Reviewed Sep 8, 2026スタッフさんの対応の仕方が淡々とされてて もう少し 笑顔があれば （お一人だけの事ですが）クレジット決算したのですが その後不正利用が発覚して 自宅に着いてからカードが利用出来なくなったので 決算出来なかったら悪いと思い ホテルの方に電話して事情を説明して「決算出来なかったら連絡下さい」と伝えたら 「そうですね」のひと言で終了でした フロント向きでは無い方では？

悪いところは基本ないですが、強いて言うならスタッフの接客は普通or親切心に欠けると言うところでしょうか。

悪い所は思い当たりません 逆にこんなサービスあるの？って言う驚きはあまりなかったかもしれません 本当に強いて言うなら、悪い所がなくてやや印象に残りにくいかもしれない点でしょうか…

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Excellent Location: Even though it's right beside the highway, the location was absolutely perfect for our itinerary. It was highly convenient for coming back from shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets and heading to the Safari the next day (just a 10-15 minute drive). Adjacent Rooms: After our last hotel, we were very relieved that the two rooms we booked were right next to each other! Great Facilities & Amenities: The beds were big and very comfy, and they provided all the necessary toiletries. A huge bonus is the hotel's onsen, which was great for relaxing. Wonderful Service & Food: The reception staff was polite and welcoming from the start. We also really enjoyed the Japanese buffet breakfast, which had a very good and wide selection to choose from.
Tight Space for Luggage: As is typical for many Japanese hotels, the room size is quite compact. It felt a bit tight when trying to open and store our big luggage.

公共浴場的環境必須更勤快的清理才行，環境舊是沒辦法，但是乾淨的維持，是可以做到的，加油

部屋に置いてあるティッシュが少ないのと冷蔵庫が小さいところ。あと無料で提供していただいてる抹茶とルイボスティーを飲みたかったのに残量がなくて飲めなかったこと。 チェックアウトの時間を11時か12時までしていただけるとすごく有難いです。

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025it had everything we needed and more, great room size and the staff was honestly amazing - helped us so much when we needed to send something and when we needed help traveling - i would come back just for the staff alone! there was a family mart right outside which was great but they also served dinner (and breakfast) for some price if you didn't buy it as part of your stay.
