半夜修理空調，而不是最初直接換房間（後來說換，但等師傅+各種檢查，耽誤很久不想折騰了）以為師傅來看看，結果直接帶梯子來檢查，修理很久找不出原因，師傅很認真並問了要不要送風扇來，熱了一夜（剛好特別熱的一天），凌晨4點才涼快睡了一會兒！完全沒休息好，退房時前台送了小禮物表歉意。

Friendly staff, Carina was really helpful on the day to assist get my friend 's phone repair.

It's not my first time in this hotel. It's always clean and nice smelling, quiet, very good breakfast, a good 24/7 gym. Vey polite personnel.

This time the sink in the bathroom was clogged, so the water didn't drain fast.

Beautiful hotel near West railway station. Breakfast was delightful and the restaurants were really good for dinner options after a long day touring. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast had Variety. Food was good and tasted good

The first time visiting Beijing, we’re very happy with the service and the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet is awesome in this hotel. But One exceptional experience was meeting the gentleman ( Clyde ) in front desk, he was so helpful and showed us the city map.. with the places around Beijing.. that made our trip much easier and joyful. We’re highly recommended to all the travellers!!!

Big room with perfect beds and nice city view. It was very clean everywhere. Staff is very polite and ready to help immediately. We arrived early in the morning and they let us check in within 1 hour. There is plenty of food in restaurant, good choice of traditional and European dishes. Location is close to subway and bus stop, so it is easy to get to center.

The hotel is super clean and the staff is friendly. The bar area was a nice place to sit and relax. My only issue with hotel is they are one that locks the thermostat and keep the room way too hot. For those of us that like it cool to sleep, this hotel made that difficult

The hotel is really good, but the employees are really bad in English, you feel the language barriers. Also, breakfast is not international you cannot find good options, and they do not have gluten free bread. The location is very good and the building is nice

stay not very good, no welcome during check in , frontdesk just say „ give me your passport „ no hello, no welcome to our hotel ! very bad first image ! rooms very hot , even with open window temperature 26 degrees! executive lounge people more concerned about that to tell the room numbers ! others not important! real birds not state of the art in our days especially after covid should avoid this animals in restaurant! at breakfast! how can it be ? even when you say it has been all its life in a cage but …

Another well run Sheraton hotel. I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights for my family. The other 3 had no problem, but my room has airconditioning issues that makes my stay a little uncomfortable. Lounge evening reception was good. But no breakfast there.

The hotel is clean, well organised, staff are attentive and professional, and the hotel is in a new commercial area. The concierge team were fantastic as I was unable to download the WeChat app so was unable to pay for taxis. They booked the taxi on their app and I paid them by cash each day I required a taxi. The international breakfast buffet is not at a level in terms of selection you get in other SE Asia countries, but plenty to satisfy most people. The bar area is located in the large ground floor reception and often closed down well before the advertised closing time. My recommendation would be to move the bar across into the more secluded area on the left thus creating its own area that feels away from the open lobby area. The rooms are clean and well laid out, My room came with complimentary snakes and drinks which was a nice touch. Although the welcome note explaining the items were free was in Chinese only ! The gym and pool area is well maintained and enough equipment to keep the fitness levels up. Overall I would recommend this hotel if your planning meetings in this area of Beijing.

I stayed 2 nights and was satisfied with the hotel. All staffs were very kind and the room was comfortable. And the hotel is not far from Caoqiao Station where you can use the Express train to Beijing Daxing Airport.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The employees are nice and helpful. The breakfast can have more international options and some gluten free options, it’s hard to eat if you have any health condition. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Hotel location is good. Just 400 meters far away from the subway station. The double room is quite large, the bed in double room is 1.5m, which is larger than many hotels. The executive lounge is awesome. Large terrace.. and happy hour dishes are various.. quite a fancy dinner. Speicially thanks to lounge manager Mekey who is doing a great job! An excellent hotel experience in Beijing.

This is a candid review from a regular guest for business stays, who have stayed here for both short and long stays , with length of stay up to 1 month. (I have stayed here for an accumulated 180 days length of stay and thus became a Gold Marriott Bonvoy member). I truly wonder if this hotel’s service quality is up to the brand standard, compared with my previous stay experiences in other Sheraton hotels (chengdu, dongguan and Seoul). Staying a few days here is fair, but my recent long stay here was very disappointing and annoying. First of all, the housekeeping service was far from satisfaction. The room was not very clean, hair could be found on the bed and in the bathroom. When all my toothpaste was used up, housekeeping still did not refill it. Once I took away the pen and notepads for meetings, they didn’t refill either. On the other hand, I understood they have an environmental policy for cleaning linens, but how come they could leave the towels and bedsheets uncleaned for two weeks. And, the most irritating incident was I found a hole on my trousers after laundry services. The hotel claimed that my trousers had that hole before cleaning—if so, as an international business hotel, they should have informed me before cleaning, while the most humiliating thing was they tried to make me a liar, as if I intended to get some benefits from the hotel with a pair of trousers. My complaint was not properly handled till the day I checked out and I could not see why the hotel management could treat a loyalty guest like this. Coincidentally, I could not receive the post-stay guest survey after checkout. (Not the first time though) Another interesting thing was the lobby lounge. My business partners and I went to the bar after work, and we could hardly order a drink as half of the items on the menu were unavailable. And the lounge would close 15 minutes earlier than its operating hours. Nevertheless, I appreciated the good maintenance of the fitness room on 19th floor. It would be great if they place some towels at the shower place.

My stay was a great 5* experiance with very nice people at front desk and reception. The hotel is new and location was great for me even if far from city center. This is a business hotel. Breakfast is great but not amazing. I will choose this hotel again for Beijing stays.

First time used the Sheraton Lize in Beijjng. Checkin because of safety regulations not easy for foreigners. The hotel is recognizing Marriott elite very well. Room upgrades, lounge, breakfast. My special thanks to Flora from customer service and the lounge ladies which are doing a really great job! All in all, for Marriott members, a perfect place to stay. Thanks for a very good experience!

This is a brand new hotel in a developing neighborhood. While the hotel is fully completed and a beautiful physical facility, the neighborhood is a work in progress with significant ongoing construction. I stayed here for two nights in 2 rooms for myself, my wife and our two daughters. My wife and I were upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom suite with our daughters in a nearby double queen room. The hotel is physically magnificent. The public areas including the lobby, the restaurants, the club lounge and the rooftop gym and pool are all beautiful. The rooms are the nicest I have ever seen in a Sheraton. The materials and finishes are extremely high quality. As a Marriott high level elite member, we received particularly outstanding treatment from the management. This is an extremely well managed hotel that is very service oriented. The food and beverage at the hotel is also excellent. The breakfast buffet is over the top in variety and quality. The club lounge is first rate. The Cantonese restaurant is a standout and should not be missed. To sum things up, this feels like a St. Regis in reality even though a Sheraton in name. Both the physical attributes and levels of personal service are at the top of the scale. While Sheratons in Asia tend to be at very high levels, this hotel is a step above. As the surrounding neighborhood evolves, this hotel should become a top choice in Beijing.

We stayed here for 2 nights over the holidays. We are Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador level and the staff really gave us royal treatment. We had originally planned on staying at the St. Regis but received a notice while on our journey that this Sheraton hotel had just opened (2 weeks prior to our arrival). We had already planned on using a private driver to get around so we were not too put off by the location which is a new business district that is still mostly under construction. We are so glad we decided to give this place a try and did the last minute switch. The facilities are beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is excellent. We were upgraded to a large one bedroom suite with a dining room and pantry. The Club Lounge was quite good and we dined one night in their Cantonese restaurant, Yue. They put us in a private dining room and we had wonderful food for the price one would pay for lunch for two in Los Angeles we had dinner for four people with many dishes. Excellent gym and beautiful pool. Lovely public areas. It has been a treat to stay here!
