Great value and location

The traditional onsen was pleasant.

It feels a bit like the place is starting to fall apart. The shared room was exactly what you’d expect for the price (I was prepared for the beds to creak), but on the very first day, a guest got stuck in the bathroom, and then I almost did too; in the other bathroom, which could be used as an alternative, the toilet seat is half-detached from the single toilet bowl. As for the staff, we met a generally nice older gentleman, who, however, was unable to be present near the front desk for most of the day.

We thought that the beds were larger, based on the photos, so had to use the futons, which actually reasonably comfortable.

Everything was perfect No complains at all My room japanese style with tatami was realy spacius. Supe clean very comfort bed pillows super nice the hot spring water. All perfect for me

お部屋が広かった。

フロントで夕食が取れる飲食店を尋ねたところ、「もうどこも閉まっています」と案内され、そのままコンビニまで車で向かいました。ですが実際には、まだ営業していて間に合うレストランもありました。 とはいえ、周辺の飲食店の閉店時間が早いのは事実です。到着が遅くなる場合は、事前に食事を済ませるか、購入してからチェックインすることをおすすめします。

It was nice and spacious room for 4 person, onsen was old but nobody else was there, comfortable mattresses and futons

The place itself and the price. Reasonable place to stay while in Hakone. 15 minutes walk going to Togendai port. We are a budget traveler yet we enjoyed so much from Yunessun Spa Resort, took a public bus right infront of the building going to Kojiri-Ue station where this place is located and continue our travel experience the next day after a goodnight sleep.

It would be nice if there is a restaurant for breakfast. However, there are available food for a fee and a microwave and hot water and honest store. So, if you are travelingg for a budget while enjoying Hakone, this is the best place to stay.

施設の場所が湖尻湾から近く、アクティビティや観光のベースに凄く良い。近くにコンビニやお店がない分、施設内の自動販売機が充実しており、飲食には困らない。 あと、温泉設備があるので、旅の疲れを癒すのに最高でした。

不満な点は特にはありませんが、強いて言うなら、設備が全体的に古く感じる方もいるかと思いますが、私は気になりませんでした。

El hotel me gusto mucho, muy tranquilo cerca de la montaña, las habitaciones bonitas y cómodas. El baño compartido fue una aventura.

Por estar cerca de la montaña, si llegas en transporte público, tiene que ser en bus. No hay muchas opciones para comer o almorzar cerca, y las opciones en el hotel es una máquina que dispensa alimentos.

温泉のお湯の温度が丁度いい

チェックイン時フロント１人に対しどんどん宿泊者が来てロビーで待つようになっているが、お互いに待っていて順番がわからず、あとから来た人が先にチェックインしていた。並んでもらうか、番号札を渡すかした方が良い。

I stayed here over New Year’s for five nights. There’s a mixed dorm option (which I stayed at), and overall it was a comfortable stay. They clean your bed daily and provide fresh toothbrushes, cups, slippers, yukata, and earplugs. Just note that there’s no front desk service past 9 p.m. (or 10pm) and the hotel doors are locked from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. So you’ll need to inform them if you plan to arrive late or leave early. The only downside was on my last night, when a terrible snorer made it hard to sleep. Internet is fine, not that slow but also not that fast. There are weak signal spots in the hotel. Hotel staff mainly stay at the front desk. There is no roaming staff around. I only saw some when they are cleaning the rooms.

I stayed in the dormitory: There are no locks in the room, just sliding door. I do have a cover for my whole bed when sleeping (bottom bed) but if you are top bunk, there is no ceiling cover so when the lights are on, it can disturb you.. You are given a key and there is a separate locker provided. I am a woman and safety is fine but if this is something you are concerned about (even as male) you should reconsider booking someplace else. In addition, you need to cross the national highway, so be careful. There is no crosswalk near the hotel so I need to time my crossing to avoid the curve and blindside in the highway for cars..

ทำเลค่อนข้างไกลจากมินิมาร์ทร้านค้า แนะนำซื้อเข้ามา หรือทานมาให้เรียบร้อย เดินทางจะลำบากมาก หากไม่ได้ขับรถ

フロントの対応よい。事前に荷物を置かせてもらえた。きれいで使いやすい。お風呂もよい。

Hébergement très pratique, propre et bien équipé. On a bien apprécié l'onsen intégré même si la déco est très simple. C'est propre. Mention spéciale pour le jeune monsieur de l'accueil qui parle très bien anglais et quelques mots de français. Il a été très accueillant et nous a bien aidé pour nos valises perdues.

Chambre grande et agréable. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel.

位置其實不難找，但晚上因為環境太暗會需要導航幫忙。相對的環境比較寧靜。

可以理解地理位置店家稀少所以較難處理飲食需求。

침대가 슈퍼 싱글이었던 점이 좋았어요 온천도 좋았어요

Le site du lac ashi est superbe. De belles balades dans la nature. L onsen de la Gh était très agréable après une journée de marche

Difficulté pour accéder à l établissement. Manque d un box fermé pour déposer ses objets.

Esta bonito el hotel, su ubicación no está lejos de la parada de autobuses pero si llegas por la noche llega una lámpara por que no hay iluminación en el camino. El chico que nos atendió en recepción super atento y nos habló en español. La habitación es muy grande

Schöne geräumige Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und der Onsen war das Highlight. Man muss sich vielleicht erst daran gewöhnen, dass es keine Dusche auf dem Zimmer, sondern nur die Gemeinschaftsbäder unten gibt, aber wenn man das akzeptiert, ist es ein tolles entspannendes Erlebnis.

Es gibt kaum Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Check-In ist erst ab 16 Uhr möglich.

Abordable, bon lit, propre. Un peu difficile à localiser.

L'amabilitat del recepcionista Kozi. L'hotel està prou correcte però una mica antiquat.

Que no hi ha dutxes individuals privades.

Nothing except one staff member, Kozzy, was friendly and a good man.

The old manager was unnecessarily rude and unfriendly – the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The mattress feels barely 5 cm thick, so it’s basically like sleeping on the floor. The location is far from the few restaurants in that remote area. I booked for 2 nights but ended up changing hotels after the first. There is no food service, only vending machines. Very disappointing.

Everything

It was good; it met expectations in that it was just a stay in Hakone. It is a shared bath, and the vending machine food isn't that great. The nearest convenience store is a 1-hour walk from the stay, and most restaurants close around 3 or 4. The bus stop is a short walk away.

かつて食堂だった所を宿泊者が自由に持ち込み食事ができるようになっていて多少の食べ物の自販機もある 細かい気遣いの道具も揃っているがペーパーナプキン、ウエットティッシュ、ティッシュの何れかを常備してほしい

食堂のカーテンが古いままか？汚れていてぶら下がっているので取り外したほうが良い

房間寬躺，有溫泉及共有衛浴，是傳統的住宿飯店。飯店附近環境寧靜，近旅遊景點，開車十幾分鐘便到達。開車到便利店也需十多分鐘。

車場入口太小，如開大車要轉上飯店入口要小心。宜多安置指示牌。

部屋の中は清潔感があり良かったです。

部屋も綺麗でとて満足できるホテルです。又この周辺に来たら泊まりたいと思います。

部屋は清潔で広々しています。部屋にはシャワーはありませんでしたが、大浴場があり、ここも良かったです。 ただ、冷凍のカレーやカップ麺はあるもののまともな食事を取れるサービスはありませんでした。周りにお店もありません。夕食を取らずにチェックインすると、事実上、まともな食事はできません。朝食も同様です。 チェックインは、16時からでしたが、それまでフロントには人はいませんでした。また、フロントは21時までで、サービスを終了します。朝もフロントには人がいませんので、箱に鍵を入れてチェックアウトです。 価格が安いので、合理的なサービスとなっていると思いました。 駐車場はあるので、車で宿泊する人には、良いホテルだと思います。

A really nice hotel with really helpful staff. The rooms were a great size, with comfortable beds and private bathroom. For the price I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area

The staff that help us was extremely helpful. We stayed for one night and it was very nice. The onsen was needed at the end of day to soak. The only think was there was an extra charge of 6.00 CAnwas on the website and there is nothing close by if you did not bringAN witch I do not recall

This accommodation offers exceptional value. The environment is quiet, the place was spotless, and it’s well-located for easy access. A great choice for anyone planning a longer stay.

The room in Japanese traditional style was amazing, everything super clean. I loved my room!

Parking avec places disponibles en mai sans souci. Cela semble peu pratique sans voiture si vous voulez manger dehors etc car peu de choses dispos à pieds. Onsen vraiment très propre et avec des produits à disposition : différents gel douches/ shampoing et conditionner. Ce sont les meilleurs produits qu’on ait eu dans les onsens. Propreté impeccable. Nourriture rapide à disposition en vente à la réception ou via des machines. Attention de bien avoir en tête que les chambres n’ont pas de salles de bain : seulement lavabo et toilette. Il faut donc se doucher dans les onsens (nus, non mixtes).

Hors saison (mai) le peu de restaurant ferme à 20h00. Pas de petit déjeuner servi, que des distributeurs. Personnel vraiment pas aimable, quand présent. La chambre est spacieuse.

Près d’un lac vu sur mont Fuji. Près du téléphérique, pass de trois jours pour les transports soit bateau,téléphérique,bus etc.. chambre grande,très confortable, onsen bain eau chaude. Quelques minutes de marche du débarcadère.

A stay on the cheaper side of the usual Hakone pricing. Very big room. The public bath was not well maintained, and therefore not enjoyable to use. Location is not ideal but not a big issue if you have a car available.

The onsen is great inside the hotel Close to togendai station and the lake so you can reach that part of the cable car and ship easily. Also nice walk area Direct bus to hakone yumoto station, which is a good touristy hub

It is an okay guesthouse with oldish interior. The shower head in the room had not much pressure, so for a good shower at the end of the day i used the onsen. You have to be careful about transportation as buses are not frequent especially after 4-5pm. We had to take the taxi from the other end of the lake at 6pm because the last bus left.
