Iso'Bella Vita Guesthouse

Super clean - both outside and inside the rooms. They have good quality furniture. The manager, Zandri is a good customer care and she has a good welcoming attitude.

The potholes on the streets outside is a threat to the functioning and customer attraction to the lodge. How I wish the municipality can sort that out asap.

Good breakfast. Good location.

Would like a chair to sit on when putting on my shoes. Would like bedlamps.

The place is

Squeaky clean, very friendly staff and quick to respond to our requests for example to braai, which honestly they did not have to accommodate. Good management and a well run facility.

Nothing, it is a good quality accommodation.

La habitacion era espaciosa, muy limpia y moderna. El desayuno, exquisito.

The space of the room, the peace and quietness of the space during our stay

Nothing at all

Clean and comfortable rooms Breakfast was good even though there is not much choice Calm surrounding

Nothing uncomfortable

Friendly staff, the place is very quiet with tight security.

I really enjoyed my stay, the service was superb

Breakfast was great. We asked for packs and it was done for us. The location was very close to shopping malls and Kruger Gate

Didn't enjoy privacy as we could hear our neighbours when they speak, and obviously they too were hearing conversations from our room.

Breakfast is superb. Staff is friendly. It feels safe. Bed is comfortable.

The towels were not 100% clean. Linen looked off-white and not quiet white.

We got an welcoming whatzapp from our host with direction and all the necessary info. The room was neat, well equiped. They did extra effort in accomodating a big bed for our children. The food was delicious! Would absolutely recommend Iso'Bella Vita!!

Friendly service and great breakfast. They were proactive to add an extra mattress for our 5 year old daughter

The breakfast was amazing. Room was beautiful and clean. Being a old Phalaborwaer it was amazing to feel home again with the most friendly staff. Well done to everybody.

There was nothing to say wrong about this property

The room was huge! In addition the staff were both absolutely amazing. Great people who made me feel very welcome.

Breakfast times (06:00 - 08:00 is not good enough)

Very neat, orderly and with excellent facilities

I can’t think of anything, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I arrived very late in the evening and they were able to arrange someone to come open and check me in

the bed

nothing

The cleanliness of the place was welcoming, from the main entrance/gate. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious. The rooms are so modern and immaculate.

I liked everything about the place.

Love the new decore

There were multiple cockroaches in the room. The rooms also not sound proof as you hear everything from the neighbours including telephone conversations

The guesthouse is at a quite area and that gives a perfect location to unwind. The breakfast was amazing. By far, it is still my best guesthouse in Phalaborwa

Noting to dislike

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schöne Zimmer. Nur ein paar Minuten vom Gate zum Kruger Nationalpark entfernt. Alles wunderbar.

Alles war einfach nur super!

Easy access to rooms. Rooms are spacious, modern and well kept. Everything working.

Nothing.

Very impressed!!

The proximity to the town and to the Kruger National Park. I also loved their breakfast - quite generous with it and with a variety of options. I enjoyed their space – the pool and garden area was quiet (quite small but pretty accommodating)

I didn't like the roads – they had NOTHING to do with the place/host I know, but the streets are not well lit and potholes are everywhere. AGAIN, not the host's problem, but be careful when driving to the place in a small vehicle.

Absolutely amazing !!!!

Nothing

I liked the room, so clean and the service .

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and courteous,

The rooms were spacious and clean with everything you needed

I could not find any thing that we did not like

Everything is fine, except that if we can dish ourselves, i know that its a small lodge sometimes you need to maintain wastaige all in all everything okay and excellent

Room designs and beds and everythingw as clean

Clean and spacious

I will appreciate if they can put in a sofa couch

Loud party across the street.

The are crocoaches Kindly fumigate your rooms

This has to be the best guesthouse ever 🙌🏾🙌🏾 The Best.

Everything was perfect 🤩

We had a lovely stay at the Iso'Bella Vita Guesthouse, perfect situation close to Kruger Park, wonderful breakfast, very nice staff and owner, very safe, including spacious and secure parking, quiet neighbourhood, all perfect!

The reception lady was very impatient when giving directions.

I always like staying at Iso'Bella when I am in Phalaborwa, its a hidden Gem.

It is stunning, as reflected in the pictures

Very clean Facility and quite enviroment. We had a peaceful night. There is breakfast available , only served at 07h00am. Very close to Kruger park Phalaborwa gate.

firm matress. Only one chair in the room. Difficult to sit and enjoy your food if your a couple, if you chose self catering room.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Iso'Bella Vita Guesthouse. Both the staff (so friendly and helpful!) and the accommodation itself exceeded all our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the near future and highly recommend it.

I must say I had an exceptional experience. It was impeccably clean, spacious, comfortable and perfectly quiet. The staff was warm and friendly. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of comfort and relaxation. If you looking for a peaceful retreat that truly feels like home, look no further.

The breakfast and cleanliness of our room

The road to the guesthouse

Everything about this place was 👌🏿. It actually looks even better in real life, the pictures don’t do it justice. Super clean, stylish, and comfortable. We stayed in the Narciso Rodriguez room (all the rooms are named after perfumes, such a nice touch). Breakfast was top tier, fresh and tasty. The staff were also amazing and made sure all our needs were catered for. Peaceful vibes all around.

The road leading to the property has a lot of potholes, but that’s not their fault. Once you get there, everything is perfect.
