Reviewed Aug 30, 2026房間比想像中再小一點，如果有大行李會比較不方便，因為需要爬樓梯。但是房間設備齊全，可以洗衣服、烘衣服（浴室可以開乾燥烘衣服一個晚上會乾）；房間內有廚房，可以開車去附近的超市買東西回來煮。走一下子旁邊就是桃源台港，可以搭游船跟纜車。如果有開車來，也有停車位。

上の階にお子さんが滞在されてたのか、夜中2時すぎてもドコドコ走る音が聞こえてきました。

洗面所にあるストレートアイロンの温度が上がらなくて使えなかったのと、バーチカルブラインドの羽が閉じなくて常に外が見えて怖かった。

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026広々として、新しくきれいなお部屋でした。高いお宿が多い箱根の中ではリーズナブルなお値段なのもよかったです。テレビの電波は入りませんでしたが、プロジェクターがあり自分のアカウントを使えばYouTube、Netflix、TVerなどを大画面で見られるのも面白かったです。
壁が薄いのか、上階の足音や車やバイクの音量が気になりました。幹線道路に接しているため、深夜もしばしば車の音が賑やかでした。こういう宿はスタッフが常駐していらっしゃらないので、深夜上階がうるさくても 我慢するしかないですね。自分で直接言いに行くか… 事前チェックインとして宿泊者情報を送る必要があったのですが、宿泊者全員の顔写真付きの身分証明証のデータを送信することを求められました（日本在住の日本人であってもです）。レベルの高い個人情報ですので強い抵抗感、違和感を覚えました。送りたくないとお伝えしたところ、代表者以外は免除されました。宿帳にあたるものが必要となることは理解できますが、免許証等の写真データというのは不必要なレベルの個人情報ではないかと感じました。

1階で2階の人のジャンプする音が聞こえます。

The location was a little more remote than expected. That side of the lake is pretty much closed down after 3 PM. Challenged to find restaurants and food within walking distance.

We kwamen laat in de middag aan, gelukkig dat we op Google maps aan het kijken waren voor restaurants en er zo achter kwamen dat alles om 15:00 sluit. Even contact met de verhuurder en dit klopt er is niks open later op de dag. Dus op het station in odowara allemaal boodschappen gehaald.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Large space. Easy straight forward self checkin with door code. Kids loved the loft with tatami bed rolls. Little kitchenette was handy as we brought food for breakfast. Lovely balcony with amazing windows and daytime light. The bathroom was fantastic with a large bath. Washing machine was handy. Very quiet little area. Very short walk (5mins) to the ropeway up to Owakudani and then over to Gora. Made glass beads at the Hakone Craft House. Also amazing views of Mount Fuji! There is only one little restaurant お食事処 仁屋 that is open until 8pm that was fantastic, but note they are not open Tuesday’s. We found this out the hard way which let to another adventure at the Hanaori hotel a short walk away. Where you can purchase buffet dinner if you’re willing to pay. Checkout again straight forward. Cleaning crew was already waiting at 9:30am for us to leave by 10. Took the matcha ferry boat from the terminal a short walk down the road to MotoHakone which was amazing! The entire boat is matcha themed with a selection of matcha drinks and treats. It was definitely more like a luxury cruise boat. Got to see Mount Fuji one last time and the floating torii gates in Lake Ashi from the boat!
Little lights on everywhere at night. Exit sign was like a lighthouse beacon! Water heater took a bit to realize we had to turn on. Floor at entrance was dirty. Drying cycle on the washing machine was not great. We ended up having to pack up damp clothes after letting them hang for nearly 24hours. Would be nice to have patio furniture on the balcony. Be prepared with food if you don’t have a car. We stopped at the grocery store at the station in Odawara before getting on the bus.

キッチンがあまりに小さい。特にシンク。 調理台が申し訳程度で、ダイニングテーブルがあるわけでもないので、いろいろ悩みながら苦戦した。 食事はキッチンで調理を前提にしない方がいいかもです。 コンロはIH二口で、それはまぁまぁ悪くはなかったけど。個人的にIH使い慣れないので苦戦はしました。 料理をほぼしないのであれば申し分ないと思います。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Pros: Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to Lake Ashinoko. The room was well equipped with a full kitchen, washer, comfortable bed, and convenient parking. The facilities were great overall.
Cons: The walls and floors are very thin. If possible, avoid lower-floor rooms because every footstep and movement from upstairs can be heard. During my stay, there was frequent running, shouting, and noise past midnight. Despite notifying the property manager multiple times, the issue was never resolved. I was told warnings had been sent to the guests, but the noise continued. As a result, I did not get a good night's sleep during my stay. Suggestion: If house rules regarding noise and quiet hours are posted, they should be enforced consistently. This property has a lot of potential due to its excellent location and amenities, but it may not be the best choice for guests seeking a quiet and relaxing stay.

Wygodne łóżka, w pełni wyposażony, 2 tv, pralka, spokojna lokalizacja wśród zieleni. Jedynie to brakuje dużego stołu z krzesłami zamiast np stolika kawowego. Byłoby funkcjonalniej.

Not all materials are best for rental. The curtains in the living room are fabric, which gives loose threads, not a nice look. Nice ceiling lamp in the living room, which is hard to clean, dusty. Floors not the cleanest, bit saggy couch in the bedroom, felt a bit smudgy, while the lack of insects gives a clean feel. The only bathroom only accessible through a bedroom + 2 beds in the middle of the living room without a way to be a bit covered. So in the morning bedroom is waiting to use the living room, while the living room sleepers must go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. We planned to use the futons on the top floor, but they were not set out (since we were only with 4), but for us it feels weird to sleep in the living room.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Very clean and comfortable villas, short walk from Lake Ashi waters edge and the Pirate ship sightseeing cruise / Ropeway terminals. The villa was bigger than expected, and could sleep up to 7 guests (2x double beds, 2x single futons, 1x sofa/day bed). There was only 2 of us, but this place would be great for families or groups. It was a great place to stay, chill out and enjoy nature and scenery.
This location has limited food options and you cannot see Mt Fuji. There is a drink vending machine outside, and a few restaurants nearby, but they all have limited opening times (11am to 7pm ish). Also this side of Lake Ashi, doesn't really have much public transport to Gora or other busier towns between 7pm-8am - so plan your meal times accordingly. You cannot see Mt Fuji from this area, you need to walk or get the pirate ship cruise approx 2km toward Motohakone to see Mt Fuji, best view is in Motohakone infront of the Rakuten Stay building (~6km walk from the villa)

The lighting outside of the villas did not work during the night and made the access dangerous. The noise from the road might be a bit disturbing during the night or early morning.

There was a bit of a smell but I could tell it’s just from past visitors and not much could be done. Looking back at it I would’ve gone a 1 story room like Unit F as it feels more spacious and less stairs.

Arrive Villa, digital lock not working, not able to go into the apartment, call the emergency number, not able to speck to someone. Manage to speck to a person stay next to our apartment, she manage to contact Villa's person incharge , after 45 mins, we able to get into the apartment with a spare key. My booking is for 2 nights, i would like to ask for compensation for the inconvenience cause, refund 1 night stay at the Villa.

二階建ての部屋を予約したかったのだが、表記が分かりづらく一階の部屋を予約してしまったようで、当日残念な気持ちでのスタートとなってしまった。 一点疑問点があるのですが、お皿は前回の人が洗ったまま職員が洗ったりせず、そのまま使うのでしょうか？ もしそうだとしたら前回の人が何に使ったかわからないので怖いなと感じた。(無いと思うが毒を塗られたりなど) 「最後は洗って拭いてしまう」と表記があったので、もしかしてこのまま次の人も使うの！？と思った次第です。 炊飯器、オーブンなど、用意していただいている調理器具は全て予約サイトに表記いただきたかった。(炊飯器の表記がなかったのでお米を諦めていました。) 又、ラップやクッキングシートもなければ用意したので表記いただきたいです。

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026- emplacement parfait : juste devant l'arrêt de bus pour/depuis Odawara (compter 1h), à quelques mètres du bord de lac, au calme - très propre - mention ++ pour la SDB et la baignoire - instructions claires pour l'arrivée
- pas de parapluie mis à disposition (il pleut pourtant souvent dans le coin!) - l'absence de rampe est dangereuse - si les lits en bas sont très confortables, le futon au sol est un peu sur en haut (et ne doit pas être souvent utilisé car il sentait le renfermé)
