The staffs were very helpful and warm. The breakfast was pretty widespread. It was convenient to call grab and go to the places of interest. The massage was very good and reasonably priced.

There were roasters from the neighborhood crowing at around 5am in the 2 nights we stayed. So we woke up really early, before the hotel started serving breakfast at 6.30am.

Lovely hotel in a great location with fabulous breakfasts and amazing staff! We loved Hoi An and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Staff was really helpful, location perfect, just few minutes from center of Hoi An and quiter area no noise during night. They even provided us with breakfast box, because of early check out. And they made me coffee at 6.00 AM, before even breakfast started.

This place ticked every box for us. Probably our best stay in 3 weeks in Vietnam. Excellent staff, facilities, breakfast, location. A winner.

J'ai passé huit nuits dans cet hôtel. J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel tout le long de mon séjour. Ils m'ont conseillé, expliqué, aidé, accompagné.... Tout était parfait: la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la situation proche de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Etablissement à recommander.

Absolutes Highlight unseres Trips! Der Ausblick war grossartig und die Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern. Definitiv eins der schönsten Hotels mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Die Lage war super, da man nah genug am Gesehen war, aber noch genug Abstand vom Lärm hat. Fußläufig sind auch wirklich tolle Restaurants und Läden!

Estar ubicado lo suficientemente proximo al centro, y lo suficientemente alejado. Habitaciones e instalaciones en muy buen estado. Muy buena relacion calidad precio.

Hotel pulito, servizio impeccabile e ottima colazione. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma c’è la possibilità di prendere le biciclette.

C'est simple. Nous avons tout aimé : le personnel adorable, souriant et très serviable. La piscine magnifique et au calme. Les petits déjeuners extras, très variés et très goûteux. Les chambres à la décoration splendide, soignée et de très bon goût. Bref, un vrai paradis ❤️ merci à toute l'équipe du cozy qui porte bien son nom. 😉

Le fait de devoir partir après 6 jours on serait bien resté plus longtemps 😊

Pool was generally clean but there was a little smell in some parts of the pool. I was also excepting a proper coffe machine for some fresh coffee.

The staff wanted too much to sell us tours everyday. Even at breakfast, someone would come up to our table to ask what our plans were and try and sell tours.

Très bon hôtel, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Hoi An, parfait pour être au calme et visiter facilement. La piscine est très agréable et permet de se rafraîchir après une journée dehors. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Très bon séjour !

Location is excellent, an easy walk to the Old Town. We had a room overlooking the river, and it was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The staff were excellent, although they could not understand why we did not want to take any tours (we have been to Hoi An many times before, and were here again to shop and relax). We used the free bikes every day for getting around, and used the pool a lot. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices.

Recent hotel met alle nodige faciliteiten. Zeer proper, praktische en mooie kamers, grote badkamer, lekker ontbijt,… alles dus prima in orde. Hebben heel hard genoten van ons verblijf hier en personeel was zeer behulpzaam ! Top dus!

Wat ik wat jammer vond is dat ik moest bijbetalen voor ons luchthaven vervoer aangezien we als gezin van 5, in verschillende kamers overnachten, waarvan sommige geen gratis luchtvaart vervoer hadden. Maar uiteindelijk zitten we allemaal samen in 1 busje dus voor hotel was dit puur uit commerciële overwegingen.

唯一1分被扣，就是淋浴間水極易灑出地面，原因是防水玻璃門有縫隙。 小問題，不影響住宿美好

I don't really see why charging minimal money for bottles of water in the fridge is a good policy. Just add an extra euro to the room fare, but make more water available for free than 2x0.5l, in a country, where you aren't supposed to drink tap water.

Everything. Big rooms. Good Location. Great breakfast and Clean good pool. This is the most lovely clean friendly hotel in Hoi An. We visit it first with our teenagers 16 & 19 and then when they left home we came back as a couple to stay. Why is this hor perfect, because it's hard to find good hotel in Vietnam. I love finding good hotels and with the scooters we visit some i had looked at from home, exited were we wanted to stay. All did not live up to the photos online. Pools ere dirty etc. 5 Stras hotel looking like 3 stars. Cozy An hotel is just how they offer it online and more and it's just perfect place to stay in Hoi An. You can walk into the old town along the beautiful river 10 min. Pool is clean. Good breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Amazing staff especially the girls in the reception. The staff is so lovely. I had mentioned the beds was are for me, when we came back and checked in they had made the bed more soft. Details in making the best stay we could have. We could have a swim in the pool late even i my which was lovely. Can only recommend this hotel. So cheap for what you get. We stayed first in family rooms facing l the pool and then room 707 which was great rooms. Book this hotel if it's free

What a lovely little hotel! The staff are amazing, the facility is clean, the breakfast is fantastic. It was located about 10 minutes out of the craziness of the tourist throng and was lovely to return to for some peace and calm. It made the contrast so much greater and I really do feel sorry for contributing to the over tourism of this lovely little place. Hoi Ann should introduce a tourist tax and try to limit the numbers, it's just unpleasant at night and I feel sorry for the people who actually live there having to put up with all the rubber neckers!

The only reason I didn't mark the facilities as exceptional was the pool area which is lovely but a little small. People do 'mark' their spot with towels but the staff were pretty good at moving them. If a large group or a family were in it then it became a little noisy because of the available space. But it was still really good to have somewhere to cool off and the bar area was close by for happy hour!!

De locatie (wandelafstand Memory Land en oude stad), het personeel, het ontbijt en zeker de fruitsap bij het ontbijt. Ze bieden gratis fietsen aan, geven 1 gratis vervoer naar Danang airport en 1 gratis cocktail per persoon per verblijf.

Het eten dat je namiddag of in de avond aan het zwembad neemt, kan beter. Het was zeker niet slecht maar kon beter.

我入住的603套房，在我晚上泡澡時發生浴缸中間有大約直徑30公分左右的一大片型橢圓型髒汙，沖洗沒有用，又擦拭了好幾分鐘，還是不乾淨，最後我放棄了泡澡。下圖的照片是已經擦過的樣子，原來更髒，但想到我不是花錢來洗浴缸的，最後就放棄了！

員工態度和善親切，服務及時，訂房時要求要安靜一點的房間，check in之後看到房間對面有房子在1施工，立刻跟員工反應，他們很乾脆的把我升到最高樓層view較漂亮而且安靜的房間。下次再回到會安的話，這是我首選的飯店，也會推薦給親朋好友。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We came as a group of 17 and were all extremely pleased with the rooms, location and care from the staff. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted so warmly! The hotel itself is so beautiful, only a 10 minute walk into the old town and a minute walk to the river for a more peaceful walk into town. The pool was a great way to cool down and relax and we enjoyed the buffet each morning for breakfast, with many options, they even were knowledgeable in gluten free for my son and provided him with some bread on request. The staff went out of their way to make a suprise engagement even more special, helping to organise beautiful flowers and a cake at such short notice (4 hours). They're all wonderful and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you to Bella and the team for taking such great care of us!

We really appreciated the quiet in this busy little city, and our upgrade to a river view room. We found everything we needed in our comfortable, well thought-out room and the breakfast and pool areas are both very pleasant. Bikes were excellent, and particularly well maintained - good on you, Cozy An! We felt looked after the moment Ella greeted us on arrival and were really impressed with the extra care shown when I fell ill. (certainly nothing related to their property). Totally recommend this hotel.

Sehr schöne und einzigartige Inneneinrichtung. Gute Lage mit allem Dingen in der Umgebung. Die Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie helfen dir dabei den Aufenthalt Vorort zu nutzen mit Tipps für Destinationen oder Trips.

Location -10 minute walk to ancient city. I stayed in a river view room, it is soothing to look at the river. The architectural design, colour scheme and ambience of the hotel is top notch. There is a swimming pool at the end of the Alfresco dining area. Staff are all friendly and helpful, very attentive. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable.

La calidez y amabilidad del personal del hotel en todo momento disponibles para atender mis solicitudes y necesidades. La habitacion, la cama y el baño muy comodos. El desayuno estuvo delicioso. El hotel esta ubicado en una zona llena de tiendas y restaurantes y a tan solo una cuadra del rio desde donde se puede observar el bellisimo espectaculo nocturno de los botes iluminados y los faroles en el rio.

10 minutes walk to the old town, the property has clean, nice rooms and good breakfast. Also appreciated the free airport pick-up and good communication.

The staff seemed a little bit pushy with the extra activities or transfers, some of them were more expensive than reserved separately.

The room and the hotel decoration is modern while beatifully tuned with Hoi An hallmarks. The open spaces and the swimming pool were great as we got some really hot days. The breakfast was very complete and options changed every day.
