não se podia utillizar fato de banho

Emplacement top, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, ou en 5 minutes avec un bus qui passe au bas de la rue. Très confortable.

The view was breathtaking and the highlight of my trip to Japan.

Be aware that this is a traditional Japanese room and the mattress is thin and on the floor. I’m young so was ok for me.

The baths were beyond my expectations ; very good surprise. The whole place was very clean, well located and the staff was great (they spoke English very well too).

The breakfast was good but a bit generic in my opinion (and the coffee wasn't so great...) ; the view of the Fuji was amazing and I had the opportunity to try Japanese food for breakfast which was great

The best part of this hotel is the incredible view of Mount Fuji. Our room faced the mountain, and I woke up at 4:00 a.m. to a perfectly clear view of Mt. Fuji. It was such a breathtaking and unforgettable moment that made the stay completely worth it. The breakfast area also has a direct view of Mount Fuji, so enjoying breakfast while admiring the scenery was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. If you're visiting the Fuji area, I highly recommend choosing a room with a mountain view—it's absolutely worth the extra cost. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Waking up to such a beautiful view of Mount Fuji is an experience I'll never forget.

I think the shuttle reservation process could be improved. Currently, guests need to make a local phone call to request pickup. When I arrived, the tourist information center at the station had already closed, and the public phone was out of order. As an international traveler without a local phone number, I had no way to contact the hotel and ended up carrying my luggage and walking there. It would be much more convenient if the hotel also accepted shuttle requests via email, WhatsApp, or online messaging, especially for overseas guests.

Der Ausblick auf den Mount Fuji war unvergesslich. Und der Onsen ist toll.

去東京因為有其他行程，所以在第一天和最後一天入住此飯店，都是給最邊間，房價也不便宜，第一天還算可以，第二次的房間小到不行，感覺是畸零地去改的房間，隔壁還是清掃丟垃圾的地方，很吵
