This is my second time using this service. The location and service are excellent.

Value for money and convenient room, near Korea Town. Went for the spa package and Xuong did my massage. Overall satisfactory experience but the strength of the masseuse has some inconsistencies and can be improved.

El hotel está muy bien situado, al lado de la playa, cerca de una zona con muchos restaurantes y a poca distancia en coche del aeropuerto. Nos alojamos en el bungalow con vistas al mar y piscina privada. Disfrutamos mucho de la habitación, muy bonita, cómoda y funcional, el tamaño de la piscina un lujazo, lástima que en la época en la que fuimos (agosto) no puedes ir a la playa, el viento y las lluvias intermitentes remueven mucho el mar no haciéndolo apto para el baño.  Hicimos un par de servicios de lavandería y nos devolvieron la ropa impecablemente planchada y con muy buen aroma. Respecto al complejo, mucha vegetación y muy bien cuidada, un gustazo pasear. Las dos piscinas muy amplias, una de ellas con bar pool, para tomarte algo sin salir de la piscina. Termino mencionando lo mejor de todo: el trato del personal, tanto en recepción como en el resto del complejo, siempre atentos y resolutivos, una atención inmejorable.

Los cócteles que probamos en todo el complejo son normalitos, nada destacable. El restaurante principal (supongo que debido a la época el otro estaba cerrado), es muy grande, tipo buffet. La calidad es media para ser un cinco estrellas. El desayuno es correcto, ofrece variedad pero sin nada que te enamore. Hicimos una cena, buffet de marisco y no cumplió las expectativas, un precio muy elevado para la calidad y la escasa variedad que había, pagamos un suplemento por la langosta y sorprendidos nos quedamos de su tamaño tan pequeño.

Only hiccup was buffet the lobster was not worth the extra $300 Mini lober on the $660 was better than the 990

I travel frequently for business and am responsible for personnel management, overseas business, and customer relations at my company. Because of this, I understand better than most how critical front desk service is to a hotel's reputation. Unfortunately, the front desk experience at this hotel was by far the worst part of my stay. Compared to the housekeeping, pool, and restaurant staff, the front desk employees were noticeably unprofessional and provided a level of service I would expect from a budget hotel, not an Accor-branded resort. The female staff member, NHU, repeatedly sighed throughout the conversation, while the manager, THANH, raised his voice and reacted aggressively. Despite staying at hotels around the world, I have never experienced such discourteous behavior from front desk staff. What was even more disappointing was that a request I had arranged in advance had not been recorded or fulfilled by the hotel. Instead of apologizing or making an effort to verify the situation, the staff responded in a way that was so unreasonable it was genuinely shocking. As a frequent traveler who also holds high-tier status with other international hotel brands such as IHG and Radisson, I found the difference in service standards to be significant and deeply disappointing.

My therapist Lan was doing such a good job. I felt so relaxed after the aromatherapy was done.

Very nice hotel, so close to the beach on walking distance. Super friendly receptionist: Khang Vuong give nice tour suggestions in Phu Quoc.

Amazing massage, Huynh Tien was amazing, knew how much pressure to apply and focused on the areas that were bothering me. I had the volcanic 90min massage. Definitely recommend. The ambience and comfort at In Balance by Novotel was incredible! I will come back again!

Khi đặt phòng tôi đã tích rõ đặt phòng cho người nhà, Khách sạn bắt thanh toán trước bằng thẻ visa và tôi đã thanh toán toàn bộ tiện phòng, tuy nhiên khi người nhà tôi nhận phòng khách sạn lại bắt thanh toán toàn bộ tiếp theo với lý do thẻ tín dụng không trùng tên khách lưu trú. Người nhà tôi đã thanh toán, khi được yêu cầu hoàn tiền thì lại chỉ hoàn tiền sau 30 - 45 ngày làm việc, khác gì một hình thức chiếm dụng tiền của khách hàng, thu đủ tiền 2 lần nhưng sau 2 tháng mới trả tiền, có mùi không đàng hoàng giống như PNJ đang hot hiện tại

Huynh Tien is super performer and she did a great job. I choose the signature bamboo massage however they provide many options either for whole body or for foot. My experience was super relaxing.

We received a Warm welcome and guidance from Chef Anna Huong everyday. She took extra special interest and care of us. With great recommendations on sights to see. Also loved our Ice Coconut Coffees thanks Mr Tuan. Thanks to the girls in the gym for help with our bike rides and pickleball.

Breakfast was decent, the property is on the south part of the island and it’s easy to get to the attractions. The staff at the tour desk are helpful and always willing to share tips and ideas on how to get around. The stay was comfortable and the beach access was a huge bonus.

The bathroom in our suite had a bad smell all through the stay and the house keeping can do a better job at cleaning. The staff are very petty for an Accor group hotel and I say this because - 1. We were running late one of the days and wanted to bring our coffee to the room from the breakfast area and the staff did not allow us to bring our coffee upstairs. 2. While checking out, the lady at the front desk made me wait 15 mins although the room cost was prepaid in advance. She showed me a picture of a broken glass cup and asked me if this was in our room which I told her was not. Not a pleasant experience of checking out.

Seriously had the best time at Novotel Phu Quoc. We stayed in a superior room and it was SO clean and comfy. The bed was super cozy and the room felt really fresh from day one. Perfect size for the two of us, and the AC kept us nice and cool the whole time. The pool was definitely a highlight—huge, clean, and perfect for photos. Just chilling on the sunbed was pure bliss. Also, the staff here are incredibly sweet. Special thanks to Ms. Hang, her kindness honestly made our stay so much more pleasant and special. Awesome room, amazing pool, and great service. I’m 100% staying here again next time I’m in Phu Quoc!

It is a comfortable place to relax. Although some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, HAI was very helpful and made communication smooth and easy.

Foot massage was unbelievably relaxing & best I have had so far. Welcome was next level as was after massage drink & fruit. Tien had an extremely soft touch but massage was firm. Extremely satisfied & highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing — perfect for a getaway. A special thanks to Vinh, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. His professionalism really made our experience even more enjoyable. One small area for improvement would be the shower in the room, as the water pressure tends to fluctuate between strong and weak. Aside from that, everything else was great. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again.

Very beautiful territory, a pond with lotuses! The facilities are where you would expect them. No mosquitos in the location (unlike some other places on the island). Very helpful and polite staff. Nice pool (they even did a foam party once). The breakfast was good - asian dishes, fruits, pancakes, desserts etc. The small dining square with street market is just outside. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach.

Reception is not air conditioned. The room options on booking.com make it unclear how a family of 4 ppl (2adults, 2 kids) can fit in a 2-people room. The beds are 2 single beds (as described, so no problem with that). We booked the room anyway and then we booked 1 extra bed (a fee is about 30% extra to the room price). We had to move 2 beds together ourselves (for 2a + 1 child). The room won't really fit the 4th bed (in case it is important for someone else). The extra bed was not comfortable - too hard, as it had no topper (the standard beds had toppers). My advice for the hotel - to add a specific option for 4 ppl and prepare the room accordingly (move beds, make sure all have toppers). Overall, we really enjoyed the stay! Thanks to all the staff!

Staff were friendly, check in easy. Room was clean enough. Restraunts in the resort were fairly priced. Nearby markets were nice and friendly, a lot less aggressive than other markets I've been to in South East Asia. Buffet breakfast was good. Food was of a high standard, with lots of variety (some changing each day). Plus, busy buy not annoyingly so.

Beach was a dirty. Bits of plastic just floating along. Starts to get choppy from mid day, not terrible but a bit annoying. Bit of a walk from the main area to the main pool/beach. Swim up bar was alright but understaffed. The housecleaning didnt seem to change the sheets so that last night there the bedsheets were quite sandy.

الفلل المواجهه للشاطئ هناك شارع مشاه يفصل بين الفندق والشاطئ عكس ما كنت اعتقد النظافه ليست عاليه المستوى يستطيع فريق تنظيف الغرف ان يصل الى مسوى اعلى من ذلك .
