A nossa experiência começou entrando em Monopoli no tuk-tuk do Ricardo. Além de facilitar a nossa chegada ao hotel, foi muito divertido entrar na cidade assim. Nota 11! Chegando no hotel, nos deparamos com um quarto super aconchegante, bem decorado e limpo. Banheiro também lindíssimo e com um chuveiro maravilhoso. O quarto não é enorme, mas funcionou para a gente e conseguimos nos organizar bem. Acredito que ali no centrinho de Monopoli não seja comum quartos muito espaçosos. Mas amamos tudo e nos sentimos muito bem lá. A localização é excelente. Parecia que estávamos vivendo em um cenário de filme. A cidade é uma graça! Nota 10 também para o café da manhã! Tudo muito fresco e feito com carinho. Destaque especial para o pasticiotto.. o melhor que comemos na Puglia. Enfim, tivemos uma experiência incrível, fomos muito bem recebidas por todos os funcionários e recomendamos muito o hotel. Já estamos com saudades! Muito obrigada, Ricardo e equipe!

Perfect location in Monopoli’s historic center. Our room had a really nice view to the sea. Breakfast is also very nice. Riccardo and his mother were great hosts, they are kind and helpful. Thanks for everything 🙏

The staff were really lovely and very attentive. Riccardo was great, as was the lady helping him in the kitchen, both really friendly and caring. The room was always spotless, breakfast was great, and honestly, we had everything we needed during our stay.

Honestly, nothing really. We had a great stay. If I had to be picky, the room could have had slightly better blinds or blackout on the door, as a bit of light came in. But it didn’t stop us from sleeping well at all.

Le B&B A C-Caste nous a particulièrement séduits par ses petits-déjeuners délicieux et très variés, sans aucun doute parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons eu l’occasion de déguster pendant notre voyage. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout, à proximité de la plage et des principales attractions. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et chaleureux. Une mention spéciale pour l’hôte, Riccardo, qui est vraiment adorable, très impliqué et toujours prêt à aider. Il veille à chaque détail et a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions vraiment bien accueillis. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement plein de charme, bien situé, avec une véritable hospitalité italienne. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Riccardo ensured that every part of our stay was effortless and looked after, beautiful breakfast every morning and made sure we didn’t lift a finger when it came to our luggage transportation to and from their location. lovely room and excellent location, would definitely recommend if you’re going to stay in Monopoli!

Riccardo was an exceptional host, and we would definitely stay here again! The location was fantastic and felt very safe, which was especially important as my mum and I were travelling alone from Australia. Riccardo greeted us warmly on arrival and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His hospitality was outstanding. He kindly carried our many pieces of luggage up the flight of stairs, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every morning we enjoyed an authentic Italian breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The room was spotless, and I'm quite fussy when it comes to cleanliness, so I was very impressed. Riccardo was also incredibly well prepared with excellent recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and local attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Riccardo, for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights - super clean, comfortable rooms, excellent location and breakfast is amazing! The review wouldn’t be complete without raving how amazing and kind our host Riccardo was - he makes you feel at home and helps with everything! El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la zona histórica de la ciudad. Cerca de comercios, restaurantes y la playa. El desayuno es abundante y el espacio donde se desayuna es muy agradable y bien pensado. La amabilidad de los anfitriones te hace verdaderamente sentir en casa. Te sientes acogido. Gracias por esa hermosa estadía. Nos llevamos un hermoso recuerdo de Monopoli y de Riccardo y su mamá.

Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was even better than the pictures showed.

Domaćin Riccardo je bio izuzetno ljubazan, susretljiv i uvijek dostupan za sva pitanja. Lokacija je odlična, a cijeli boravak bio je ugodan i bez ikakvih problema. Loved everything!!! The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive. Each breakfast was extremely fresh and absolutely delicious, and the breakfast room was serene. The room was so comfortable , had a great view of the water and clean with comfortable AC. Location was great...literally in the heart of everything.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Riccardo and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were collected from the train station which made finding the B&B a breeze. The room was beautiful and cleaned daily. The breakfast was simple and set us up for the day. We were lucky enough to have a balcony room with a view of the sea, which made our stay even more special. The B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Monopoli’s old town - you truly couldn’t find a better location. Despite being surrounded by the lively atmosphere of the historic centre, the rooms are exceptionally well soundproofed, so we always enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep. The moment you step outside, you’re surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafés, bars, boutique shops, and the waterfront is just moments away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Essa foi uma das melhores acomodações que já ficamos na vida! Certamente a mais acolhedora! Riccardo e sua mãe são pessoas incríveis, que tornaram a experiência irretocável. As instalações são de imenso bom gosto e capricho, as roupas de cama e toalhas são impecáveis. O café da manhã é uma espetáculo à parte, o melhor e mais completo da viagem, sem dúvidas. The property was in an excellent location, central to the town and beaches. It was extremely clean, the breakfast was generous and tasty and Riccardo did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable - he was an excellent host and we would recommend staying and plan to return!

The owner, Riccardo is very dynamic and caring for his guests. He picked us up from railway station, which was already a special experience. Completely new interior, very nice - the stairs are somewhat challenging, but fun.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the breakfast was really good & this was a feature that really stood out. Location was great - cafes and shops nearby, but very quiet at night. Check-in was easy and Riccardo was really helpful with any questions during our stay. We definitely recommend staying here!

The fact that the city of Monopoli had the pedestrian connection from the parking to the old town blocked and that parking tickets were 25€ for less than a day in the open without security. The restaurants and accommodation work so hard, the city should support better.

Nos sentimos como" en nuestra Casa', de hecho el nombre del B &B significa el concepto de hospitalidad cálida y genuina Asi fue nuestra estadia Lugar muy bien ubicado , en pleno centro histórico a pasos de todo y en cercanias de playas cercanas que lo podes hacer caminando. Habitación amplia, excelentemente decorada , cómoda , baño impecable Desayuno de muy buena calidad , con el clasico capuccino que nos preparaba Riccardo Pero por sobre todo destacamos la amabilidad y calidez con que Riccardo nos atendió junto a su equipo. Nos buscó en la estación del tren y nos regresó a la misma con toda su gentileza, en su tuc-tuc Esto es un plus excepcional que suma al hermoso lugar Nuestra estadia en esta bella ciudad de Monopoli fue extraordinaria y ya la extrañamos desde el momento que la dejamos , reiterando que en gran parte debido a la gentileza y hospitalidad de Riccardo Gracias !!

We loved everything!

We had such a wonderful stay and Riccardo and his mother were so welcoming, accomodating and helpful. Riccardo picked us (and our huge suitcases) up from the carpark and took us to the B&B which was a huge help after a tiring flight. We loved the location - easy to walk everywhere we wanted and right in the middle of everything but still quiet at night when going to sleep. The bed was so comfy and we loved the breakfast. Riccardo then dropped us back to our rental car which was parked about a 15 min walk away so we didn't have to drag our suitcases through the heat as we left. Truly could not have been more helpful or more kind to us. Thank you to Riccardo and everyone who works there - we loved our stay in Monopoli!

Unfortunately due to booking late, we had the last room available, our room didn’t have a window/balcony, this would have made everything perfect.

Excellent place to stay in Monopoli, charming, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was impeccable, delicious, plentiful and elegant. Riccardo, the owner, was very helpful and kind, a true guardian angel for his guests, helping in every way possible to facilitate our stay. I appreciate the warm welcome and highly recommend this place, which will leave us with fond memories.

Ubicación a minutos del centro. Tener donde estacionarte con facilidad. La primera noche nos tocó una habitación sumamente húmeda y no fue nada grato. La segunda nos cambiaron a una estupenda con balcón, linda y confortable. Un baño impecable y muchas amenities. Desayuno bueno y variado .

This is a little gem in Monopoli old town. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, it has everything you need. The host was very helpful, easy check in , well communicated throughout. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and it was delicious.

B&B A C-Caste superou nossa expectativa. Muito limpo, quarto e banheiro com tamanhos muito bons. Ótimo café da manhã preparado e servido com muito carinho pelo Riccardo e sua mãe. Localizado dentro do centro histórico e muito próximo das principais atrações de Monopoli. O Riccardo é um anfitrião muito simpático e prestativo. Nos orientou sobre o estacionamento mais adequado a 10 minutos de caminhada do B&B. O acesso para a maioria dos quartos é por escada -tenha isso em mente em caso de dificuldade de locomoção. Recomendo fortemente o B&B A C-Caste.

Riccardo was so welcoming. He picked us up and dropped us back to the train station. This place was in the best location, had the best service in town and breakfast to just die for. Location! Right in the midst of historic Monopoli, close to all the attractions, beaches and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and was refreshed daily. A wonderful breakfast was served daily. Riccardo is a fantastic host - we can't say enough good things about him and his staff! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely place...very clean and modern with a good bed, great shower and all conveniences for a comfortable stay. Ricardo was really helpful with getting our luggage back to our parked car...in the rain!

A little tough negotiating the uneven height stairs. It would have been nice if they thought to bring the cushions on the upstairs terrace in during the rain so that you could sit out there when the sun returned, but we couldn't because they remained wet for days.

Riccardo was an excellent host and checking in was easy. Riccardo sent through recommendations including taxi information which was appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and the location was excellent!

A delightful room with a seaview (do ask for room #7). Riccardo is a wonderful host; first off collecting us from the train station, then once we arrived, he easily climbed the stairs with our two suitcases, along with a very approachable manner when dealing with a myriad of questions. A very tasty 'Continental' breakfast is provided, especially the plate of FRESH fruit. Helpful and plenty of recommendations and suggestions for experiences and dining are provided. And we also enjoyed meeting his Mamma, who was always welcoming and friendly when we arrived for breakfast. All up, this is a 10++ out of 10 place to stay in Monopoli

Location was first rate. Our room 5 looked out to see and had a lovely little balcony. The owner was so helpful and Even when we locked ourself out of the room, he sorted things immediately. Extremely clean everywhere. All the other staff were exceptional and so helpful. I would certainly recommend if Wanting to stay for a few days in Monopole.

Maybe the in room fridge could be cooler.

This is not a big problem, but as the property is located in the historic center, the trafic is not allowed. So if you have a lot of luggage, is good to talk to the personell for instructions

The place is centrally located in the old town. Walking distance to all the historical sites.

Although there was no parking nearby, it never became an issue. Riccardo was incredibly helpful, and his dad assisted us with our luggage and even drove us to the parking area for check-in and check-out, at no charge! Riccardo truly was amazing.

The breakfast was exceptional. A wide range of choice from cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, pastries, granola and yoghurt, fresh sliced fruit , freshly brewed coffee and more. A great way to start the day. The room was fabulous, super clean, quality linen, comfy bed, great shower pressure and hot water. And the water view, just breathtaking. A lot of thought put into the decorating and presentation of the B & B.

Don’t want to be the party police, but on one night of our stay a family group of 6 adults decide to come in late after midnight and continue their night on the top outdoor rooftop which happened to be right next to our room. The door to the rooftop was slammed shut numerous times until 2am. As a suggestion maybe a sign put on the door saying roof top closed from midnight.

La localisation parfaite à la fois en plein centre historique, à 2 pas de la plage et très proche de la zone non ztl où on a pu garer notre voiture gratuitement ( lignes blanches) sur les conseils de Riccardo. Monopoli a été notre point focal pour aller visiter Locorotondo et Alberobello et il aurait été possible de visiter aussi Polignano à mare. La chambre avec bacon sur la mer est superbe, très bien équipée et on pouvait entrendre le bruit de la mer depuis notre lit. Le petit déjeuner préparé par l équipe est fait maison, copieux et très bon. Riccardo est très sympathique, arrangeant pour les bagages, le check in et out.
