the AC was on as we arrived, thats a blessing after a long journey to the island! kid was happy, the bed was comfortable, very much room to roam around.

the door to the beach was locked. need to walk round over the whole neighborhood just to reach to the beach. a 100m walk feels heavy when it turns to 500m walk. I just concern on my parents wellbeing, needed to rent a bike just to back and forth the unit.

Bilik air tempat gantung tuala pun tak ada..sebab katil yg besar ruang jadi sempat.Nak solat pun hanya ada ruang depan pintu saja. Housekeeping bising kita dlm bilik mereka kemas bilik lain pun boleh dengar mereka berbual atau ketawa. line internet tak ada perlu guna wifi. Call petugas susah nak jawap. Mujur kemudian mereka semula minta password wifi.

Ini kali ke 2 saya tinggal di Tatami. Kawasan cantik & bersih, minta check in awal dan staf kata boleh je kalau bilik dah ready. Sangat bertimbang rasa 👍🏻so far okay untuk kami bermalam disini 3h2m, pantai pun tak jauh nak pergi. Pekan pangkor pun tak jauh, overall memang ok. Terima kasih.

Bija tikpat kā neiespējami sazināties ar personālu. Pie durvīm ir atstāti tālruņa numuri, bet pirmā darbiniece, kas norādīta, vairs nestrādā uzņēmumā. Uz zvaniem neviens no norādītajiem numuriem neatbildēja. Tikai pēc ilgas gaidīšanas atbildēja rakstiski whatsappā. Bija jāgaida vairāk nekā stunda, kamēr tika atsūtītas paroles iekļūšanai. Self check-in tiek ļoti slikti praktizēts. Pēc garas sarakstes ar darbinieci varēja tikt pie parolēm. Pludmale atrodas nevis 250 m attālumā, kā norādīts booking, bet gan 1 km attālumā - tātad norādīta nepatiesa informācija. Naktsmītnes vieta ir ļoti slikta - jāapiet liels līkums, lai vispār tiktu ārā no naktsmītnes.

La habitacion era una ratonera. Pequeña, sin ventanas, sin ventilacion. El baño no era tal. Era básico y parecía una sauna.. por tener, ni espejo sobre el lavabo.

The room and the villa is definitely worth the value of money. It is very cozy and the vibes is next level.

There were ants in the single room villa crawling near the tatami and the bath room is a bit too cramp

The host didn't tell us that the 10 pax room and 2 pax room is not in the same place. It's far away and it actually need transport. we thought all the rooms are in the same place since the host put all the rooms with one address only. But after i paid, the host just sent two different addresses. So i have to cancel one of the room since we don't have transport to stay at two separate places. But they can't tolerate to give back our money even though we didn't stay at the tatami room at all. This is kind of scam and no honesty. 👎👎👎

Washing machine is broken. You need to walk to the beach, which is quite a distance (not suitable for elderly). There’s a side gate, but it was locked. If you bring elderly, request for ground level room.

It took you almost 15 minutes to get into the beach by walking. The washing machine and dyer downstairs also not working

There is nothing to like about this property. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. But I couldn’t bring myself to stay the second night. I booked another hotel and left this place.

So dirty, bed was uncomfortable as the springs were bulging out the mattress. Room was so small and didn’t look like anything in booking.com. Horrible experience. Bed was full of insects and mites. Our whole body started to itch. The staffs were not accommodating at all. Had to call them several times for anything we need. Texts oso was replied very late.

Actually everything was all right but one of the staffs was not friendly at all and even i requested for another room due to air conditioner not functioning well, she refused. Thank god, another staff named Pn Mariah was very kind and helpful and gave us another room and it was so nice! She patiently attended to all my questions and inquiries and super happy to deal things with her.

The service was not that great. When we said our initial room’s air conditioning was not functioning, one of the staffs straightly mentioned that we reset the remote control, which we didnt. And she just switched off and turned off and said no other rooms were available. So cannot change room. Luckily after, Pn Mariah ended up gave us another room which is much more comfortable.

The explanation provided for the limited availability of pillows suggests a potential shortfall in customer care. We believe that prioritizing customer satisfaction is paramount for fostering repeat business.

Far from beach n got separated place,1 in coral bay,1 in tatami when I book. Management not helping at all and worst decision ever booking this place. Won’t repeat and won’t recommended anyone to stay here. No seaview at all!

Very clean and cozy . Secure . Complete with basic amenities such as tv , kettle, iron and ironing board , hair dryer, cups , toiletries. Im a simple creature and these are enough for me 😄 easy for me to find breakfast and dinner . Near shops .

Even though its not located on beachfront but still acceptable . Feels private and serene.
