Deres morgenmad matcher slet ikke resten af hotellets niveau. Service er elendig, og alle de gange, jeg har været der, har de lavet fejl i min ordre, så jeg har måttet sende den tilbage. Der er meget lidt plads og man risikerer at komme til at sidde klods op og ned ad buffeen, så folk nærmest skubber til en, når de skal hente mad.

Location is amazing for being in London for the weekend.

Given the price point I feel that our 25 year wedding anniversary could have been acknowledged a little. We got a free drink upon arrival (unrelated to this in fact as they were not aware of the message I had sent). The free drink (not explained) came with a surcharge for two fairly normal drinks of more than any other bar in the area. The surcharge felt a little petty bearing in mind price point of the hotel. Sky bar was pretty but couldn’t see the city really from our seats.

This was my third stay at the hotel, and every time I have left very satisfied. It’s a wonderful hotel! Very clean, with an excellent breakfast. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy and are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is also excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a good hotel overall, but the main issue is the artificial scents everywhere. I would not recommend it if you have any smell sensitivity

Very attentive staff. Very nice decent size rooms for a center of London hotel. Although you are in the center, once inside you enter a different world.

For the price of the breakfast I would have expected a little more choice but the quality of what was offered was excellent.

The location was fantastic, right off Soho and within walking distance of most of central London, including Covent Garden. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. They have a nice rooftop bar and a gin botanical bar, which are both very nice.

The room sizes are a bit smaller, but tastefully designed with very nice interiors.

The facilities on B4 were amazing, the staff there were extra nice! Many things to do in the hotel, the restaurants were nice too.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The location was fabulous and extremely convenient. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. When we checked out Rado, the doorman, priced us a cab and explained it was much cheaper for an Uber to the cruise terminal. The pool and saunas were great. The staff at the reception room was very friendly and the tea and snacks were very good. The room was very nice, clean and much bigger than the majority of London accommodations.

We recently stayed at The Londoner and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Leicester Square and perfect for exploring London. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The gym and spa facilities were also excellent and a real highlight of our stay. The only downside was our room, which was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We reported it to reception before heading out for the day and evening, but when we returned, the only action taken had been to open the window—which unfortunately made little difference as it was boiling outside. To the hotel’s credit, when we mentioned the issue at check-out, the staff were genuinely apologetic. They initially offered to remove any service charges from our bill, although we hadn’t incurred any or used the minibar. They then kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite on a future stay (subject to availability), which was a thoughtful gesture. Despite the issue with the room temperature, it didn’t spoil our stay. The excellent location, great facilities and genuinely helpful staff left a positive impression, and I would happily stay at The Londoner again.

Friendly staff and a stunning place. I told them the spa visit was a treat for a friends birthday and they went the extra mile. Facilities are upmarket and exclusive.

Wonderful facilities, great spacious gym with modern equipment. super comfortable room with comfy bed. Good housekeeping. We were able to check in early with no added costs. The pool area is also very nice.

The pool area is very nice, just the pool is closing at 10 pm and already at 9:30 they walk around and start telling people the door from the pool will be locked 5 minutes before 10 pm. It feels like they just wanted to have their shift done soon. I think at this level of hotel, the customer should always be first and not warned this way. Our room had windows into the courtyard, and it feels dark all day even though it was super sunny when we were visiting, we didn't mind, but I think some people might not like that. So if this is your case, ask for a room with a view to the street/city.

From the second you enter the Londoner, you feel like home and someone special, swift enough check in by Costa and in a blink of an eye, my bags were sent to my room. The cutest room, although it looks over Leicester Square, I didn’t hear a single noise from the crowd outside. I slept so so well !! I had lunch and dinner at Whitcomb s, thx to Olhia, Vitalii and Ripon for a fantastic service, the food was delicious ! I also had breakfast ( I ate too much… :) ) thx to Gabriella and Rigo for looking after me. Checkout was also fast and efficient by the lovely Calanta. I shall be back soon

The location, the room, the cocktails.

This is the second time visiting, the first time was just after opening. The hotel and location is superb. There are some fantastic staff but the service is very mixed. Luxury is a feeling, I think some team members need additional training on how to provide this. Luxury doesn't need to be rude or dismissive, it can still be human, warm and friendly however I often felt the receptionist team (well some of them) tried to hard to provide luxury efficiency rather than warmth and care. There was a young man, blonde, tall with glasses who checked us in, he was fantastic. Our rooms were not ready, so we awaited the text to return and check in properly. One room received a text and we returned to reception at 4.30pm. I simply asked if the 2nd room was available and it wasn't, I asked when this might come available as we were a group of friends together, the receptionist this time was a little rude, dismissive and challenging Making me feel like I had done something wrong. It was simply a question and it was an hour and half after the declared check in time. However we got the message slightly later and checked in. Everything else was good however breakfast was not great. WE were seated on the first morning, ordered our drinks and hot food, we had to ask 5 times for our hot drinks, being told we had not ordered, despite one from our table receiving theirs. The team were really pleasant, trying hard but the restaurant lacked leadership, management and organisation. As a business owner I can spot when teams are under pressure and management are not assisting, supporting or overseeing and I personally think this was the case. Orders were going to the incorrect tables, going back to the kitchen and the returning to the table cold, this happened to us. Lots of apologies all over the floor to tables awaiting food or drink or having received the incorrect orders.

The toilets are part of the experience and ours didn’t work, I also called to book a table for England game I was told didn’t have too. So we turned up the man on the door very rude luckily a lady working in the bar welcomed us in. This is the third stay in a month

What a wonderful experience. Only stayed 1 night, but it was amazing. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly. The bar staff excellent, nothing too much trouble. The Retreat on the lower level is just that, calm and relaxing. We loved it. Hopefully we will be back for a longer stay. Thank you

Central location (although ‘iconic’ Leicester Square itself is pretty crowded and not always the best vibe) , well equipped pool and gym facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable. Whitcomb restaurant was a good option for dinner onsite.

Staff were generally inflexible and seemed to lack patience with guests (reception, restaurant), with the exception of the concierge team. Breakfast was average for a 5 star. Be careful at checkout, a discretionary tip was added to the bill for the reception staff. This came to over £60 and is the first time I have seen this type of charge.

Bavulları hazır olan odaya bırakıp dışarı çıktık, sonra otele geldiğimizde maalesef yan odanın başkasına verildiği ve 2 kat aşağıda başka bir odanın bana verilebileceği söylendi, itiraz etsek de sadece maalesef, üzgünüz, elimizden bir şey gelmiyor gibi ifadeler sunuldu. Eminim personel bizi ikna ettiği için kendisinin iyi performans gösterdiğini hissetti. Ona göre problemi ortadan kaldırdı ve bizi başka odaya gönderdi. Bir de iki kişilik odada ayrı yataklar talep etmiştim çift kişilik tek yataklı oda verdiler.

I have no problems with dress codes, but please apply them if you request your guests to follow them. It is summer, and summer staffing but you serve your guests the right way at the table, you do not reach over the guest and the guests plates. That is not five star. When offering bagage service sent to the room, not good of your guest needs to remind you after 1h… When asking for another pillow, I still haven’t got any answer..

I selected The Londoner from a well known travel reviewer on YouTube. The hotel lived up to its expectation. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet given the central London location. The 4th basement pool area & gym are amazing and worth using. The Londoner in my view - as someone who paid with my own money - was excellent and cannot be faulted. I'd stay again

Due to a flight cancelation and rebooking we found ourselves at the last minute needing a room in London for two nights. Fortunately, we were able to book with Londoner Hotel. After a long flight from Miami and a train journey from the airport we arrived at the hotel tired and a tad frazzled. This melted away with the warm welcome and the serene lobby. We were quickly checked in, shown around the lobby, The Residence, and off to the room. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was amazing. We made use of The Residence as a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or snack. The pool was relaxing. The breakfast each morning was delicious. All of the amenities provided along with the tremendous service and fantastic location make this hotel a luxury value! Highly recommend!

Set up appointment for massages at the spa on Friday for Sunday. Emailed the time to confirm. The next day I get an email saying they didnt hear back and gave away our appointments. Will never use this hotel or spa ever based on this. What a disappointment.

I stayed at The Londoner on Champions League Final day, and what a fantastic choice it turned out to be. From the moment I arrived, it was clear why this hotel has developed such an outstanding reputation. I have stayed here about 4 times in the last 12 months and the location is simply exceptional and one of the USP's. Sitting in the heart of Leicester Square, you're within walking distance of so many of London's best attractions, restaurants and theatres. The fact that this incredible hotel now occupies the site of the former Odeon cinema somehow makes it feel even more special it's a wonderful reinvention of such an iconic location. For me, this is pound for pound the best value luxury hotel in London. It delivers an experience that comfortably competes with hotels charging considerably more. Check-in was warm, efficient and genuinely welcoming. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, attentive and eager to help. I was even given a tour of the members' lounge, which was a lovely touch and immediately made me feel at home. I do want to mention one small issue on arrival. I was initially allocated an accessible room, which wasn't my preference. However, this was resolved extremely quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Aimee, the Reception Manager, who personally followed up afterwards with a thoughtful apology and reassurance that the feedback had been shared with the team. Mistakes occasionally happen in every hotel what matters is how they're handled, and The Londoner couldn't have dealt with it better. The room itself was beautifully designed, immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Throughout the hotel there's a real sense of understated luxury without ever feeling pretentious. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The combination of an excellent à la carte menu alongside a high-quality buffet was outstanding. The quality of the produce was first class, service was an attentive without being intrusive, and it was genuinely one of the better hotel breakfasts I've enjoyed in London. I should say that , one of the hotel's absolute hidden gems is the gym. Quite simply, I think it's the best hotel gym in London. In fact, it feels less like a hotel fitness room and more like a premium members-only health club along with the swimming pool. The equipment is exceptional, the space is beautifully designed, and if you enjoy training while travelling, it's worth staying here for that alone. It has to be one of London's best-kept secrets. Everything throughout the stay reflected genuine hospitality. The staff consistently struck that difficult balance between professionalism and warmth, making every interaction feel effortless. I've stayed in many of London's finest hotels over the years, and The Londoner continues to stand out. Superb location, outstanding service, excellent food, world-class facilities and remarkable value for what you receive. I'll happily return, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for one of the capital's very best luxury hotel experiences.
