Best Western Plus Prince George

Breakfast was great. Pool was warm. My family loved it

시설이 깨끗하고 좋음

도시외곽에 위치한다

It was well appointed. Beds very comfy

Nothing

Very clean and rooms were a good size.

Room is spacious and has new updates

Pool was kind of small for kids and families

Location is perfect for our needs. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice clean room

Breakfast was good. I'd rate it 7/10. Nothing amazing but there was a lot to choose from and I appreciate the choices.

Hashbrowns were soggy, not crispy like they should be.

The cleanliness of the room was absolutely disgusting. There was previous customers hair still in the bathroom shower the floors were not clean the A/C unit was filthy and it did not look like the bedding was even changed on one of the beds for sure. After we complained to the front desk one of the room cleaners knocked twice on the door and didn’t even announce who she was and barged in the room. Not very professional if you ask me … at the end of complaining about the lack of cleanliness they offered 20% off our next stay I don’t think that is even remotely fair to my family

Good

Well built; comfortable; large parking lot; decent breakfast

Expensive

The hottub is never working rigth.. This time house keeping just walks into the room without knocking or announcing..

Location and breakfast

Loved the cleanliness and convenience of the location.

There was a couple who had a reservation in hand that got turned away because it wasn’t in the system. I felt bad for them but the front desk staff were professional and offered solutions for them.

excellent service at the breakfast , food was great , room was great .

came for a family get away , with wife and 2 kids , Kids love the pool , at this instance , the pool water was murky , mold on the stairs of the slide , dirt stains on the inside of the pool , absolutely disgusting . The price we paid for the hotel room was one of the most expensive in Prince George , we chose this hotel for the pool , was absolutely disappointed , i think we are owed a refund .

Comfortable, great location and reasonably priced.

I felt bad for the front desk as it was clearly under staffed but he did an exceptional job of getting everyone checked in the best he could.

Fris hotel. Lijkt redelijk nieuw. Bedden en wifi goed. Ontbijt ok, met echte borden en bestek. Parkeren geen probleem. Fijne diner tips van vriendelijke receptioniste. Prima allemaal.

Niks te klagen.

We booked the room with a loft which was so amazing with kids! Very clean and had a little more space which was nice!

We loved the pool and stayed for two days but noticed it was getting quite dirty in there. The pool deck wasn’t being hosed off and by the end of our stay the pool was starting to get gross with hair chunks floating around and the water slide stairs desperately need to be cleaned. The hot tub was nice but it could have been way hotter.

Frühstück mit wenig frischen Produkten

Great location

Pricey per night.

The only issue we had was the pool, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, pool floor was so gross bandaids on the floor , paper cups , mud and lots of floating hair . There was no towels in the pool room to use and the water slide was not usable the front desk couldn’t unlock the lock on the water slide . The staff were very helpful though and we appreciated the breakfast options in the morning and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel! Rooms large and clean. Beds very comfortable. Needed an extra pillow, called and asked but didn’t receive. Breakfast was ok, hotel typically. Standard premade omelets, sausage and potato cubes. Oatmeal was good. Breakfast area coffee was very weak but got from lobby that was very good. Bowl of fruit cocktail. Didn’t use pool or hot tub, they were very cloudy and had an off odor. All in all a good stay.

Clean, modern hotel with comfy bed and a spacious room. Only negative was breakfast. It was so-so and this was my 3rd time staying at this property and the breakfast has definitely gone downhill over the last couple of years. Would've given this place 5 stars if the breakfast was better.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

Tea was cold. Breakfast ran out early

The location is excellent. Super clean and very quiet. Friendly staff. This is going to be our go to hotel. I recommend this hotel.

The only thing that can be added as a security especially for seniors is a rubber Matt for the shower. I was very nervous in the shower. It was very slippery. That Matt would be much appreciated.

Clean. Situated in a quieter area of the city

Everything was perfect: location, staff, facilities, cleanliness.

We got a room that was connected to the other room by a door. We could hear the family in the other room clearly, so the sound proofing was something which should be worked on.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Friendly staff. Lots of breakfast options. Coffee machines available 24/7 fresh per cup. Clean, spacious rooms. No carpet. Lots of extra meeting spaces throughout the lobby for larger groups, teams.

The water slide schedule. Very select open times.

Everything about the property was awesome

Nothing. Everything was good

Clean, nice looking. Quiet

I already answered these questions for the hotel, but it was great.

Knowing BW’s, I don’t expect an onsite restaurant but it would be nice to not have to drive somewhere after checking in.

How the gym was beside my room

The water machine in the gym ran out, could hear guests on top walking around

The breakfast had lots of options. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Was amazing in all ways. We even recommended a friend stay here when he travels to Prince George for business. Beautiful room and was very comfortable.

clean. quiet.

no bar.

Very clean rooms and very helpful staff

Great location for a one night stay from Banff en route to Prince Rupert. Desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was convenient and available. Room was spacious and clean and provided good views from the fifth floor. Breakfast was sumptuous and had a wide variety of items for all diets. Great hotel! We will stay here again.

Ideally located for our route. Recommend this property

Nothing

Did not have breakfast this time. Room was clean, bed always comfortable.Front end staff were great and checkin was quick. We really enjoy staying at the BW in Prince George.

No fault of the BW but young girls running and screaming in the hallway. And from 515am til 630 am someone in a room close by had their alarm going off for the whole time. Woke up earlier than I planned to.

Hot tub sucked. It wasn’t even hot. One of the main reasons why I book a hotel is for the hot tub.

This was a very nice Best Western Plus. Check in staff were very friendly, the hotel still looks new, the room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was great since they had my favorite...a pancake machine!

Amazing, clean, and well appointed! Would stay again when in Prince George!! Close to the University and walking distance to great shopping and amenities!!

We stayed there overnight recently. The room as usual was very nice. The building is well kept and looks modern and clean and everything is very comfortable. I was quite happy with the breakfast buffet. The choices have improved from the past and they even offered gluten-free bread which is not expected at this price point. The area for eating breakfast was quite pleasant and there was a good range of different food and drinks for breakfast so I give this place overall a 5 out of 5. It is nice to have an EV charger on site. The EV charger has two plugs but they only have one dedicated EV parking space. We charged our EV overnight but if anyone else came in with an EV they would not be able to charge because someone's internal combustion car was blocking access to the other charger. If they would just put up a sign reserving two side-by-side parking spaces for the EV charger that would be appreciated

The rooms were large and clean. I had a room overlooking the highway but barely heard any road noise once the window was closed. With the AC fan running road noise is all but non existent. Breakfast was a nice selection. Wish they had more fruit options, but with the time of the year its not really fruit season. Plenty of parking and very easy to get to from the highway. GPS directions are spot on.

Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, good shower and an onsite gym.

Nothing..all good.

Friendly staff and cleanliness

The free coffee bar downstairs ,and the free breakfast is strongly recommended.

The hot tub temperature was set too high to actually enjoy a soak .

Easy access and location Breakfast was good

Check in took forever and the room especially bathroom was not clean like other Best Westerns we have stayed in. Dirty faucets, shower had hairs in drain and door handle into bathroom in outside had what looked like coffee stains (we hope). Bed was not comfortable and had perfume smell on bedlinen.

The location was easy to find, parking was ample as we had 2 vehicles.

My only complaint is there were no towels in the pool area.

The room was clean, the cleaning products made my face swell up, gave me a migraine for 4 days and a full body rash. Asked the staff to change the sheets and towels as maybe it was a bad batch, they werent thrilled but maybe did it? The room still smelt heavily of bleach and the issue never went away. When checking out they didnt care or show any concern they just said "oh" and moved on with their day... I could only see out of one eye at the time and felt completely ignored, I just dont want this to happen to someone else, especially a child. This was awful. The hot tub was luke warm at best The pool was okay but the orientation was weird as you have to walk around the whole pool just to get in on the far side. (Heads up to parents the deep end is the closest to the doors) . And the slide violently splashes people in the hot tube. Breakfast was average at best Parking was awful and very limited. Front desk people were not helpful, they mumbled and tried to get rid of you quickly, usually the staff at the best western are incredible and fun and have conversations with you, these people had a script and didn't care what you said. I was very disappointed and thats really hard to do.

The ambiance in the hotel was nice. The breakfast area was large. There were fancy coffee machines available in the lobby which was a nice surprise.

The hot tub was warm at best and the jets didn't work. This is a small thing, but the availability of a hot tub was the entire reason I chose this hotel in Prince George and the fact that it didn't work really put a damper on my stay. I found that the cost I paid for this hotel was over-priced as it did not have the hot tub amenity that I wanted. I also think it's lame that the water slides only run for 1 - 2 scheduled hours per day.

Everything was excellent during our stay. Would not change a thing. Staff was great. Parking was great.

Nothing

Convenience. Service was good, breakfast was a bonus!

CLEAN ROOM!

Safe part of town and always clean

Safe part of town and close to shopping

staff , cleanness and breakfast

The external gutter near my room was very noisy, and the constant sound of melting snow was quite disturbing.

super clean easily accessible, hot tub and pool

Everything was very clean

The Pancake making machine was out of pancake mix both mornings for breakfast.

Nice location and the place wasn't hard to find.

Nothing. Everything was great

Our high school basketball teams stay at this location whenever possible. The staff is very kind. It is very clean. It is quiet! I recommend staying here!

Clean and friendly

Location, accessibility,

Breakfast nothing to brag about

Barking dog on second floor. Front desk would not allow me to check in 30 minutes early, even after telling me my room was ready, unless I paid a $20 fee for early arrival. Unaware I just traveled thru time zone change plus it was storming outside. Not very customer friendly. Very over priced!

I had lost my wallet in the parking lot back entrance to building. Staff or affiliates of found wallet and returned it to front desk. I was especially appreciative because all of $800 cash was still in it. Thank you for your honesty. Your breakfast buffet is also excellent. Thank you

Couldn't control the air flow from conditioner. A bit chilly. Turned up temp but Started to perspire with such a warm and comfortable quilt. Nothing l couldn't handle. Still a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Front desk crews awesome

Girl in restaurant could have more friendly

The advertisement of this hotel and its amenities are poor. Should state waterslides are only open about an hour a day. Booking shows rooms with king beds and bathtub but you can only get a queen room with tub. If you have an issue the hotel staff does little to help and acts as if they do not care. When stating you do online reviews they then try to embarrass you by saying you threaten staff and want complimentary upgrades. I’ve never been talked to or treated with such disrespect at a hotel in my life and travel a lot. I really recommend a different hotel for the price. Try pomeroy or the casino!

Beds are a little to high

Breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff everywhere. Room was cool and clean.

The pool was a little dirty with used band-aids around the edge, but still fun.

Breakfast was delicious! The dining room was easy to locate and very clean and comfortable .

Big room

new , clean, good breakfasts

our window drapery fell down while using it but they came next day to fix it.. the room needs more light

Love the location and balcony options Good prices as well

Everything was very clean and the staff and guests were so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience

The chaffing dishes didn’t seem to keep the food as hot as I’m used to.

Location

Our room the drawers kept opening it’s self, and hard to maintain hear, but was great stay

esthetically beautiful. There were discomforts with the beds, one was firmer than the other, both a bit uncomfortable. Hockey players were in and they were for a lack of better words "wild" it was loud and obnoxious. now that I know that they frequent this hotel for their hockey games, we will not stay there. We will seek an air bnb. The pool was great, however, not so great for my children. the slide was closed, and only open for 2 hours per day, which took the fun away from using it as there are other guests jockeying for a spot as well. Swimming pool GREAT, hot tub, had residue on the bottom. I would not use it.

maintenance of the hot tub and pool, adjust bed sizes or allow guests to know what they will be receiving. We had a cot that was delivered because the bed was too firm. The mattress was so thin and used, you could see and feel the coils on the cot.
