Great location close to the old town. Room was comfortable and nice pool to relax. Had free access to push bikes to get around

Overall, I would give this hotel 4.5–5/5. The staff were really nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was good.

The only minor issues were that the bathroom had a slight sewage smell and the lighting was a bit too dim.

It’s pretty central and the good stops there

My sons had NO WATER AT ALL for 3 of the nights! No shower, no basin, no WC. They did try to mend it and then it would stop again and it’s baking right now! Almost 40 with the humidity. I did ask for a refund and got given a can of coke instead. They send charming WhatsApp messages about how sorry they are but would not move them to another room. They clearly thought that they could fob of 20 year old boys and just get away with it. Deeply unimpressed AND the AIRCON IS RUBBISH!

The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony was also very lovely overlooking the pool with our room in particular. The pool is a perfectly quaint size and very nice to swim in. Staff, particularly breakfast/cleaning staff were so friendly and chatty and kind. Reception staff were also very helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice too.

Довольно хорошее расположение (минут 5 пешком до старого города, недалеко от набережной), очень дружелюбный персонал (но это по нашему опыту в принципе норма для Вьетнама).

Потрёпанность, далеко не идеальная чистота и тусклое освещение (окна в фактически не было) — всё вместе создавало довольно неуютную атмосферу в номере. А найденный в последний день огромный таракан в санузле испортил впечатления о номере окончательно. Довольно скудные завтраки (без шведского стола, по предзаказу с вечера). Тонкие застиранные полотенца. Не очень хорошая стирка (на белой одежде остались все пятна от местной еды).

Accueil au top, plein de bons conseils de la part du staff. Emplacement très proche du centre, idéal pour venir se rafraîchir ou se mettre à l'abri entre deux visites.

Lots of mosquitoes and it took quite some time for AC to cool the room. The window frame wasn't cleaned. ( Beach sand). The bathroom had some smell which went away after our first room service. The bidet wasn't cleaned at all. It had black mold.

Hong and staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean, beds are comfy and has everything you need - laundry was a big benefit! It's right at the edge of ancient town so quiet yet very accessible. Lantern lady classes, spas and restaurants very close. We even caught a boat ride back from Japanese bridge to our hotel one night.

Price of mini bar could be reduced a bit or have bigger bottles of water available to use.

The hotel room was nice and the breakfast was good. The people working there always made sure everything was perfect. Walking distance to everything.

Le staff est absolument adorable et attentionné, la dame et le monsieur de l'accueil sont toujours prêts à donner des conseils et s'intéressent à vos activités, les dames qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner sont attentives et sympathiques également. L'hôtel est à deux pas de l'hypercentre touristique de Hoi An tout en étant remarquablement calme. La literie est très confortable, la chambre bien isolée et propre. La formule de petit déjeuner est très appréciable, il faut choisir à l'avance ce qui nous intéresse et les plats sont réalisés devant nous le matin. La piscine est idéale pour se délasser après une journée de visite.

First of all, the staff here were incredible. They were so kind and attentive and gave me SO many recommendations for things to do around Hoi An. Always willing to help and chat. Secondly, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Right in the heart of Hoi An. I walked almost everywhere. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was always delicious. They even packed me up a cute little to-go bag on the morning of my departure. Cute little balcony overlooking the pool. Loved this place.

My only criticism was the shower temperature was super inconsistent. Same setting would sometimes be boiling hot or lukewarm. Sometimes would change mid-shower lol. But literally who cares. Just adjust it and move on. This place rocks.

My room had ants in it and it wasn’t very clean under the sink.

Very nice pool, overnight oats breakfast option was lovely. Location was great as near old town but not too much near the noise. Organised the bamboo boat tour through the hotel.

Limited breakfast options and had to order day before. Our first room the balcony door was a little dodgy but they did well to move us to another room so we were happy.

Great location, lovely hotel - small, cosy and has everything you need. Staff are lovely, too!

The staff were simply outstanding including the front desk personnel. They also make the morning drinks for breakfast in a spirit of teamwork.

The prearranged airport transfer was done but driver was abit sketch. The staff has addressed the issue.

Great place for a stay would have liked to stay longer

Idéal au niveau de l'emplacement. Charmante dame à l'accueil. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie et les sanitaires étaient confortables. Choix varié pour le pdj... et enfin un frigo qui fonctionne bien.

Le coin piscine ne donne pas très envie, il pourrait être un peu végétalisé.

The hotel was in a quiet street, a block back from the river, walking distance to the ancient old quarter of Hoi An. Surrounding by great restaurants, local cafes. The hotel pool is a sparkling gem to retreat to in the heat of the day or evening. Our room was quiet, roomy, clean, double glazed windows, what more could you want. All staff were friendly and helpful. We would glady return.

The front desk agent blamed me for their motorbike's busted phone holder breaking my phone. Headbanger room, slanted ceiling, nearly knocked myself out a few times, but developed a thicker skull thanks to them. Also had to crawl out the window/door to use the balcony.

This place is amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big and clean and the breakfast was good! The location is great, old town is easily reached by foot (7mins to the market and 15min to center of old town). I would definetly stay here again

Des vélos sont proposés en libre service mais ils sont tous cassés, c'est dangereux. Les photos vendent du rêve mais c'est un hôtel assez classique au final.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was central to everything. The surrounding area was quite. Room was nice and clean.

We bumped our head on the ceiling a few times. The TV didn't let me access my Netflix account. They are really minor issues and wouldn't stop me from staying there again in the future.

Reception staff was very friendly. The location was perfect: close to everything. The shower and cubicle were the best so far. They made our chosen breakfast in the morning and it was more than i expected, very nice. The lift worked well and was fast.

Location was perfect! Just walked to the center of the old town and the Hoi An Memories Land. Very comfy beds, good shower pressure, strong wifi, friendly staff.

Mosquitos getting in the room. Coreless toilet paper is one-ply and disintegrates on your hands - should be at least 2 ply with better quality. Breakfast with eggs, sausage and (half a) bacon could be improved. Pancakes were great though!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and included in the price. The room was very clean and had a nice little balcony. Wasn’t too noisy either because it’s not on a busy street despite the fact that you’re super close to Hoi An old town.

We were initially told credit card payments wouldn’t be possible (a mere 5 days before our booking was due, and despite previous insistence on the contrary). When I replied that I would have then canceled my booking I was told that credit card payments would in fact be available, but with a 3% fee. Not very transparent. The pool looks great in pictures, but sits in fact meters away from the street, is seldom used and didn’t look too clean.

The location of this hotel is excellent - close enough to town to easily walk in. Far enough away to be a quiet spot. The hotel is close to the river too and the riverside bars and eateries. The room was big enough and well laid out and we enjoyed the balcony. We also found the food at breakfast good too. The staff are excellent and very friendly and will help you arrange day trips without being pushy.

Nothing really although the pool was a disappointment, as you couldn't really swim in it or sit by it

Tout était quasi parfait ! Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée, salle de bain spacieuse également. L'hôtel met à disposition des vélos gratuit en l'état (pas mal sont quand même hors d'usage, il faut le noter). Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, vous devez choisir la veille pour le lendemain votre menu, seuls quelques articles sont à dispo en version buffet, mais la qualité est là pour le reste ! On est à 10min à pied de l'hypercentre, donc assez proche. L'hôtel nous a arrangé un taxi depuis l'aéroport de Da Nang pour 10€ et nous a pré-commandé les billets pour Hoi An memories à un tarif moins élevé que get your guide (env 6€ moins cher/billet).

Le seul truc qui nous a gavé, c'est l'agent d'accueil (une femme) qui faisait le forcing pour nous vendre plein de trucs. C'est bien de proposer mais insister est autre chose. Certains membres ne parlent pas bien anglais donc compliqué de se faire comprendre. La piscine est très jolie, mais il n'y a aucun espace pour s'y installer autour et nous sommes à même la rue.
