Near to local attraction, good breakfast

One of the hotel was unfriendly , hotel bathroom not clean with covered with sand prior to check in, water supply was off and not informed earlier, Only noticed after coming back from beach. Room service was extremely late.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a relaxing island atmosphere. The overall resort is well maintained and has a nice modern design. The swimming pool is not very big, but it’s still a nice place to cool down, especially after spending time outside. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of local and Western choices. I also really liked the convenience of having restaurants and food places within walking distance, so getting something to eat was never a problem.

The amenity in the room is too basic. I would have expect hand towers but none, bath robe but none and glasses for drinks(plastic glass instead).

Overall our stay is comfortable. Nice location. I have a partial sea view room. Staff is very friendly. Especially Mr Chan he share all the usefull information and also nice food. Room cleaniness is excellent.

Hotel need to improve the linen. A bit yellowish...ha ha ha .....

V hotelu jsme byli moc spokojení. Hlavně bych chtěla vyzvednout výběr na snídani.

I dont like the bathroom.. because the floor is so slippery..and when i wash it the water cannot flow well and stuck because dont have floor trap near the sink..

ロケーション、プール、スタッフかなり良かったです。日当たりもよく、白い建物とプールサイドの青いパラソルがリゾート感があって非常に良かった。 海も目の前にあり、表の通りもLED街灯が明るく安心感があった

レストランのハエが多かったことが気になった お風呂の排水溝が詰まってた この2つはすぐ改善できると思います

Location is excellent. Across the road from a beautiful beach. Room on third floor overlooks the sea, About 15 minutes walk to main town and about 7 minutes walk to a decent supermarket. A small food stall on the beach across the road from the hotel. Quiet location not busy. Breakfast was good. Decent

All the staff were friendly the whole place of the spotlessly clean the pool was gorgeous and the restaurant was nice

It was all good opposite Three restaurants. The Wi-Fi dropped out one day and was broken. In fact the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. The whole of the time we were there. The only reason I really noticed this is because I had an interview and I had to do it on the Wi-Fi, but they couldn’t do enough for me. They gave me a room for free turned on the Aircon we really helpful.

The staff were lovely The rooms were spacious and bright and the pool was fab too The bar snacks and juice was very reasonable Breakfast was okay nothing special

Nothing at all except when leaving we asked for a taxi to be booked for 6am for the 630am ferry but the staff got the time wrong and we almost missed our ferry which was a bit stressful as we would have them missed our connecting bus to our destination

The swimming pool is clean. Walking distance to Pasir Bogak beach. The staff all very friendly and helpful (security guard,receptionist, housekeeping staff, cafe staff, chef)

This is my 5th time staying here but this time around I think they really need to change the towel and please do something about the flies(lot of them) in the cafe (first time seeing it after few years staying here). Overall, it is really a nice hotel to stay and yes ofcourse I will still choose this place to stay in the future. Thank you!

The hotel is very clean,food affordable and friendly staff and also very clean pool.Walking distance to the sea.Nice place to stay.

Good location

1. I paid RM518 for a two nights stay at the hotel during the mid week. During mid week low season, you could have the whole swimming pool to yourself. Also you could have the beach across the road from the hotel all to yourself. Great value. 2. All the staff from manager Mr Chan to their doorman are very friendly and helpful. 3. Hotel is well kept and clean. 4. Breakfast which is included in the price is acceptable.

1. The bathroom towels, bed sheets and pillow cases are a disappointment. It is too dated and need to change. It appears to me that the white towels, sheets and cases are too "stale" to be used again. You cannot run even a 3 star hotel using those items looking like a secondhand ones. Otherwise I would rate the hotel 10/10.

Location was great - beach, small stores, and restaurants nearby. Staff helped in ordering taxies. Breakfast was okay. Check-in and out went smoothly. Small pool was nice addition.

Hotel was noisy - doors and windows leaked noise from the streets and hallway. Not suitable for light sleepers. While the rooms have ACs, the air quality wasn't the greatest as keeping the AC on made the air moist. Curtains, blanket, and pillows had mold stains all over them. It did not feel healthy sleeping with those, and thus we slept only with the sheets. Meaning no pillows either. Also, one of the bath towel's had stains. There were some small ants found in the room. Though, these were harmless. Hotel's restaurant (A la carte) was a huge disappointment. Frozen food warmed with microwave/stove. Pizza tasted awful and was inedible. Soft drinks were warm. Several flies were flying around the tables. Restaurant had weird and unpleasant smell. For those arriving here during dinner time, we highly suggest just walking across the street to a local street restaurant which served excellent food.

Strategic location. Almost everything is nearby especially the beautiful beach.

The bathroom needs some work. The floor before the shower area did not have a drainage hole which makes the floor wet when using toilet. The water will remain on the floor due to no drainage hole.

Breakfast is good.

Bedsheet, window curtain, toilet, floor are not clean.

Frukosten var fantastisk, med bl.a. en roti canai som överträffade alla de andra hotellens, som vi bodde på (3 stycken). Hotell managen var utomordentligt hjälpsam. Värd en guldstjärna. Även övrig personal var väldigt trevliga.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, doch es gibt noch schönere Plätze, wo man aber fahren muss. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Für den Geschmack eines Europäers könnte die Auswahl vielleicht etwas größer sein. Ich glaube , dass das Hotel für den aktuell auf der Insel gebotenen Standard eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft ist.

Ich habe keine gravierenden Punkte zu beanstanden.

Clean , big room space and located in good location between beach , restaurant, chocolate free duty shop ,place to visit and ferry.Special compliment to best service staff En Azrul, Mr Parvej and Mr Kubendran for their great assistance for decoration and arrangement during my anniversary stay. I'm glad and appreciated for their effort . They make the difference for their guest stay

Location was quite strategic, everything just within a few minutes. the room was as advertised but it could have done with a little bit more furniture, especially on the balcony to view sunrise and sunset. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was also a blast, my kids just enjoyed it.

I love the view of Pangkor Island and even this hotel is truly amazing and best to stay. Even the island has a very beautiful view too

The thing that I am quite unsatisfied with the petrol station doesn't provide the electronic payment as well as poor maintenance to pump the tyre pressure air since my rented car tyre is suddenly flat.

The resort is near and walking distance to beach, room is clean, and tidy , housekeeping staffs come to clean up every day and greated us.

We suppose to cleck in at 3pm, but the male reception staff told us the room not ready yet and we are waiting till 3.30pm at the restaurant in hotel at ground floor as instructed, nobody come approach us that the room already ready, when we again go to reception, then only the male staff told us the room already ready, there is no courtesy. The hotel fees is high for me, the curtains are stained,,looks like not being changed.

2 choses : L'accueil de la reception peu professionnel et non agreable : alors que nous avions réservé, les hotesses d'accueil ne trouvaient pas trace de notre resa lorsque nous sommes arrivées et nous ont proposé d'attendre sans nous donner la moindre information. . C'est parce que nous avons montré notre très fort mecontentement qu'elles se sont résolues à demander l'aide d'un responsable qui nous a alors remis les clés de notre chambre ! Le volet restauration ( petit déjeuner assez moyen mais surtout un personnel non formé, trés peu avenant et très peu impliqué)

Public toilet at Pantai Teluk Nipah was not available during the weekdays...., not sure about weekends. Perhaps the public transportation ( taxis ) could be improved such as the availibity of air-conditioned taxis or vans as the climate is pretty warm/hot in Msia. It will help to increase tourists better perceptions towards Pangkor Island.
