Our family had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc, and what impressed us most was the genuine attention to detail from the entire team. As Muslim travelers, we were pleasantly surprised to find prayer mats already placed in our room without us even having to ask—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel also took halal dining seriously, offering halal beef and chicken and ensuring every in-room dining order was prepared accordingly. They even went out of their way to make our kids chicken nuggets that weren’t on the menu. A special thank you to Pastry Chef Krishna Bagawan, whose pastries were absolutely delicious. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain that the pastries he prepared were made without gluten, making them halal. His hospitality made every breakfast even more enjoyable. Every member of staff we met was warm and friendly. The ladies at the coffee shop remembered our evening coffee orders after just a few visits, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with personalized daily notes and thoughtful responses to any requests we left for them. Combined with the fantastic facilities—the family pool, kids club, bikes, games room, beautiful beach, and excellent breakfast—this was easily one of the most family-friendly and welcoming resorts we’ve stayed at. We would happily return.

My one‑night stay at InterContinental Phú Quốc was genuinely unforgettable. The Club Lounge team — Khoa, Thơ, Trân, Huy, Nhi, and P.Anh — made me feel so cared for with their warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared, adding even more comfort to the morning. The private pool was a quiet little paradise — perfect for peaceful lap swims and moments of calm. And the Bamboo Treatment at the spa, performed by Trâm and Thảo, was deeply soothing and emotionally grounding. Even though it was just one night, the experience touched me in a way I’ll remember. I can’t wait to return.

Location, atmosphere and receptionist and restaurant staffs Didi, Quyen, Huong Nga were perfect. Check in and activities done in a breeze. Rooms were immaculately clean and love our bath tub. This hotel and everyone here in the island makes our trip more enjoyable than ever. We totally feel cozy and well taken care of. Definitely to visit here again!

Wow! We cannot fault our stay. Beautiful grounds, incredible facilities and the most stunning suite. We’re already planning our return. More than anything, we found the service and all interactions to be impeccable! Everyone was so friendly, greeting our children by name as we moved around the hotel. Amazing experience dining at Sea shack! Tai and kitty served us all the time and really took good care of us. Vegan food request was well accommodated. Must dine out place at interncomtimental. They made yellow coconut curry and rice for me. Tiramisu is to die for! Do et here

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, but the highlight of our stay was the full-body massage at the spa. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience—it was truly unforgettable. We were looked after by two amazing therapists, Hien and Vy, who were both incredibly professional, caring, and skilled. Honestly, it was the best massage my husband and I have ever had. Thank you, Hien and Vy, for making our stay even more special!

Really lovely resort. We had a room upgrade to a villa with a private pool, which was an absolute palace and incredible value. The restaurant, Lava, exceeded my expectations and did a very good and very reasonable tasting menu. The spa was lovely, I had a very good facial from Vy, and great welcome service by Kim. The spa is a lot more expensive than you can find outside the resort, but was easily made worth it by the beautiful surroundings, private spa villas, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort! We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Residential Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our family. Every detail reflected luxury and comfort. The hospitality was exceptional, the breakfast spread was outstanding, and the pools and private beach were simply stunning. The entire resort is immaculately maintained, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. Without a doubt, this was one of the best stays we've ever had. Everything is perfect. We spent 8 days here and had really wonderful and relaxing holidays. The staffs in the restaurant SORA&UMI are super, especially NGA, DiDi, DKAY, and THINH, who offered considerate service. The housekeeping crews are great. Everyday the room is set up in a perfect way. The crews in kid's club are perfect. I feel safe to let my children stay with them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing family trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights in and had access to the club lounge. We spent most of our time in the lounge. It has its own pool which for the large majority of our stay we had to ourselves. Everything about this lounge is outstanding. We had breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails sitting outside on the terrace. All the staff in the lounge were wonderful and we would like to thank them all for making our stay so good. The best lounge we have been in !!!

Our family stayed at InterContinental Phu Quoc for two nights from June 8 to June 10, 2026 (booking under the name Thanh Nguyen), and we had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Having a washing machine in the room was especially convenient, allowing us to do our laundry comfortably during the stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an outstanding selection of pastries that were among the best we have ever had. I would also like to express my appreciation to Chef Nhut at Sora Restaurant for the delicious Mien Xao Cua, Com Ghe, and Bun Cha; Chef Hoang at the Sora Restaurant - Sushi Section for the fabulous maki rolls that my sons absolutely loved; and Mr. Hung, the Manager at Mercado Café, who welcomed us warmly and treated us to excellent coconut coffee and Black Forest cake. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return soon!

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We came when the restaurant wasn’t too busy, and got decent service. The waitstaff was very nice, we had Thương as our main server. The tenderloin was juicy and the seafood platter was delicious. We did have a slight issue with one of the items tasting a bit off, but other than that, everything was perfect.

We booked a king‑size room, which offered generous living space and great comfort. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and tidied daily, making the overall stay well‑worth the money with excellent value for money. We were truly impressed by the laid‑back, pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The breakfast is also incredibly delicious with a wide variety of choices, which still lingers in my mind even after returning home. The swimming pool is pristine and well‑kept, while the adjacent beach is stunning with fine, soft sand perfect for unwinding. Above all, the service here is outstanding. She always replied to our queries promptly with thoughtful, satisfying solutions. What left the deepest impression on us was her incredible responsiveness even at midnight. When we messaged her to request an item around 12 AM, she quickly tracked it down and arranged staff to deliver it directly to our room without delay. This was my first visit to Phú Quốc, Vietnam, and I have instantly fallen in love with this beautiful island and its friendly locals. Had an amazing dining experience at Lava Restaurant at InterContinental Phu Quoc. The seasonal tasting menu was absolutely fantastic — every dish was beautifully presented, well-balanced, and full of flavour. A special shoutout to Thuong for providing excellent service throughout the evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe gebucht, das jedoch Stromausfall für die nächsten Tage vorausgesagt hatte und wir in keinem Fall ohne Klimaanlage sein wollten. Das Intercontinental war direkt gegenüber. Wir haben spontan gebucht und sind rübergelaufen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, hat einen erstklassigen Service und unser Zimmer war der Hammer. Es war fast wie eine kleine Wohnung mit großem Balkon, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und sogar einem Waschtrockner, der uns sehr gelegen kam. Das Frühstück war der absolute Hammer. Alles war verfügbar, sogar unterschiedlich lang gekochte Eier. Das Zimmer war auch super ruhig, da drumherum nicht viel los ist. Sie Skybar ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Aufenthalt

This is a wonderful dinner. We try 5 dishes and all of them are just fantastic. Their sauces on each dishes are very nice and tasty, especially the salad starter, very creative. The main dish Fish and Beef are well grilled, scored 9 out of 10, the only bad thing is we can not eat more. The service of the restaurant is also great. THUONG, is providing a nice and professional service through the entire dinner section. Thanks for his kindness and professionalism. We will definitely come back again and we enjoy this dinner very much.

We loved the warm hospitality extended by the staff at intercontinental and special Mention of Mr Krishna, their head pastry chef who was very warm with our need as a vegetarian and extending his hospitality every morning at the breakfast.

The most relaxing massage I have had. Persauded my husband to join me, and he loved it. I also had a facial, which was everything after a long flight from the US. Highly recommend Hien & Dang. Kim and Pham were also so welcoming and sweet.

Thang provided great service by explaining the different types of coffee available at breakfast. His friendly smile and excellent service helped us start our day off on a happy note.

My wife experienced a severe violation of privacy during our stay. Hotel staff knocked briefly and then entered our room without consent, even though my wife clearly shouted that she was in the shower. As a result, they saw her completely naked. This was extremely shocking, humiliating, and absolutely unacceptable. What made this even worse was the hotel’s response. They treated this incident as if it were a minor situation and claimed it was not their fault. I found this attitude deeply irresponsible and dismissive of a very serious issue. This is not just poor service — it is a serious breach of basic human privacy and safety. I have traveled to many countries, and I have never experienced anything like this before. Because of this incident, our entire stay was ruined, and we no longer felt safe in the hotel. Based on our experience, this appears to be a place where staff may enter your room after a brief knock, regardless of whether a guest is inside. Please be cautious if you choose to stay here. 由於事前有告知10週年紀念日，所以他們有特別提供慶祝的蛋糕，由於有特殊的飲食習慣，但我詢問飯店有什麼選項時，主廚親自來和我談了解我的飲食忌諱，讓我有更多的選項可以選擇，讓人感覺賓至如歸！

可能飯店也產力比較久，所以部分房間設施會覺得有點舊，舊的像是電視不能按，藍牙喇叭音響也壞掉後面才提供了另一個選項這些是我覺得在五星級大飯店且住宿每晚超過10,000台幣的情況下覺得比較可惜的部分

I am sorry to say this because the customer service at the Intercontinental hotel Philly Quoc is exceptional but the fact that only a small percentage of the bottom line staff speak a global language can create challenges (unfortunately this is not unique to the Intercontinental but it’s common across the Vietnamese hospitality industry )
