I liked the room small but a very well organized space that is clean

The wifi was a bit poor and the bathroom bath liquid was not that good i feel like they should add soap as well

The service was good. The room was cozy and comfortable. And the breakfast was nice.

TV channels were not playing a d the wifi was poor.

The hotel has a convenient location. You are in a quiet area but close to a shopping centre and restaurants.

They do not have smart TVs. They only have DSTV and it has limited channels.

⭐️ 2/10 – Very disappointing and completely misleading The staff were friendly and helpful, and honestly, they deserve credit for that. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The biggest issue is that the hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised on Booking.com. What we saw online and what we arrived to felt like two completely different places. The photos create an expectation that the actual property simply does not meet. We booked a room for two people, yet the room was only prepared and supplied for one. This should be a basic thing to get right. The towels were another major disappointment. They were not proper hotel bath towels, but looked more like old beach towels, and, worse, they had a very unpleasant smell. The room itself also had a noticeable bad smell, which immediately made the stay feel uncomfortable and unclean. The lack of basic hotel amenities was also shocking. There was no shower cap, no small shampoo, and not even hand wash. These are inexpensive, basic items that most guests reasonably expect when paying to stay at a hotel. And then there was breakfast — or rather, the lack of anything resembling a decent breakfast. The breakfast was so disappointing that we chose not to eat it at all. When breakfast is included in the booking, guests should at least be able to expect something presentable and worth eating. Overall, this was nowhere near the standard we expected from the Booking.com listing. The staff were lovely, but friendly staff cannot make up for poor cleanliness, unpleasant smells, inadequate amenities, disappointing breakfast and a property that looks completely different from what is advertised. If you are considering booking this hotel, I would strongly recommend looking at recent guest reviews and photos rather than relying on the promotional pictures. Our experience certainly did not match the impression created by the listing.

We were booked into a family room on our first night, there wasn't enough towels to begin with. Only two was placed on the bed. That's the first thing we notice. There was only 2 cups a d glasses. We were three adults. The shower didn't had a door and when you open the shower it opened like a sprinkle, resulting in the bathroom floor getting wet. The walls are dirty, needs maintenance Breakfast is still served bit with limited options not like before. Before there was cereal, yoghurt, fresh milk etc. Then you order your egg and bacon. However the shower got a shower curtain. The shower head was fixed. Even the cups, glasses and towels.

First of all when they say Prime Hotel i expected something fancy.. I mean buffet breakfast. An all .. That place is actually a motel not a hotel.. because ppl go there for adultery . Their breakfast is horrible. Very bad

Helemaal niets, het was er naar, voelde onveilig, de maners waren vies, oud en stinken. We zijn er als een haas vertrokken en hebben een ander hotel gezocht.

De locatie, de enige aanwezige persoon was een jongeman die boos werd na een klacht over de vieze lakens vol met vlekken. De kamers stonken en zagen er vies en vervallen uit. We voelden ons er niet veilig, het bleek ook geen “hotel” te zijn maar een b&b.

The bed was very uncomfortable had to check out after one day sleep.The parking lot is not spacious.

No maintenance happening,simple things like skirting board and door frame etc.Parking huge problem.Not what we saw in photos. We read the reviews about previous theft in rooms by staff only once we were booked in,we didn't have anything go missing but were constantly worried and can see how it would happen, As a guest you have to buzz in everytime to get in,so the staff can see you come and go easily on camaras and you can't get back in until they open for you,this would give them the advantage if they wanted to go through your belongings,it really doesn't make you feel safe.

The surrounding place is so quiet and peaceful. My room was so neat and beautiful. Their pool is neat and clean. Water is always hot. Safe parking and friendly stuff.

The air-conditioned room room 12 need to be fixed, because after switching it off. It leaks water from inside. But that not bad. The TV remote need to be changed.

The hotel is in a very good location, it is safe and close to a lot of attractive locations. The breakfast was served consistently and it was served at the specified time. It was also well presented.

I wish that they could a variety of breakfast, ie bread sometimes and cereal of some sort at time. I didn't enjoy having the same breakfast for a whole week's stay.

Can the facility have the breakfast serving dishes readily prepared for us to serve ourselves if possible.serving dishes should be available in the dining room,cakes or muffin serving be already placed and covered,do not bring it in one plate with the bread,let it be more appealing.The Room 7 for the children did not have warm water in the morning.

The room had the scented toilet blocks which was very strong and I had to remove it from the room. The mattress sunked in the Centre.
