Excellent location, close to the harbour and all the shopping and restaurants. The host family were all so lovely and helpful with food and information.

Lokacija je fenomenalna, v starem delu mesta, sredi zgovinskih najdišč in blizu beneškega pristanisca. Razgled na Chanio iz lepo urejene in prostorne terase je čudovit.

Malo težko je najti, posebej ponoči. Toda lastnik nas je pričakal kljub pozni uri.

The hosts are absolutely great, Nicholas and Maria gave me a lot of advice and information, offered home-made spirits and dates. The room was small, but practically equipped and furnished, exceeded my expectations. Wonderful views from the roof top. Superb location in the Old Town.

The location can’t get better especially for the price , you are a 2 minutes walk from the city center and the main attractions, just don’t try to come by car. You should short parking otherwise and before hand. The staff were amazing helpful and super kind. The room was WELL air conditioned, and some basic amenities (including sleepers) which I found rather pleasant. During our 4 days stay we had room service once and they even tied we up our room :) If you end up staying there don’t skip over the terrace the views were amazing .

I think it could be a little bit cleaner. The shower was full of limescale and in some tiny bit spaces mold . Also there was dust in many place , and the cutlery was dirty. But the worst were the left overs inside one of the coffee cups (I didn’t even know what this was) and my bed sheets were I spotted some har strands. The room was CLEAN ENOUGH , for as to feel comfortable but there were certain areas of (easy) improvements

Remarkable experience, Nikolas is the real deal. As soon as we arrived he made us feel at home. Sunset on the rooftop = instant classic. We felt his warmth & generosity. Better than perfect 🤩 xx

Gute Lage inmitten der Altstadt- trotzdem recht ruhig - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank im Zimmer... Weitläufige Dachterrasse mit Blick über Teile der Stadt, Kaffeezubehör im Zimmer, Gute Klimaanlage, Balkon

Sehr hellhörig, sehr enger Flur, kleines, vollgestelltes Zimmer (durch große Wandspiegel optisch aufgewertet), kleines fensterloses Bad bei dem die einzige kleine Ablage schon bei der Nutzung des sehr kleinen Waschbeckens im Weg ist.... Für zwei Personen wäre es im Zimmer schon eng geworden...

The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. The bathroom is very spacious. The location is perfect - very close to the harbour. And the view on the roof of the building is spectacular. The hosts are amazing - hospitable and kind. They let us leave our luggage after check out, so we can go to the beach (we had a late flight). It was a pleasure staying in Porto Chania! Definitely recommend it!

Really good location, near the Old Port of Chania and the center. The room was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Very big shower in the bathroom. The hosts were so nice and kind.

Nothing - maybe the room was too small for three people, but it wasn’t a big problem. Everything was good.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής από κάθε άποψη! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένο, με καθημερινή καθαριότητα, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ βολική και ιδανική για τις μετακινήσεις και τις εξορμήσεις μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πραγματικά αξιολάτρευτοι! Ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι και συνέβαλαν στο να γίνει η διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο όμορφη. Όλα ήταν άψογα και ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μας. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! 🩷

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, αν θέλεις να είσαι μέσα στην πόλη

Τέτοια φιλοξενία δεν υπάρχει!! Αξιολάτρευτο ζευγάρι Νίκος &Μαρία έκαναν το κάτι παραπάνω και δεν θα ξεχάσω ποτέ το δώρο τους για τα γενέθλια μού. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, με τα όλα απαραίτητα για τέλεια διαμονή. Η τοποθέτηση του ξενοδοχείου στο κέντρο της πόλης, με την καλύτερη θέα από την κορυφή του κτιρίου όπου μπορείτε να περάσετε τα βράδια σας χαζεύοντας της θάλασσα με το κρασάκι σας. Ήσυχη γειτονιά με αρκετό χορό για παρκάρισμα . Σε απόσταση μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια ένα μικρό σούπερ μάρκετ και ατελείωτη ουρά από τα καλά εστιατόρια.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή μέσα στη παλιά πόλη . Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Όλα ήταν τέλεια ,το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

De ligging is perfect, aan de rand van het oude centrum. De kamer beschikt over alles wat ik nodig heb; een fijn bed, een eigen badkamer, een airco en zelfs een balkon, koelkast en een waterkoker!

Een nacht hoorde ik geluiden van de straat, maar toen ik de airco aanzette, werd dat overstemd.

Everything! The location was excellent and conveniently close to the Old Town. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and very nice view from the terrace

Oh the property is so cute. All of it including the room and bathroom is spacious and modern. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned everyday. The location couldn’t be anymore perfect for the harbour, old town, shops and buses to the beaches. Highly recommend!

The host was very friendly and helped me out with a bus ticket issue I had. The room is in a great location and the hotel has a spectacular roof terrace.

It was VERY tiny and with the ground floor room in a busy neighbourhood I had to keep the blinds closed and aircon on to have some privacy during the night.

The owner was so excited to share his knowledge of the area, and very accommodating. The area was wonderful!

netter Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, sowie die gesamte Pension, sehr schöne geräumige Dusche, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch Wasserkocher mit Tee, Cafe, kühles Wasser im Kühlschrank und kleine Flasche Raki als Willkommensgruß. Es gibt eine super tolle Dachterasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf den Hafen / Meer

We really enjoyed the accommodation, although we only stayed for one night. The room had everything we needed and was very spacious, with plenty of natural light and a large mirror on the wall, which made it feel cosy and bright. It also had a balcony, as well as access to a shared terrace with a view. Despite being in the city centre, the property is accessed from the back of the building with direct road access, so it is still convenient to arrive by car (there are also parking spots available nearby), even while staying in the old town of Chania. Which is great! The hosts were very kind and helpful. I met both of them, and they explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcome, letting us know we could ask for anything at any time. Thank you!

We liked everything

I liked how it was right in the Old Town within walking distance of the sites and I got help from the owner about where to go and the restaurant recommendation was spot on!

I didn’t like how there was no parking. I drove in to Chania for the first time so the owner moved his scooter so I could park in front of the door & then I had to park in a space meant for residents there but I had no other choice.

It was clean and the owners were so helpful! Nickolas (owner) gave me lots of information about local restaurants and beaches. He let me leave my luggage after I checked out as I had a very late flight.

Very centrally located but also very quiet. Fabulous views from roof terrace across Venetian harbour and out to sea . Extremely clean with thick white towels and bedsheets.. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Ample storage space for our 3 night stay or longer. Nikos and Maria were so welcoming and made sure everything was right. There was even a supply of Raki, milk, tea, coffee and water. All freely replenished if we required anything.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Das Bad mit Toilette extrem klein, das Waschbecken hinter der Türe. Toilettensitz direkt neben der Dusche und vor der Wand. Man muss schon sehr schlank sein.

La posizione è ottima, nel centro di chania a un minuto dal porto veneziano, la mia camera era piccola ma silenziosa e ben accessoriata.

The location was excellent for exploring old town Chania. Nikolas was a superb host.

Det ligger vitterligt 20 meter fra kanten af den venetianske havn, på toppen av en bakke med udsigt over den gamle bydel. Det ægtepar som har det er overstrømmende venlige og servicemindede. Det er et dejligt lille hotel hvor jeg nu har boet på begge mine ture til Kreta. Jeg kan varmt anbefale stedet;)

I can definitely recommend this place. The location is excellent. It's right in the historic center, and the famous waterfront is less than a minute away. At the same time, the hotel is located on a quiet street, which makes it very peaceful. The owners are incredibly helpful and wonderful people. Even though I stayed in the smallest room, it had everything I needed and was quite cozy and comfortable.

Das Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, da ich keinen Instantkaffee mag. Die Lage war sehr nahe des Kai´s. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Νίκος ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε, και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση,ακόμα και τα κεράσματα ήταν άλλο επίπεδο, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Πιστεύω θα γίνει μόνιμος προορισμός εκεί

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von dem pulsierenden dennoch entspannten alten Hafen. Das Team war ganz besonders freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles da (inkl. Wasserkocher und sogar Tee - wichtig für Teetrinker ;-)) Und von der Terrasse gibt es einen freien und wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Leuchtturm.

From the moment we arrived, everything was the best. I recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful, communicated before and after make sure you are comfortable. The location is very close to the old port, so the best restaurant, views and hot tourists spots. But also is not close to the noise.
