The location and resort sizes

Cleaning and breakfast are not many on the menu, we pay for extra people not worth the money, swimming pool tiles are a bit sharp and my daughter's leg injured. Not much equipment to use like no cutterly.

The location was convenient, and the apartment had enough space for our stay. However, unfortunately, the overall condition and maintenance were very disappointing.

We stayed for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the apartment was not well maintained. It was very dusty and did not feel properly cleaned or ready for guests. The toilet floor was dirty, and several facilities were not functioning properly, including the sink, air-conditioning and shower heater. There were also very limited facilities, such as no proper washing machine. We were charged around RM900 for two nights, but considering the condition of the apartment and the facilities provided, I personally feel that it was not worth the price. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, maintenance and facilities before welcoming future guests. For the price charged, customers would expect a much cleaner, better-maintained and fully functional apartment.

The newly renovated rooms are clean and nice. Perfect location for us...next to good Chinese restaurants, and 2 mins walk from the beach. Perfect with the convenience store and a duty free store attached too. Taxis are parked right outside.

Bed is a little hard. Breakfast area needs a little sprucing up. And sometimes many flies.

Its quite an old apartment

The room was renovated, relatively clean and comfortable. 2 shops connected to the hotel. Convenient. Close by around the area lots of restaurants.

The pool - so packed and overly crowded. There was someone in every meter square. It’s disturbing. Even my daughter who loves to be in the water did not want to go in. Wondering how clean the water was. The breakfast. Not so much option. The food also looked like they had been sitting there for quite some time. Dried out and wrinkly. No soy milk. The hotel looked like it was built on the principle of maximizing profit. Packing as many rooms as possible. The main hall was so crowded, so packed with people that some people had no place to sit at all and had to sit on the floor. All in all - if you want to have a convenient accommodation and nothing else matters, go there. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is not the place to go.

Pintu lift cepat sangat tutupnya huhu. Wifi tak berapa okay untuk tengok tv.

The room condition is not good, all old stuff. Certain not even working. So disappointed and no wifi. But the breakfast and the swimming pool is better.

Der Pool war recht trübe, das Hotel ist echt in die Jahre gekommen. Um dort mal 2-3 Tage zu bleiben ok, länger wollten wir dort aber nicht wohnen.

Near to restaurants and beach.

The 3 room Apartment was badly maintained. Shower broken toilet cannot flush. Had to request change to hotel rooms thus incurring additional expenses. The family room only 2 Queen and no complimentary extra bed was offered for 5 of us. Though we had bad experience on the apartment, the family room was not bad.

Strategic location. Nice and large pool. Walking distance to Beach area. Friendly staff.

Old Aircond. A bit noisy.

The hotel looked very old form outer but to my surprise the room was quite new and comfortable The view from my room was very serene as i can see the sunset and the beach from afar. You will find variety of food along the street as there are few numbers of restaurant available. the breakfast was good as there are variety of foods and the pool is good too.

Room was good as these were all newly renovated rooms with tiles and not carpets and overall room is relatively clean. The location is good and walking to the beach, eateries and even duty free shopping is available in the lobby. They managed to get me a room esrlier at 2.30pm instead of their stated check-in time which was 3.30pm

The bathroom was a "wet" one, the shower glass has a very little purpose as no matter what. the entire floor will get wet. The hot water was a joke. There were more instances of not getting hot water then actually getting a nice hot shower, something that the management need to really address. The hotel staff is the highlight here, the guy was smoking while watering the plants in the pool area, it was very annoying. Guest parking - there a few abandoned cars in the hotel grounds and the rest of the area are taken up by private taxis in the parking area. Parking for guest are very limited and we need to park away from the hotel when getting in and out. Most hotels we've seen are that taxis are made to park and wait outside the hotel and only called in when there is a passenger waiting. However, motorcycle parking are available for guest at the lobby area. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement, its very basic and outdated; we didnt avail our second day breakfast after experiencing the first day.

Location was great, and there was a convenience store and tax free shops at the bottom of the hotel building. Everything super accessible. We stayed in the recently renovated building and loved our room.

According to Booking.com there was supposed to be a kids club included at the resort. The staff at reception said it has been closed and cancelled for a long time. Shame that the information was not updated.

The carpet on the room floor was full of long hair. I don't understand the point of having a TV in the room if you cannot watch anything on it because TV services haven't been paid

Cleanliness very bad, the towels are all tear, bathroom s are not clean. Only one had hot water , 2 bathroom the water was cold.

Room was upgraded and comfortable. Only thing missing was the carpet. Previously had carpet in room. Would be better if had the carpet.

Been staying in coral Bay resort since 2010 for all our trips. However the breakfast menu does not seem to improve. Not many varieties. Since the room price has increased we hoped the breakfast menu would have been upgraded. However menu still the same. Food quality not up to par. Would be better if the breakfast menu would be improved in future.

The stay is vey near to beach and restaurants. The reception counter staff good.

The water heater didnt work, after we call 2 times to reception then we got people to check on it but it only 2nd day stay only, the room service also same, we already hang the board before 12pm but still didnt get anybody to clean up my room, people came after 2.30pm, that also they didnt change the bedsheet, they just tide up.
