We have just spent 5 days at Phu Quoc. The rooms were lovely and a good size. Beds comfortable but mattress a bit hard. Only one chair on the balcony (which I thought was very odd ). Breakfast was a bit hit and miss and very busy. A terrible lot of wastage which is disappointing. I feel they make up too much and have it sitting. Mad cow restaurant was great food but music was way too loud! Location isn’t the best as Phu Quoc is a construction site at the moment. The govt seem to pouring money into it but it will be a good 5-10 years before it takes off. There is nothing to walk to so you are kind of stuck at the hotel unless you get a 25 min taxi. The pool is lovely and we gad a nice break but we probably won’t be back

We really enjoyed our 3D2N stay in Pullman Phu Quoc. The ocean-facing rooms were large, modern and well furnished. The facilities were top notch, with an excellent gym, two pickleball courts, and 1 tennis court, and many excellent restaurants. The morning breakfast buffet spread was of high quality and we looked forward to our daily breakfast. We had most of our meals at Salt and Pepper and the variety of food was sufficient diverse enough and high quality enough at a reasonable price for us to keep eating there instead of eating elsewhere to eat. Highly recommend.

We (family of 3 with a 14 month old baby) stayed in deluxe king room with garden view - it was a very nice sized room which overlooks the garden and pool view. Beautiful room and set up. Facilities are excellent - wading pool had 2 depths - which is good for our baby. She also enjoyed herself thoroughly in the water play area. The private beach is excellent - very good sea breeze! although a little sad we cant wade in the sea as the waves are quite strong. Hotel also bans people from swimming in the sea. Good that they provided some toys for kids to play in the sand. Food at Salt and Pepper restaurant was done very well and exceeded expectations!

1. Before the trip, I sent in an inquiry to ask and confirm the type of cot that will be provided (we were travelling with another family of 3 with another 14 month old --> this means 4 adults and 2 x 14 month old toddlers... and we booked 2.x deluxe king room, one for each family). If the cot was not appropriate, I had planned to bring a travel cot. They assured me it was gonna be a wooden one - and were happy to confirm that with me via a private email. I reminded the team twice (on booking.com request AND again through the messaging platform) that we will need a cot in each room. however, upon reaching there, it was a playpen that was provided (not a wooden cot as promised). It was late afternoon and check in felt like it took at least 30 - 45 minutes. The kids were getting restless in the waiting area... I then found out that the team had to get a wooden cot from another property! We landed at around 3pm; reached there around 430pm and the team then told me that our room will only be ready at 730pm.... I then asked if it was possible to bring it asap (as my duaghter was getting very tired) and they managed to accomodate this request and room was ready by 7- 715pm (thankfully) 2. We requested housekeeping on each day we were staying there. However, housekeeping came in late on both requests. The latest was on the third day - reception told me they'd get to my room at 3pm...I was out in the afternoon, and when I returned at 6+pm, i realised that the room was not yet done at all, and the housekeeping team was making their rounds. Reason told to us was that they 'had many requests'... It is my first time in phu quoc, it didnt seem like it was a very fully booked place at the time?? but this was a tad bit disappointing... 3. The beach is beautiful - but unfortuantely litter can be easily found on the beach and floating along the sea...the largest piece of garbage seen was an entire empty rice sack floating in the waters...

Just finished a 4-night stay at Pullman Phu Quoc, and honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The biggest issue was the **service**. The property felt badly understaffed, and almost every basic request became a waiting game. Things that should take minutes regularly took hours, and we repeatedly had to contact the hotel again because requests were not followed up. Housekeeping was particularly shocking. Our room cleaning was delayed by several hours, and despite the room supposedly being serviced multiple times, debris that had been on the floor since the first night was still there when we were preparing to check out. We asked for **fresh slippers** and received **used slippers** instead. At a property marketed as a five-star resort, that's simply unacceptable. The restaurants were also a huge letdown. We tried the resort's dining options and found the food overpriced for the quality. Mad Cow was especially disappointing — the presentation looked impressive, but the food itself did not justify the prices. Another thing I noticed repeatedly was staff members **standing around chatting or using their phones while guests were waiting for assistance**. It gives the impression that there is a serious problem with training, supervision and management. The whole experience felt like the hotel is trying to operate as a luxury resort without having the staffing and service standards necessary to actually deliver a luxury experience. I chose Pullman because I expected a certain level of consistency from the brand. Instead, I spent much of the stay chasing basic requests and being disappointed by the service. **For me, Pullman Phu Quoc is absolutely not worth the premium price. I would not stay here again.**

We are having a lovely time at this resort! The staff are so lovely and warm . Breakfast buffet is incredible as are the options for lunch and dinner! The pool is great and the cocktails served are delicious! The spa has been so relaxing and the staff are super friendly and kind. Special mention to Nancy and Y who did an amazing job with my nails. The only complaint I have is that the beach area has a lot of rubbish that I understand is washed in from the ocean but o would have hoped that the Pullman would make an effort to clean this up especially on their private stretch of beach.

Fantastic hotel. FREEFLOW drinks and canapes every evening 5.30pm to 7.30pm in the Connectivity Lounge. Relaxing and extremely good value, quality drinks and canapes - 499,000 VND. (On today's conversion is £14.20UK, $19.20USD, 27.10 AUD). Met some lovely people from all over the world during our time at the drinks and canapé evenings in the Connectivity Lounge. Place to unwind before dinner. All staff at the hotel were fantastic and always very helpful. PS apologies for the photo with the information but it is readable!

The Hotel was beautiful, modern with lots of activities available. Staff were very helpful. Was always a long drive to any other destination.

Room Cleaners were hit and miss. Meals were not very tasty or good value. Coffee was cold. Bed was extremely lumpy.

We stayed at the Pullman Phu Quoc for 12 nights over the Easter break, and overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience. We booked a Cabana room, which turned out to be a great choice. The Cabanas are surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees, giving the area a lovely jungle-like feel. One of my favorite things was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds singing. It created a very peaceful and natural atmosphere that made it easy to slow down and relax. The hotel grounds are beautiful,clean and extremely well maintained. Walking around the resort and down to the beach was a pleasure, and there is plenty of space to explore. The beach itself is sandy and shallow, making it particularly pleasant for a relaxed walk along the shoreline. You can walk quite a long way outside the hotel boundaries. Turning right, you can walk towards Sonasea and continue in the direction of the airport, while turning left takes you in the opposite direction, past the Inter Continental hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Even when a staff member was unable to communicate in English, they would quickly find someone who could assist, which we really appreciated. Breakfast at the main buffet could get very busy, especially during peak times, but the staff handled the crowds extremely well. They always seemed to be in control, organizing guests, clearing tables, and preparing them for the next guests remarkably quickly. We also had breakfast at Mad Cow a couple of times. This was a much quieter experience, with beautiful views across the hotel grounds and towards the sea. Sitting outside on the balcony is especially nice. The only downside is that the menu is not as extensive as the main breakfast buffet, but for a more peaceful breakfast, it was definitely worth trying. We had dinner at all of the hotel’s restaurants and were happy with the quality of the food throughout the resort. The portions were also quite generous, so you certainly won't leave the table hungry! For getting around Phu Quoc, we used Grab to order taxis to and from the hotel as well as for trips around the island. It was incredibly simple and convenient to use, and taxis were readily available whenever we needed one. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. The beautiful tropical grounds, peaceful Cabana setting, lovely beach, friendly staff, good food, and relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to unwind. For us, it was exactly what we wanted from a holiday — comfortable, peaceful, and easy-going.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, thoughtful as well. Informed them of my wife birthday and wedding anniversary. And they made arrangement for cake and light bites to be delivered on the day. In addition, room was clean and nice with daily token of chocolates given during the midday. Overall a very nice experience staying there !

Another Perfect Stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Our family first stayed at Pullman Phu Quoc last year to celebrate our child’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience that we decided to come back again this year. Once again, our stay was perfect. Every staff member we met was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the complimentary airport pick-up service to the excellent Accor Platinum benefits, everything was smooth and well organized from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the food and service at Mad Cow, Coconut Bar, and Salt ’n’ Pepper. The food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and quick to assist us. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and our family made another special birthday memory here. If we visit Phu Quoc again next year, we will definitely choose Pullman Phu Quoc again. Thank you to the entire team for another perfect stay! 🥰👍

Location of the hotel is a 15-minute car ride from the airport, they arrange a shuttle to pick and drop you off at the airport - makes it very convenient. Our room was on the 8th floor of the main building facing the ocean, we had a nice balcony, with a large bathroom and a tub. Overall a great room but the pillows were a tad too soft and did not give much support. The property itself is large, even when there are many people, you do not feel that it is too crowded. The main pool is great, food at Mad Cow was really good, great buffet selection at breakfast (kids will go wild because of all the different types of sweet pastries, cakes and donuts etc.) but the best is the different noodle soup they serve every morning. We stayed at Pullman for 4 nights and did not leave the resort at all. The spa deserves a special mention - very good massages for more than reasonable prices. We had massages everyday, sometimes twice a day. The beach area is nice, but do not expect calm waters or crystal-clear blue seas. The sand is soft and fine, making it a wonderful place to relax and spend time by the shore. The resort offers a wide-range of activities, so it is easy to spend your entire stay without needing to leave the property. Staff were very friendly, polite and generally helpful. Overall, an excellent resort for families with children, offering plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained. A great summer holiday!

The food at Salt & Pepper could be improved. Some of the newer and younger staff could benefit from additional training. A few appeared to have limited English proficiency, which led to difficulty understanding requests. But they had very good attitude and still tried to help, so that was a plus.

We stayed at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort for four nights in early May to celebrate my partner’s milestone birthday. This trip was a very special gift, so it was important to us that everything went smoothly. While the resort itself is beautiful and has many strengths, the service fell well below what we would expect from a five-star Pullman property. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel well in advance to explain the significance of the occasion and specifically requested a quiet room on a higher floor, away from the elevators. I also explained how important it was for this stay to be perfect. After travelling for more than 24 hours from Canada, we arrived later in the day only to be assigned a room that ignored all of our requests. What made this even more frustrating was that the room type and location we had requested was actually available. We had to go back to reception, ask again, and then wait while the room was prepared. This was hardly the relaxing start we had hoped for after such a long journey. The birthday recognition was also underwhelming. Considering the level of the hotel and the price we paid, the only gesture was a tiny cake that honestly tasted several days old. Not even a complimentary bottle of wine or another thoughtful touch. It felt like a missed opportunity to make a guest feel genuinely valued during a special celebration. Another thing that genuinely upset us was the tiny artificial “pond” on our floor containing several large koi fish. The enclosure was extremely small, with very little water, almost no room to swim, and no natural light. Seeing such magnificent fish confined in those conditions was heartbreaking. It looked like an obvious animal welfare issue and really detracted from our stay. We had booked the half-board package, but the website did not clearly explain its limitations. Upon arrival, we discovered that the half-board menu was fairly restricted. Even more frustrating was the drinks policy: only a very limited selection of beverages was included, one could only have four drinks and they could only be ordered at one specific restaurant. If you chose to have a drink at the beachfront restaurant - which doesn’t even serve the full dinner menu - you effectively had to have all of your included drinks there. It felt unnecessarily restrictive and, frankly, like an attempt to nickel-and-dime guests. Another disappointment was the complete lack of beach service. If you wanted a drink while relaxing on the beach, you had to walk to the restaurant, order it yourself, and carry it back. In the tropical heat, even an ice-cold beer becomes lukewarm by the time you return. This is not the level of service one expects from a luxury beach resort. That said, the resort has many positives. Once we were finally given the correct room, our Deluxe King Ocean View room was spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view. The smart bidet toilet was a nice touch, and the entire property is beautifully landscaped and exceptionally well maintained. The pool is luxurious, the beach area is cosy and pleasant, and the breakfast buffet was genuinely outstanding, with an enormous variety of high-quality dishes from many different cuisines. Ultimately, the resort’s “hard product” - the facilities, rooms, and grounds - is excellent. Unfortunately, the “soft product” - the service, attention to detail, and overall guest experience - is nowhere near the five-star standard that Pullman advertises or that guests are paying for. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but the repeated service disappointments left us feeling that the hotel simply doesn’t deliver the level of hospitality expected at this price point. As much as we liked the property itself, we don’t think we’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Phu Quoc. And finally, I sincerely hope the hotel reconsiders the conditions in which those beautiful koi fish are being kept. They deserve far more space, natural light, and a suitable environment than that tiny enclosure provides.

I recently enjoyed a 3-night, 4-day solo trip to the Pullman Phu Quoc, and it was exactly the getaway I needed. ​A huge thank you to Ryan—thanks to his thoughtful and attentive care, my vacation was incredibly fulfilling and truly rejuvenating. ​The mango shaved ice was absolutely delicious and is a must-try! I was also extremely satisfied with the pool area. Being able to relax every day on the spotless, perfectly clean pool beds while taking in the beautiful scenery was simply the best. ​I will definitely be coming back next time. I can't wait to return with my loved ones so we can share the wonderful feelings and experiences I had here!

We have been to Phu Quoc 3 times this year and stayed twice in succession at the Pullman. They are probably the best Pullman brand hotel that we’ve been to. Service standards are consistently high. Good resort facilities and good restaurants. Both Salt and Pepper restaurants were good with Mad Cow breakfast excellent. Well appointed amenities and facilities. Location wise, there’s taxi and grab service - a short ride to the main town. Good eating spots at the locality nearby. Customer service team were spot on and ready to assist. Ms Duong was a great help along with the customer service/reservation team. Higher management calibre. Thank you.

From arrival to departure, I received an excellent welcome from Mr. Nguyen (Ty Em), the Guest Relations Officer. He was incredibly warm and friendly. In fact, I loved all of the staff members here; they are very nice, professional, highly motivated, and attentive. The hotel features beautiful modern decor, and I stayed in a wonderful, quiet, and spacious room. Overall, the entire atmosphere was absolutely perfect, We will come back again.

Did not like the design of our garden view room. Clearly not for a family of 4 but even if I was staying in with just my wife I would not like. Having the bathroom all open and the bath dominating the space makes it all very impractical. Tend to prefer privacy when using the toilet Gym was very limited but a nice space

I’m blown away by the hospitality here! Amazing place for friends and family. Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Great food at the hotel, but if you’re not eating at the hotel. You can get a driver to take you, reasonable rates and really nice. I suggest heading down to the bar and ask Hung Tam for a popular local drink. He really put his heart and soul into that cocktail, really showing what Vietnam is about! Will be back again for sure

Все понравилось! Было супер! На море были волны, нельзя было купаться. В бассейн нельзя ходить после 20:00, а хотелось вечером поплавать. Завтраки разнообразные, много фруктов, смузи, пончики, очень вкусный скрэмбл, есть сыр, колбаски, сосиски, супы, много разнообразной выпечки. Есть теннисный корт, нужно записаться на время. Есть развозка в город в двух направлениях

На унитазе по ночам сидел большой таракан, днем он прятался , а ночью выходил и сидел в одном и том же месте.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, with a fantastic swimming pool, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Thien at the pool bar, who made some excellent cocktails for us and provided great service throughout our stay. His friendly attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Came for the pool… somehow stayed all day drinking 😂 Big shoutout to Loc, Canh, Cuong, Su and Ngoc for being absolute legends. Super fun, friendly and chaotic in the best way possible. Honestly felt like drinking with friends instead of bar staff. 10/10 would happily lose track of time here again.

Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort was truly an experience on its own. We were lucky to get a mesmerising beach view from our hotel room, with an equally stunning overlook of the iconic Phu Quoc sunset, along with the hotel pool. The hotel was well equipped , providing us whatever we requested free of cost no matter the time or unusual nature of the request. Staff was very kind and friendly, giving us suggestions about what local areas to visit and what time would be appropriate. Our room was always cleaned minutes upon request, very neatly and swiftly taking just a fraction of time and causing us absolutely no inconvenience. Also loved the dark chocolate offered every evening during sundown, certainly was very delicious. As vegetarians, we had an amazing time dining at the Pullman breakfast buffet, where the chef was kind enough to make my family and I a modified vegetarian version of their signature noodle soup dish. The beach was stunning with clear waters and nothing to complain about. There were also a variety of activities to enjoy with friends and family such as bonfires, archery etc. A lifeguard was present at all times, ensuring a safe visit. The pool too was an amenity that was loved by my family and I, where we went not once but on multiple occasions during our 3 night stay, and was the highlight of our stay. Overall I would like to conclude that Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort has been an unforgettable experience that we will surely reminisce sometime in the future. Our stay here was nothing short of extraordinary, and the bar has been set very high.

Our staycation at Pullman Phu Quoc was truly wonderful. From the day we arrived, the staff were helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Although the weather was rainy during our stay, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. As a platinum accor member , We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, the evening cocktails at the lounge were excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, our experience was outstanding. My wife and I had a great time and will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic Anniversary dinner at Beach House Pullman resort in Phu Quoc Hang went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable. Her presence, understanding, recommendations, chat and all round generosity were amazing.. 5 stars all day long .. thankyou for an enjoyable evening.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel from 29/5-2/6 /26. Everything and everyone working in this hotel should be congratulated. They have shown me their excellence and professionalism in running a first class hotel and we are very satisfied from room to FnB section. Their services exceed my expectations and I challenge othe 5 star hotel to emulate. Overall very happy with my stay and thank you very much for hosting us.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with a sea view room, we had breakfast at Mad Cow restaurant on the last day before checking out. Breakfast is served very attentively, delicious food, friendly staff Hanh-Lam-Khang-Giau thank you for your warmth. I will come back.

We booked two family suits for 7 of us for our family trip of 5 days. We had a great time. The Pullman team took good care of us. The suits and the hotel facilities were super for the price! Our booking came with lots of extra credits for drinks and light snacks in the hotel. Free airport, city center and Sunset Beach shuttles services. There was even a Pullman staff at the airport to help us checking in our luggage after we got off the shuttle bus. Really felt well taken care of. We were impressed 😁

The resort is solid, breakfast buffet was epic and went on for what felt like miles, very good variety. The rooms feel a bit like they need a deep clean, ours smelt quite musty like there was mould in the aircon or something, the floor could do with s proper deep clean as they looked like they have years of cooked in grime. Service was overall good.

Luxury to the core. Once you enter you can feel the aroma and the youthness of the hotel. You enter a large lobby with amazing and signature pullman fragrance. A quick unique welcome drink and a smooth check in form to land us in one of the best types of room. Room is a little unique with stone tub and like in many pullman properties a separate washroom and bathing section. The room is quite large in size with ample seating arrangements with a sofa corner. All rooms face a large swimming arena with beautifully decorated shacks all over. Move a little towards the private beach you will find a water kids play area too. All the sections are very well managed and atheistically beautified. The buffets section is amazing - a lot of fruits and vegetables to choose from. The staff is very helpful and provides tou multiples PURE VEG options. The Fully loaded PANNER SANDWICH was something which blew our mind. Overall the property simply makes you feel like a king.
