Love the breakfast and the ability to use the dining area as a second place to open laptop. Amit and Peter were Front professional and friendly and really were really kind with a complimentary breakfast for a slight mishap

May need to work on housekeeping .. came into room and felt like not cleaned properly with a floor towel on floor as wiping down of surface areas. Could be better at what’s around them .. like brunch places and pubs or bars to visit in signage .. perhaps a mini partnership

The shower wasn't great, it for so slippery and I nearly lost my footing. So all the water would come out of shower so I had to put extra towels on the floor

It looked exactly like the pictures and the staff were friendly and very accommodating when it came to the issues we had with no wifi connection in my room and gave us a free upgrade and switched our rooms.

The room we were originally put in didn’t have any signal and the hotel wifi didn’t work in the room as well.

I reported that the TV was not working within an hour of checking in, as it was a Sunday we were advised no maintenance team was available, however l was not offered a resolution - i.e no alternative room? Reduction on the cost of the stay due to all room facilities not available? - at least have the discussion with me. l can only mark the stay as average as customer service was lacking.

The hotel was close to everything you would want or need in Manchester. Literally on the doorstep of the city centre.

The only negatives I have is the food was a little below standard. Unfortunately I found a hair in my meal when I ordered room service and I noticed a hair in the potatoes in the breakfast buffet. As you can imagine this was instantly off putting.

Stayed over the bank holidays weekend for leisure. Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and the check-in and checkout process was painless. Would definitely stay again.

Very noisy hotel. We could hear people in other rooms and we were in the room opposite the lift and directly above main doors so disturbed a lot during our two night stay. Shower was badly marked- it had been covered by the bath mat.

I was skeptical at first when booking a one-night stay for a Friday eve. I didn’t know much about the hotel and had never really heard any marketing or buzz around it. But I was pleasantly surprised it was really nice and clean, with large rooms and a lovely reception area. I also didn’t know they had a fitness room, which, if I’d known beforehand, I most likely would have packed some activewear and got a workout in. But yes, I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s near the Northern Quarter, which is a very quirky part of Manchester, I’d say it’s the Soho of Manchester, if that’s your thing. It’s also well connected to the rest of the city, and a lot of places are even walkable.

The bed had a lumpy mattress topper and the pillows seems old and lumpy aswell. Biggest concern was the amount of undesirables that lingered with cans of alcohol outside the front of the hotel. Not great and the staff didn’t seem to move them on. This is quite dangerous for people staying alone and young women. Would not stop again, good location but down a side street so didn’t feel safe entering and leaving with a bunch of grown scruffy looking men drinking at the side of the entrance.

The off site parking at the print works cost £26 for over night parking. Also its happy hour between 3-7pm 20% off beers, cocktails etc and I asked the guy at 3.30pm for a cocktail menu and he said cocktails start at 4pm when the bartender shows up.. so no cocktail haha

I liked that this hotel was right in the center . It was near variety of shops at a walkable distance. Beautiful hotel . Lovely beds and pillows comfortable. Love the coffee machine in my room . I was impressed when I saw toothbrush &shaving stick and toothpaste in the bathroom which could be handy if you forgot to pack. Nice soft towels aswell. Loved that the check out times are reasonable aswell. With where its at I think its a decent price .

Our rooms were a bit dusty . Mostly in the window area on the tables. I travelled with 2 of my friends, and their twin room had a broken latch on the connecting room door, and the door wouldn't lock . We informed the staff , and they rectified the situation by locking the door with a master key . There was no coffee machine in there . No toothbrush either, whereas mine had . At 8 am on a sunday morning, i woke up to the doors bangin .There was constant banging as if someone kept going in and out of a room . I couldn't hear the traffic from outside, but I could hear people talking in the hallway. The lighting also wasn't the best. There wasn't enough of it.

We had an amazing time staying at the AC HOTEL from the complimentary drinks in the fridge, to a good working shower can’t fault the place would deffo stay again.

We requested a side room but instead got a room with a broken tv and unlocked connecting door in the room - being told there were no side rooms available . Later to be moved to a side room that was much better overall ..

The hotel is so central and convenient. The staff were beyond helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. We were even allowed early check in and late check out, without any issues.

The location was superb and the environs excellent, Myself and my family had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel to others.

I was disappointed that my security deposit was not returned promptly after checking out. I expected the deposit to be refunded once it was confirmed that there were no damages or outstanding charges. I would appreciate a clear explanation for the delay and the prompt return of my deposit.
