Our room was right next to the cleaner cupboard door or external doorway. It opened and shut every minute or so waking us very early and then the continued noise didn’t allow us to go back to sleep

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The hotel provides breakfast vouchers to several very close cafes/restaurants and we selected Mensa about a two minute walk away. The options available were excellent and well worth the charge. The hotel is close to a lot of Auckland attractions and we will definitely be back.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Always a great stay at this hotel. We live up NOrth and enjoy spending a weekend in the centre of the city. We did ask for a room with a view but these were not available at the price we paid. It was my husbands birthday. Staff always very polite. The only comment would be that the reception area is looking a bit tired. Thanks we will stay again sometime.

Total lack of services and amenities. No housekeeping for the 4nights here Bathroom had a strong toilet smell possibly due to the lack of cleaning. It was present when I checked in Possibly the lowest quality hotel in the area. The information provided about room service was misleading and inaccurate.

ロケーション。大雨だった為、傘をさして徒歩で中心エリアに行くのが嫌でUber を利用した。お天気さえ良ければ海沿いを歩いて駅までも歩けたのに、本当にお天気によってだと思った。

It was a lovely start and end to my 2.5 week holiday to New Zealand from the UK The bed is very comfy with a number of good food options connected with the hotel that reception staff signpost you too. As well as other options advertised in reception, such as the night markets nearby, which I enjoyed a lovely evening meet up with a friend.

Staff should let customers know that in car park place, next door carpark you can find space from level 4. ( all 3 levels are reserved ). Was very confusing driving through all levels and not finding any spot to park. Cleaning could be improved ( bedside tables werent wiped and inside windows dirty but just small complaints).

The amenities and facilities felt truly five-star, from the comfort and quality to the overall experience, yet the price was surprisingly reasonable. It’s not often you find a place that offers such great value for money. A bonus having the perfect view of the Skytower from our room. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious experience without the hefty price tag!
