كل شي كان رائع، اجمل وانظف وافضل واحسن وازين مكان راح تسكنه. مستحيل تحصل مثله بالعالم، نظافة وسيرفس عالي وخدمات متنوعة وكثيره وبالمجان اغلبها مثل قواري وسيرفس مياه ومشروبات غازيه وسناكات يوميا تتجدد. اذا كانت وجهتك جزيرة فوكوك احجزه ولن تندم، شكرا على ترقية حجزي من فيلا بغرفتين الى فيلا بثلاث غرف 🌹

ホテルのアプリがとても便利だった。（翻訳機能のあるチャットやバギーを呼ぶ時など） 朝食が美味しかった。 お庭にプールも付いていて、お部屋も広く、内装がおしゃれで素敵。キッチンや洗濯機もあって便利。

ビーチフロントではないのですが、シャトルバス５分で　同じ系列のビーチクラブがあるので、私たち家族は問題ありませんでした。 英語が通じるスタッフが少なく、私たちはベトナム語がわからないが、スマホの翻訳機能を利用して、丁寧に対応してくれました。

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the resort enjoys an excellent location close to the airport and to most of the attractions and activities in the southern part of the island. The beach is just a short walk away, or you can take the hotel's complimentary electric shuttle, which operates every hour. The resort also has its own private beach club exclusively for guests, located directly on the beach, which is a great addition to the overall experience. The private pool is beautiful, and the villa is elegantly designed, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

الإفطار جيد من حيث والتنوع، إلا أن خيارات الطعام الحلال كانت محدودة للغاية، واقتصرت عمليًا على البيض وبعض الأصناف الجانبية ، عموما فيتام على العموما محتاجة شغل بموضوع الطعام الحلال او على الاقل فصل الادوات الخاصة بالطبخ. للأسف، لم يكن تعامل الموظفين بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذا التصنيف، خاصة فريق عمل المطعم، حيث افتقروا إلى روح الضيافة والود في التعامل مع النزلاء. كما أن المسبح الخاص بالفيلا لا يوفر خصوصية كاملة، إذ توجد بعض الزوايا المكشوفة التي تسمح للجيران برؤية أجزاء من منطقة المسبح. The breakfast was very good in terms of quality and variety. However, the halal food options were extremely limited, with eggs being practically the only suitable hot option. Unfortunately, the staff, particularly those working in the restaurant and the reception, were not as welcoming or hospitable as expected from a resort of this standard. In addition, the villa's private pool does not offer complete privacy, as parts of the pool area are visible from certain angles to neighboring villas. This is worth noting for guests

وجود وزغ أو برصي في غرف الفيلا وتم طلب التنظيف لكن يوجد أعداد منهم، وهي مشكلة الفلل في الجزر السياحية دائماً، وكذلك التنظيف اليومي يحتاج أن يشمل جميع مرافق الفيلا مثل المسبح الذي تتساقط فيه أوراق وورود أشجار الحديقة، وأيضاً يفضل إضافة أصناف حلال في قائمة المطعم وبوفيه الإفطار

The peacefulness of the villa and our own pool was delightful, a private oasis. Attentive and helpful staff. Daily mini bar top ups. Convenient app for communication and services. Buggy for rainy days. Incredible breakfast.

Sometimes Leaky window seals. The location doesn’t have a lot near by but a short grab ride can get you to areas with more shops.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sailing Club Signature Resort Phu Quoc. Les villas sont spacieuses, très confortables et impeccablement propres. La piscine privée est un véritable atout, parfaite pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et n'hésiterions pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Phú Quốc. Niveau de bruit

מחירים מאוד יקרים באופן יחסי למוצרי המלון כגון ספה. בגלל שאנחנו אוכלים כשר לא היה ניתן לקחת את פרות וירקות לחדר מה שכן אפשרו לנו במקומות אחרים.

Виллы спроектированы европейцами, контакт с обслуживающим персоналом минимизирован. На море пляжный клуб, пешком 10 мин. Море не идеальное, но в целом не грязное. Магазин и найтмаркет недалеко.

Приватность, оснащение виллы, сервис, завтраки, удобное приложение.

Можно уделить чуть больше внимания чистоте. Например, стол у бассейна был довольно грязный.

Персонал работает ужасно, все забывают, медлительные, не говорят по-английски. Самая умненькая из всех девочка My. Также комплекс не справляется с завтраками, сидишь ожидаешь в очереди места, завтраки скудные. В округе нет нормальных магазинов, поэтому в первый же день, езжайте в гипермаркет Кинг-Конг и закупайтесь всем необходимым

Amazing apartment/homes! Staff were really great - although seemed a little overrun at breakfast.

Not sure about the Beach Club which is trying to be an Ibiza style bar - not a great success and I’m not sure necessary.

非常超出预期的度假村！ 首先环境/装修/别墅面积都超出了预期，最喜欢的园区里道路很干净，两边的椰子树很好看！ 还有使用app来召唤服务这一点也很方便，同时回应也很快！ 早餐很丰盛，还有welcome drinks也超级棒！ 性价比也非常非常高！

地理位置吧，离哪里都不算太近。但还好酒店有接驳车可以带你去沙滩，很多一日游也可以从酒店这里定，会直接来酒店接。

The villa was super luxurious and well equipped with a washer for clothes, a dishwasher and a Marshall speaker too! There is a private pool and a beautiful area for dining outside with an inviting garden. Each room has a beautiful view. There are bicycles to ride around the property. A complimentary shuttle can take you to the beach but it is a short and pleasant walk away. The breakfast has a vast spread, but being a halall eater, we couldn't enjoy all of it. Luxury drinks included in the breakfast menu, which was a plus!

There was an issue with validating the payment made for the stay, but the staff managed to sort it out. The resort is situated far from attractions in Phu Quoc but if a quiet luxurious retreat is what tou want, this is definitely the place to be.

치즈 종류가 많지 않았고, 또한 상당히 말라 있었어요. 치즈를 제때에 교체해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 그 외에는 다 좋았어요!!!

I utilized my own villa pool.. It was comfortable,clean,bright and spacious. Breakfast was great.. They have a great selection of food .. I enjoyed the happy hour and their ala carte menu. Taste and presentations of the cocktails and food were excellent. Friendly and courteous staffs. Always proactive and served with great smiles. Makes me feel welcoming. I enjoyed the promotion for spa. Room was clean and massage was to my liking. Went back everyday for the duration of my stay.. Would definitely love to go back again someday.

객실은 깨끗했습니다. 음식도 맛있었습니다. 하지만 빌라에서 수영장 가는길에 돌로 포장되어있지 않고 바로 잔디여서 불편했습니다. 그리고 객실내 금고가 2번정도 작동을 안했습니다. 근처에 딱히 편의점이 없는걸 빼면 정말 좋았습니다.

Wow. It was such a privilege to stay at this beautiful Villa Resort. The service was impeccable, kind, attentive. Everytime present but still discrete. We had some wonderful days at this hideaway. A great place with many sports activities, an excellent gym, sauna and steam bath. Very spacious Villas and the staff from reception, waiter, cleaning, gardening or security was always helpful, kind and with joy. Thanks for treating us so well. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this resort. 🙏🫶✨💫

Feels modern and like luxury. Such a great stay. Breakfast buffet was so great with good variety. The activities are perfect. My family loved pickleball and badminton! They had sand toys and balls for the kids and my toddler LOVED the play room.

Should have more free drinks in the accommodation!

Le plus, une navette est disponible pour aller au beach club de la plage. Deux vélos à disposition également. Une navette est disponible pour nous emmener à l’aéroport. Hotel un peu éloigné de la ville, obligé de prendre un taxi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. Our villa was gorgeous, high end, well designed and stylish, and very comfortable. We lived in our private pool which was a great size and well maintained by staff on a daily basis. The villa provided filtered water and there was a good washing machine. Unfortunately there was no toaster. The villa was in a lovely setting, within a short walk to the main resort area. Each villa was incredibly private and had good security. The restaurant was well designed and offered a good range in the menu. Breakfasts were delicious, again providing a good range of Asian and English dishes. They offered soy milk, which was a bonus! Staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough to assist. Anything that went wrong was attended to immediately. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. We didn’t realise this when we arrived as there didn’t seem to be anything on their website, but we certainly availed ourselves of it when leaving. The place is about 800m to the beach. You catch one of their buggies to the beach sister club which is beside the beach. The club was nice and the beach looked good with lots of sand, loungers, umbrellas and clear water, but we didn’t swim there.

The resort did not provide passport protected wifi so we had to rely on our eSIM for connectivity. Their mini market could provide a better range to give more choice of food. A toaster in the villa and a sandwich maker would allow guests to make a quick meal.

If you are looking for private villa accommodation in Phu Quoc, Sailing Club Signature Resort is perfect. The villa's are modern, well designed, very comfortable and private yet you still have all the resort facilities available to use

This place is amazing! Staff is really friendly their service is really good. They are quick and make it work. They have this shuttle bus/car which brings you to the their private beach every hour.

More chairs and beds at the beach would be nice.

We absolutely loved our spacious villa with a beautiful pool. The whole resort was very spacious, well thought out with lots of different aspects of the gardens and communal pools and public spaces.

The property felt like it was in the middle of nowhere so getting into some mode of transport made it a bit tedious and not much else to do outside the resort.

It had a nice pool and the villas were nice. The nightly fire show was great for the kids. Kids club had activities but you had to pay for it. Fish feeding was great. Smaller resort compared to others so much quieter around the pool etc.

Restaurant was very average - kept having buffet every few nights we were there. Not close to beach - only hourly shuttle service (should run this whenever guests wants it) - any other 5 star resort would do this. For the same price - you can go to another resort which has more kid friendly activities like water slides and beach front etc so we didn’t feel like it was value for money at all. Even though it was a smaller resort - breakfast is very busy. Some of the things in the villa is also not working well - e.g bathroom door - the villas were little dated. Also they charge $15 for a broken water cup. we’ve never ever been charged for accidental breakages in any 5 star resorts so I think that pretty much sums up this resorts service approach.

This is the second time we stayed here and definitely this resort is the best I have ever stayed, with modern and stylish diner and villa. And the diner provides the best quality of South East Asian and Western food as well (actually my favorite plate was Club House Sandwich)

Breakfast choice are great. Some of the staff are good, especially those who work in the restaurant.

Check-in time are supposed to be at 3pm, but when we arrive at the resort at 3pm, the villa is not ready yet. The villas are not friendly-use to elderly. There's no room downstairs, all the rooms are upstairs. However, in booking.com it mentioned that they do have sofa bed in the living room, but when we asked the reception, there's no sofa bed at all. We went to the beach, but the staff over there chase us away, it's kinda rude.

Everything was perfect. The pool, staff and facilities were amazing and cannot recommend more. Make sure you book advance for the airport shuttle as we gave them little notice for airport transfer. The staff were very apologetic and gifted us with a fruit platter to make up for it.

Dejligt sted. Super service og meget venligt personale. Lækkert resort!

Love the sailing club. This hotel is of a very high standard! Staff are amazing, super accommodating and it has a real family feel to it. This year the food has been elevated to a higher level and the new head chef (Leroy) was amazing. Attentive and really want to ensure that we were looked after. Extremely dog friendly! A little dog bowl with biscuits and a dog bed welcomed our pooch.

The location is quite far from everything. The Marina was very quiet area with not much around to see or do. You can get a car to long beach but it’s 20 mins away. The food & drinks at the restaurant expensive for Vietnam. They also played the same Christmas music on rotation around the pool for 4 days which made it hard to relax.
