Lorsqu'on un établissement se veut "boutique hôtel", on attend d'autres prestations que celles fournies par le Dawson lodge. Pas de personnel sur place, deux linges de bains et deux petites lavettes pour trois jours, pas de chambre faite journellement, pas d'espace pour que deux personnes puissent s'asseoir ailleurs que sur un lit, un bâtiment quelconque, bref c'est un hôtel qui met à disposition des petites chambres pas inconfortables à un prix correct, sans plus. Pour un court séjour, c'est bien.

Great bed, very quiet, nice clean bathroom, excellent communication with staff,, overall very nice experience.

Screwy coffee maker limited to 2 cups of coffee for 2 people, no cream. Rooms are small, good reading lights are missing., no chair.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, dennoch zweckmässig. Das Zimmer hat keine Fenster und deshalb keine Aussicht. Man hört auch die Leute auf der Strasse und andere Gäste im Hotel gut.

The rooms were quiet and clean. Smeg coffee maker was a huge bonus. Rooms were dark and cool which was great for sleeping. Location was perfect for accessing all that we needed in Dawson. Satellite TV was also a nice added touch with multiple channels to choose from.

Luckily weather was fairly good and we spent a lot of time outside. Rooms were quite dark and there was no lobby so spending time in the room during the day was challenging. Great for sleeping though.

Nous avons sejourné dans neuf hébergements différents au cours de notre voyage, et c’est celui qui remporte la palme d’or :) Chambres très petites, mais chaleureuses et d’une propreté impeccable. Un coin café/frigo/friandises qui sort absolument de l’ordinaire. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’aide pour organiser un transport vers l’aéroport.

Rien, si ce n’est que nous aurions possiblement aimé être prévenus quelques jours avant de la nécessité de prévoir un transport. Je ne crois pas avoir reçu de message à cet effet, mais je pourrais me tromper. Une autre idée comme ça: puisque le lodge est lié au Spa, peut-être prévoir au moins une petite activité ou deux accessibles aux mineurs?

Very clean, staff checked on us by phone. The room has a espresso machine! Has the feel of a good airbnb instead of a hotel.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Self check-in made arrival and departure very easy. While it was self check-in, communication with staff was excellent - quick and friendly responses.

Very quiet and cozy. There was a welcome basket! Shower had a lot of pressure. Walking distance to everything in town. The grocery store, restaurants, front street shops and the river walk.

Clean comfortable bed and bathroom. Staff quick to respond to questions or if help needed . Liked the unlimited coffee available .

Room very tight space. Not enough space for two stools to sit on. Not able to open a window and a bit dark on the west side of building. More instructions needed on how to work a smeg coffee machine. Especially on how to empty grinds etc. I had to google instructions

Good location to explore Dawson City. Easy access with codes sent prior to arrival.

Very dark room. One window which we couldn't draw the curtains on as open onto a parking area for the next door apartments. Stayed 3 nights and room not made up.Bins not emptied. Only 2 large and 1 small towel provided. Washcloths were awful.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fridge provided. Locally owned and operated.

The room was very small and dark (low ceiling, small window). It was clean with a comfortable bed but I was surprised it was the same price as other local hotels with brighter rooms twice the size.

PET FRIENDLY :) Really comfy bed, luxurious rain shower, and tasty coffee in the room. Great location, short walk to everything downtown and the staff were available, friendly and attentive. Great plant based food too at their spa cafe next door. Second time staying here and will be back for sure.

Bathtub was missing a couple pieces, including plug. Would have liked cups for water in the room

Some maintenance issues and the advertising was a wee bit misleading. To access the spa facilities you had to pay more and it was about a block or 2 away from the accommodation. The spa was also not open for one of the days that we were there

Very small rooms with little light. First night was great because it is clean and we love the corrugated metal. For more than 1 night it is too small and dark to do anything but sleep.

Parking was a bit tricky because on construction in the parking area. The first step was nearly impossible for our 85 yr old. Loved the space. It was like a tiny house, modern and complete. I’d recommend it to anyone who is not attached to a lot of space needs

The rather steep pet fee

Great stay in Dawson! The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful when I had questions.

It was an effective way of accessing our room. All codes worked flawlessly. The host provided contact information and was helpful. Loved everything about it. I would highly recommend it.

Off street parking. Able to walk everywhere. Perfect stay.

Small and cozy rooms with seamless check-in and very nice welcome package. Internet and TV worked great, and it is in the centre of everything you would be looking for.

Generally, the hotel is good. The room was clean. Everything in the room worked. The bad was comfy. And there was unlimited coffee.

I was confused about the parking. I arrived late evening. There were not any signs where I parked my truck. There was no stuff at all. On the other hand, it was quite annoying how many texts I got from management. Hundred percent of them were useless but distractive. I guess the hotel is a bit overpriced for a former warehouse with no stuff.

Rooms are small, not tiny and very well appointed. Super clean room, comfortable bed, easy self check-in. We enjoyed the coffee and snacks and mini fridge. Water pressure was great and the water was hot. Very soft towels and very much appreciated the body wash/shampoo dispensers. The location is very good.

The front door is a little noisy, bit seriously that's all.

Nicely done interior renovation of a heritage building in central Dawson. Everything like new including bathroom. Good use of cozy space. Satellite TV with good reception.

Small room but has everything you need. Thankfully brought a sound machine because you could hear everything in hallway and some other rooms.

It was very conveniently located, easy to check in and out, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Our window opened up to a parking lot where, apparently, everyone who had been drinking all night decided to gather when the bars closed. It was extremely annoying.

when we arrived to our room it was nice and clean. We had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks available for us. Quiet. Great location. Quick response when we had questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

no natural light and dystopian high tech atmosphere with no staff. certainly overpriced for little to no overhead.

Loved this little place. The host though not onsite was very friendly and checked in to ensure everything was as good as it could be. We caught a time when the weather was warm and it took us a night to figure out the best way to cool the room but after that, it was very comfortable.

The room was well set up and set. Appreciated the treats on the bed. Just would have loved air conditioning as it was a hot weekend. But that isn't really a complaint just more a comfort I enjoy.

The room was small. The room cleaners were very friendly.

Anna was a lovely on-site contact staff member and was very helpful, Anna is a perfect host to have at a hotel like yours!! Housekeeping was perfect!
