The coffee is terrible- I bought a kettle and my own coffee for our 2nd visit. It smelt like it had been de-odorized, so needed airing- door and window open for a few hours to make it smell good. Staff could have done that...

drain in shower/tub was very slow so showered in a puddle. also wifi was was extremely slow in the evenings. matress was a little too firm and pillows were too soft.

You really need to update your photos for the rooms. I was expecting 80s type rooms but they are very close to modern rooms and at a great price

The Bon Voyage motel had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The bed and pillows were super comfy, our room was super clean, it was quiet and the price was right for our weeks stay in Prince George for the Canadian National Handgun Championship.

The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was very overpriced

Room was dirty, on the second day, the beds were not made and the coffee was not replenshed

Quick access to Hwy 16 and rest of town. Lots of parking available. Quiet. Restaurant was great.

Very minor issue for me but with the heavy rain Saturday and into sunday, water was overflowing the eavestrough and pouring onto the upper walkway in front of my door and next door and pooling there before running off. They may end up with structural issues if not addressed.

The restaurant next door was great. The location was good. It was quiet and felt safe.

No soap in the rooms bathroom and shower. Both were empty. The items in the room were poor places as being in the way. The fridge took better real estate than the one chair.

The air conditioning unit was noisy. The office had a terrible odour when you walked in. The TV remote didn’t work but staff was very helpful replacing it.

Was noisy in the mornings as they have a lot of workers staying there. The floor of my room was dirty when I got there. There was a bit of a smell in my room. People just park in your parking spot so when I got back at night time, I had a very hard time find a good spot to park.

I do not like the policy that you do not except CASH, IT IS LEGAL TENDER.

The air conditioner broke which was uncomfortable as it was very hot. The fridge made a ton of noise which made it hard to sleep. Other then those 2 things it was a pleasant place to stay.

Property was awesome. Right off the highway, quiet, close to amenities.

The only negative thing I have to say is that our AC wasn’t blowing cold air, just outside air. We tend to sleep on the cooler side, but we managed just fine.

Outside of town, convenient to go to the mall if you want to go shopping. Has a restaurant right beside the hotel.

As we entered, there was a cooking residue smell and another time it was glue smell, maybe there was a bit of renovation done before we our stay.

Very clean and comfortable. It's our go to hotel when traveling that way. We have stayed there several times as have my in-laws.

Cleaning my room during my stay i had to take my truck vacuum in to clean my floors, if you guys don't clean the floors at least leave a broom and dustpan

We like the location with the large parking lot and cameras to watch our stuff, especially when we’re towing an open trailer. We really liked that they made the exception to accept our two small dogs into the room that was dedicated Animal free for that. I am thankful.

We had an issue all through the night where the smoke detector kept beeping and it scared our dogs so bad we ended up disconnecting it at 6 AM and putting it in the fridge to try and keep it quiet and then settle our dogs down that we’re shaking horrendously so that we could get at least an hour of sleep. It was very disruptive. However, we were so tired from traveling. We did not have the energy to change rooms in the middle of the night so we dealt with it the best we could. When my husband took it to the front desk the next day, all she said was sorry 😒 The bed was also very hard. which didn’t make for a comfortable sleep. It was not my best stay at that hotel, and we stay there all the time. My husband‘s employer even uses them for their employees to stay there due to being a trucking company and them having a large parking lot.

Decent stay for the price. Liked the fact that the sink for the bathroom was just outside the bathroom, allowing you to wash hands, face without interrupting the person taking a shower/bath.

The room I ordered in the reservation with kitchenette was not available when I arrived, after 10 hours on the road. I was offered a very small substandard wheelchair unit with no kitchenette. I was too tired to argue, and it would not be the attendants fault as to what went wrong. I took the room, which had a peculiar smell upon opening the door. I left a note for the room attendant next morning to disinfect the washroom/toilet and clean the microwave. When I returned from my day @ 2pm, the room attendant was cleaning the next room, after just finishing mine. She joined me to inspect my room and it smelled of clean. She mentioned that the previous occupant had left a bit of a mess. This motel appears more geared to serve commercial and transient clientele, than tourists or families. It claims to be pet friendly, but fails to remind guests not to leave their pets unattended!! It claims that its property is very safe and heavily monitored, but there was evidence of a recently smashed windshield within the huge parking area. On the morning of my departure, I found a distinct scratchmark left on my tailgate and cigarette butts outside my suite door. I'll shortcut with a comment about the suite door, an oversize one to allow for wheelchairs. Even when the door was bolt locked, sunlight was coming through the door seals top, side, and bottom! A few little ants came into the suite.

We did not choose to have breakfast there.

Could not park close to our door, the bathroom door scraped noisily upon opening and closing, and the toilet banged the wall when getting up off of it (the latter two points were given as feedback to the motel).

The room we were in was a kitchenette. The fridge was not clean, the floor was dirty, and was not pet friendly. There are other rooms that do allow pets. We have stayed there 2 -3 times before and although old it was very clean. That was a few years ago. Now due to cleanliness issues I would not stay again.
