I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and I honestly have nothing to complain about. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always available whenever I needed anything. They were also very helpful with recommendations and advice during my stay. The facilities were great, the room was very comfortable, and I especially loved the beautiful view over the river. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again if I come back to Hoi An!

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était réuni pour passer un agréable moment. La décoration est très soignée et élégante, avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est attentif, disponible et discret, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale pour la literie, vraiment très confortable : j’y ai passé de très bonnes nuits. Le petit déjeuner était également bon et varié. L’hôtel est situé dans un cadre calme et reposant, avec une très belle vue. Un endroit parfait pour se détendre tout en étant bien situé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir !

On n'a rien à redire sur l'établissement, le personnel était exceptionnel. L'hôtel est bien situé avec euh une vue magnifique sur la baie. Une piscine incroyable et un petit déjeuner qui était bien présent.

It was an amazing place to stay. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. They truly do their best to accommodate any requests you may have.

Clean, well maintained and cordial staff. Breakfast was excellent and pool is well maintained.

Access to hotel location ,road to hotel is not wide enough for vehicles and has to take an alternate route from main road to get vehicle access.

The photos on every booking platform tell one story. What we found on arrival told another. The reception area — the first impression any guest is promised — was in visible disarray. The restaurant and pool areas fared no better: surfaces uncleaned, corners neglected, the kind of upkeep that suggests no one walked through before we did that day. Most tellingly, tables sat abandoned with the used plates and cutlery of previous guests still on them — not for minutes, but long enough that it read as routine rather than oversight. This was never about the price. Even at zero cost, this stay wasn’t worth a dime. It’s a gap between what’s being sold online and what’s actually being delivered at the door. I am sure the hotel can be at another level wirh better attention to small details: the entrance and lobby is a bit messy with random stuff and laundry/cleaning tools... We stayed in one of the junior suites, the bathroom was big but the door was hard to use. Also, there was no curtain between the bathroom and bedroom, in the morning the light from the open shower in the back can go through the 2 layers of glass doors to enter the room

Det ligger lidt udenfor byen, så der må medregnes lidt scooterleje, Grab-kørsel eller skridt. Fantastisk udsigt over floden. Personalet var super søde.

Jeg betalte dobbelt for lufthavnstransport, da de ikke havde fået det noteret. Så det blev lige 2 x 500.000 vnd.

The place was really nice and quiet, which i was looking for at first place. However, the road was quiet hard for a car to get in. They have everything there, bike, motorbike, shuttle bus.

Clean, good design and lovely lovely staff (especially Katy Vo!) Great location, quiet but still close to the main area - the hotel also offers free shuttles to and from town which was extremely helpful and a lovely service (only at certain times but it’s perfect) - the room was lovely with some small complimentary items (water tea) and the breakfast was 10/10 with many options and good quality We also loved the location being placed in a more authentic place of town, allowing connection to the place!

Good hotel with a majestic view of the Thu Bon River. The room was clean with comfortable bed and all the basic amenities. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was great.

Muy amable todo el personal, ayudándonos en todo lo que requeríamos, las camas muy cómodas y todo estaba limpio y agradable. Lo único negativo que era un detalle es que el wifi no llegaba a la habitación, y no teníamos internet móvil, por lo que teníamos que ir al lobby para poder tener internet, eso se podría mejorar

Excellent family run hotel, great facilities and staff.

Absolutely incredible value for money hotel. Excellent selection for breakfast. Beautiful rooms and pool area/communal seating areas. Lots of sunbeds available in the garden. Nice view over the water. Bikes available to ride are old but useable for getting into town or pottering around the rice paddies. Also a very convenient shuttle service! Staff were lovely and went above and beyond.

This is our favourite hotel in Vietnam, we stayed here in all our visits. It’s peaceful position by the river allows you to relax. The decor is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Staff is very attentive and helpful without being inquisitive. The pool is also very clean, the hotel provides bathing towels, which they also allow you to use at the beach. It is a short drive from the Old Town, which we actually prefer since this means the hotel is quiet.

Mooi hotel. Personeel was telkens heel behulpzaam. We maakten ook graag gebruik van de faciliteiten: - elke dag konden we gebruik maken van gratis fietsen (wij hebben geen problemen gehad met onze fietsen. Ik had gelezen dat sommige reviews dit wel aangaven. Verwacht wel geen nieuwe fiets. Je kan wel ook brommers huren. Een taxi via grab naar het centrum is ook goedkoop (50.000 vnd ca 1,7 euro voor een auto, nog minder voor een brommer)). - het hotel bezit over een mooi gelegen zwembad met uitzicht op het water - de massage met oliën was uitstekend - kleren laten wassen - de laatste dag namen we een nachtbus. Het was mogelijk om de bagage gedurende de dag hier nog achter te laten en nog te douchen bij het zwembad Wordt ook erg geapprecieerd: het receptiepersoneel biedt alle hulp die je nodig zou hebben met het regelen van activiteiten, maar pusht ook niet om extra zaken via hun te boeken (bij sommige andere verblijven voelde dit minder gastvriendelijk aan)

Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid en ok, maar niet uitzonderlijk lekker (smaken verschillen natuurlijk)

It was very remote for me. Beautiful setting in a rural area with beautiful staff. The bath tub was a bit high for my short legs, but I managed.

Everything was perfect from the very first minute. Without a doubt, everything was made easy for us, and there was always a willingness to help. We would do it again without hesitation.

We had a great stay at Nghê Prana Hotel & Spa. Hana and Katy were super kind and helpful the whole time. The staff in general was very friendly and attentive. The pool was amazing, the room had a beautiful view, and everything was always very clean. The bed and pillows were also really comfortable. The hotel is a bit outside the center, but the location is still very nice and quiet, and they provide free bikes which makes getting around super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here in Hoi An!

Flair, Ruhe, Komfort, mit einem immer hilfsbereiten Team, das keine Wünsche offen lässt - darauf können sich Gäste des kleinen Hotels freuen. Seine ruhige Lage am Thu Bon Fluss ist das große Plus für einen erholsamen Urlaub im ansonsten quirligen Hoi An. Wir genossen das Frühstück unter einem blühenden Orchideenbaum am schönen, sauberen Pool, in dem wir noch vor frisch zubereiteten traditioneller Suppen oder Omletts schwimmen waren. Ein hoteleigener Shuttlebus bildete für uns die Brücke zum Besuch der historischen Altstadt und zum langen, herrlichen Sandstrand von An Bang. Dieses Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter - Hello Bong Katy:) - sind ein (noch) verborgener Schatz für Touristen aus aller Welt.

Einzig die Ausschilderung für ortsfremde Taxi - und Mopedfahrer, um die Zufahrt zum idyllisch am Fluss liegenden Hotel schnell zu finden, ist verbesserungswürdig.

À avoir en tête que suivez google maps vous allez vous perdre. C’est dans une petite ruelle à 150m de la voie principale mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine

Manque de personnel +++, Propreté des parties communes laissant énormément à désirer. Pas de repas sur place, il faut commander au bar pour qu’ils livrent en 1h. Prévenu qu’au moment de commander. Piscine mal entretenue: eau trouble et des algues vertes sur les parois. 4 transats seulement. Les vélos à dispositions gratuit mais ont vécus 15 vies!
