Sehr schönes Haus mit super nettem Service.

Der Ort Phalabowa hat mir so gar nicht gefallen, aber die Nähe zum Kruger Nationalpark ist sehr gut. Am Gate funktionierte der Zugang schnell und problemlos.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Sogar ein Abendessen vor Ort wurde für uns noch organisiert. Die Betten waren gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker. Wenn wir mehr Zeit gehabt hätten, hätten wir sicherlich auch noch das sehr schöne Schwimmbad genossen.

Grazie ad un upgrade gratuito, abbiamo soggiornato in stanze nuovissime ed enormi. Entrambe con un tetto in paglia e travi in legno molto scenografico e alto almeno sei metri. Bagno molto spazioso e letto (a baldacchino) molto comodo. Colazione curata e di buona qualità. Bello, nonostante la stagione, il giardino e davvero accogliente la host.

Een heerlijke plek om te relaxen, vlakbij de gate naar Krugerpark, fijn personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en prachtige kamers. En een uitstekende gastvrouw en heer, die erop toezien dat het hun gasten aan niets ontbreekt.

The warm welcome from the owners, the room, the garden, the good wine, the great breakfast. We are here for the fourth time. We were never disappointed.

It was cold to be sitting outside for breakfast and no heating on. The bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs in my back.

Una opción estupenda para alojarse en Phalaborwa. Ideal para cargar las pilas después de un safari. Muy limpio, bien decorado, tranquilo y con un desayuno muy completo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

A very good, clean ccomodation. Like a jewel in the town. Small garden with swimming pool. Car park is inside the fenced property. Breakfast was individually created and all wished very fulfilled. Tha accomodation is close to the Krüger Gate but the roads in town have plenty of pot holes.

The guesthouse is situated within a beautiful garden. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the wooden terrace. The swimming pools are beautifully designed. A bar area provides a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. The owner is happy to assist with any questions. A particular highlight is the provision of small cooler boxes for picnics in the nearby Kruger National Park. The rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are very lovely. The bed, complete with a mosquito net, featured excellent mattresses. There is a small terrace located just outside the garden door. The staff are charming, and the dogs are adorable. The guesthouse is fenced and secure. A truly wonderful stay.

Staff communications were excellent..... Probably the BEST take away breakfast sandwiches you will find enroute to Kruger. Id go back just for another one of those alone...... and to hang out with the resident dogs :) The honesty bar is a nice touch also!

The room was clean and neat. Everything was working as it should. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Excellent breakfast buffet in the mornings.

Wonderful place for a peaceful stay whilst visiting the Kruger national park. Isabella is all hands on deck and one feels very welcome.

Only issue is beyond the property control. The municipality should urgently fix the roads.

Perto da entrada do parque Kruger, funcionárias super atenciosas, e quarto maravilhoso, amplo e confortável. Tivemos auxílio para pedir nossas refeições fora e também recebemos ajuda com transfer e passeios.

Gostei de tudo, mas sugeriria que locassem bicicletas para que pudéssemos conhecer a cidade, visto que os mercados e restaurantes são longe e a cidade não dispõe de serviço de taxi ou Uber.

Great place, perfect stop over before heading into Kruger.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was heavenly! Friendly staff and hosts who saw to our every need. Breakfast was a generous spread of everything!

This B&b was a holiday in a holiday. Absolutely would recommend le lachere to all that just want abit of piece and quiet. There rooms were gorgeously decorated and very comfortable to stay in. We could not have asked for friendlier staff and owners Jan and Isabella La lechere is a stone throw away from the KNP so there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy! We will definitely be back, especially to see Rosie and Zoe the owners beautiful dogs! Thank you again 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating from us! Cinjin and Ellz

Very clean environment and pools, the food was great.the staff and the owners. very friendly, also loved the dogs. It is a very beautiful place. We loved everything, will definetly go back,

What a lovely beautiful top class place. All top class. And then you know what happens to me? The beer bottle rolls over falls down and breaks: What a mess! A little while later... The same happens with my glass! The hosts were so nice and kind about it; not the slightest feeling of "how clumsy this stupid guest is" or anything remotely like that! Quite the contrary: UNDERSTANDING, SYMPATHY, HELPFULLNESS. In short "Gastfreundshaft" (Hospitality with a personal touch). I am coming back: "I'll be back.." (with plastic bottles and plastic cups!)

Nothing wrong at all with the property. Phalaborwa is lacking in restaurants but the hosts recommended place to eat - by the gate into Kruger rather than in town - was fabulous

Ein sehr schönes Guest House, ca. 5min vom Gate des Kruger National Parkes gelegen! Die Zimmer sind ein Traum, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ganz nette Besitzer des Guesthouses die sehr freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit waren. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Everything is just perfect. It was the second time we stayed at La Lechere, and it was beyond what we remembered from our last stay. The whole team who works there are absolutely fabulous and keep it mind every detail. The room was perfectly clean and refreshed daily at the perfect time, our breakfast was fantastic, both types of them while having it by the garden / pool area, or the take away type which is meticulously prepared in a lovely cooler box to take with us while we were early morning for a game drive around kruger Park. The location of La Lechere is about 6 minutes drive from kruger. The Garden is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in an oasis, far away from any disturbances. We also used their pool, perfect to chill, and the laundry service which was fast and super efficient. We will definitely go back with some more family to share with them such a Eden of tranquility.

I had an amazing experience and hope that I could have stayed longer, but I highly recommend their rooms because their services are top notch.

La Lechere is a little paradise setting near the Phalaborwa Gate at Kruger. Friendly and helpful staff. Good and wealthy breakfast. Fine restaurant nearby.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und vergeben ohne Zweifel die Note 1. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben.Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls optimal - nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt befindet sich das Gate, ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle und ein hervorragendes Restaurant - alles, was man braucht, um ein tolles Safarierlebnis zu haben. Der Pool im Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und wird stets durch einen Staubsauger sauber gehalten - das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Und auch so ist die Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt und es wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Das Frühstück war super und selbst am Tag der Abreise, welche bei uns sehr früh anstand, wurde dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wir haben ein ganz tolles Lunchpaket erhalten, welches extra für uns zubereitet wurde. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

We selected this guest house as a treat before going into the park and what a treat it was. A warm welcome, perfect suggestion for dinner, a great nights sleep and a delicious breakfast. Our first day into the park coudn’t have started any better

What a little gem nestled so perfectly away from anything. Our rooms and bed were very comfortable. Loved our private little lapa outside our room. The pool was well equipped with lounges and towels for guests. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Lechere Guest House. The breakfast was excellent, the pool area very relaxing, and our room was spotless. The hosts were also very helpful with day trips and local recommendations, which made planning easy.

Be aware that it’s a bit far from most restaurants, and the access road has some potholes and litter. The route to get there can feel a bit like a maze the first time, but once you arrive, it’s a lovely, peaceful spot to unwind.

We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful Monja. Showed us around after check in procedure. Booked us a very nice restaurant as well. Excellent service at breakfast the next morning as well.

This was our stop over after spending 9 nights in Shingwedzi. We were on our way home and the short stay was great. Morning breakfast was well prepared and served with a smile.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. Assisted us to find a restaurant and made booking on our behalf. Breakfast was awesome and was a mini buffet with fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast of your choice. Overall an enjoyable stay and would use them again on my next business trip or stop over to Kruger.

The facilities are in excellent condition, the staff is lovely, the breakfast is very good, and it's not far from the Kruger gate and shops. Unfortunately the people in the adjacent room to mine were blaring music or TV until late in the evening and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. But the place itself is great.
