Extra cost need to be stated clearly on the booking.com page BEFORE you book. Not in hidden drop boxes, wasn't very happy with payment for bond was told it would be refunded at check out only to check out and than told 10-14 business days. Make sure to read everything before booking.

A thoroughly pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. In particular, Raghu, the manager at reception, provided exemplary hospitality. His attentiveness, professionalism, and courteous attitude made a huge positive impression on our stay. The breakfast options provided were good and enjoyable overall. One area that could make the offering even better would be to include more protein-rich options, providing greater variety and a more balanced breakfast.

I loved it we could take our dog - that was amazing and the proximity to the city was awesome.

There was a bar next door that was really loud so struggled to get to sleep.

Our apartment was super spacious, very impressed with how comfortable the place was. It was well equipped for a longer stay with dishwasher and laundry facility. Huge balcony overlooking Victoria Park was awesome.

The couch was quite dirty, comfortable but very well loved.

Dog friendly. 2 bedroom on the corner is very roomy, great light and views. Park across the road is really nice and feels very safe for a walk with the dog. Close to everything. Parking garage has elevator directly to apartment floors.

Pet fee was high ($150) which should have been more clearly stated on booking site.

I didnt like how the tv was hard to connect using my apple device. It felt friendly for android and samsung users

It was just a weird smell upon entering the apartment. It kind of smelt like a hospital or rest home.

Personel of hotel was very nice and helpful, special thanks to Rhagu. Apartment was amazing, fully equipped with a very nice balcony. Perfect position in Town to reach Port area. Huge park in front of the hotel.

Amazing location! Reserved parking was available and reasonably priced. So much to do and see within walking distance. After a chat with the manager they waived the “pet cleaning fee” for our son’s Service Dog.🐕‍🦺

Honestly there is very little not to like about the property. We had the two bedroom apartment and the only negative we would like addressed would be the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. And not having a separate toilet to the bathroom was inconvenient sometimes..

Quiet and spacious room (apartment) in central Auckland. Plenty of room with a table I could use for work. Nice deck to have a drink on. Parking adn 24 hr reception

The advert showed a suit with a view of the tower which was a selling point to me not we were given a view of down town not what I booked very disappointing this was the hook to book but felt conned

今回NZを旅行したホテルの中で一番いいホテルだった。ベットもシャワールームも綺麗で部屋も広く快適に過ごせた。 目の前にビクトリアパークがあり、息子がラグビーも練習も出来、レンタカーを借りているならおすすめです。

スカイタワーから下り坂になるので、スーツケースがあると大変だと思う。

Great location great room size abs had everything we needed. Could easily share my mobile too the TV to watch the Warriors. Great little cafe downstairs also a convenience store next door of needing anything else.
