Super séjour dans cet hôtel qui a dépassé nos attentes. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et de bon conseil et les chambres sont propres et décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner qui se prends dans le restaurant juste à côté est exceptionnel, on a même le choix ! Si nous revenons à Bacalar un jour nous réserverons sûrement de nouveau ici.

Goede locatie en super personeel. Bij de receptie namen ze uitgebreid de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Het ontbijt was lekker, met name de yoghurt maar zeker ook de wafel. Er is een lekker zwembadje aanwezig om in af te koelen. Schuin tegenover het hotel zit een leuk restaurant.

Wij vonden de bedden nogal hard.

יש בר לטיני ממש מתחת למלון שפועל עד אמצע הלילה והמוזיקה חזקה מאוד, ואין בידוד לרעש בחדרים אז מרגישים כל בס. כבר שהגעתי איש הצוות אמר שמומלץ לישון ביום ראשון עם אטמי אוזניים כדי שזה לא יפריע. כשאמרתי בבוקר שהרעש באמת בעייתי אמרו לי שזה רק בימי ראשון, אבל בפועל עוד שני לילות המוזיקה נמשכה עד חצות ואחרי. אני לא הצלחתי לישון וזה העפיל על החוויה הטובה מהמלון המקסים הזה. מלון נהדר, אבל אם חשוב לכם שינה שקטה זה כנראה לא המקום לזה

I booked last minute, literally 15min before getting there and even though I did, the staff was waiting for us. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are new, roomy and clean. Free breakfast was included with full service: waiters, coffee or tea, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola, toast, chilaquiles with eggs and beans, and even fresh pastries for dessert. Honestly this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Ho soggiornato in questo Boutique hotel in coppia ad agosto per 1 notte. Dopo una lunghissima ricerca, trovare l'Aires Bacalar è stato un colpo di fortuna: tutto esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Staff meraviglioso fin dal check-in, con la ragazza alla reception che ci ha raccontato con passione tutto su Bacalar e i posti migliori per ammirare l'alba senza turisti. Parcheggio privato incluso. Camera grande, comoda e profumata, con divano e un delizioso terrazzino con amaca, arredata con gusto in stile messicano boho chic. Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Bagno pulitissimo, acqua e prodotti da bagno in omaggio, tappi per le orecchie, doccia grande e funzionante, wifi ottimo (raro in zona). Colazione inclusa fatta in casa, bio e genuina, con cucina a vista, servita in una sala panoramica immersa nel verde: opzioni metà alla carta metà fisse, molto abbondanti, con camerieri premurosissimi, disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Il nostro hotel preferito del viaggio, un'esperienza curata in ogni dettaglio. Estremamente consigliato!

L'unico vero rammarico è aver prenotato solo una notte! :(

Piscina e amaca, camera veramente molto curata.

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, toller Pool und tolle Dachterrasse mit Lagunenblick. Wir haben uns sehr über die Couch im Zimmer gefreut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat den Kontakt zu einem Taxiunternehmen hergestellt, über das wir zwei Ausflüge gemacht haben. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan noch um eine Nacht verlängert haben.

Balkon war nicht ordentlich geputzt und ziemlich sandig.

Geweldig personeel, geweldige ligging. Parkeren op 10 meter afstand op eigen terrein met hek. Een hotel met karakter. De wasservice was goed betaalbaar per zak.

I stayed in a private apartment with separate street entrance and balcony. It was spacious and well equipped and close to everything. The staff were friendly and everything was nice.

The furnishing was a little outdated

Lots of things starting with very short walk to the laggoon, all the personable and professional attention from Fernando, at the front desk. Very helpful, shared lots of information and recommendations to make our stay great. He is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay at Aires again when we return.

Desde la llegada fue una grata experiencia, el personal fue muy amable, la habitación era mas amplia de lo que esperaba, olía muy rico y la cama era muy cómoda, al 2o día, nos hicieron limpieza y cambio de toallas, en general todo estuvo perfecto

La piscina era poco più grande di una Jacuzzi, il bagno era pieno di formiche, i letti non erano particolarmente comodi, l'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e la colazione, per quanto buona, era monotona e le porzioni non particolarmente abbondanti (ci hanno fatto pagare il secondo piatto che abbiamo richiesto per mio figlio che aveva ancora fame). Trovo che per i servizi offerti (mancava la TV e non avevano una spiaggia privata) il prezzo richiesto da questo hotel 2 stelle è decisamente troppo alto. Ci hanno fuorviato le foto sul sito che presentano una struttura 2 stelle come un hotel da 4...

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal

Algunos insectos en la habitación, se entiende por lo arbolado de la zona, pero se puede prevenir y mejorar en ese aspecto.

Ubicación excelente, cerca del centro de Bacalar, restaurantes, farmacia etc. Hermosa vista de la Laguna desde el rooftop, bohemio y muy cómodo, alberca, muy buen desayuno incluído, el personal súper amable!

Se puede mejorar un poco más la limpieza y la ropa de cama un poco desgastada al igual que las toallas.

Siamo stati in piscina un’oretta e per quanto fosse vietato c’era una famiglia con due bambini che non facevano altro che tuffarsi e fare rumore. Non era certo colpa dell’hotel… ma magari una maggior sorveglianza alla piscina non sarebbe male

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, und das Zimmer war sauber. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel hervorzuheben.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der zweiten Reihe, daher ist die Aussicht leider sehr schlecht. Der Pool ist sehr klein, ungepflegt und zudem nicht sauber. Außerdem war es nachts sehr laut, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bar befindet.

De communicatie met het hotel en de aankomst waren perfect. Een ruime junior suite met goede faciliteiten. Personeel staat klaar met tips en hulp waar nodig. Relaxte sfeer, ook omdat het niet allemaal perfect is.

Als ik iets moet zeggen: De zware, leren meubels passen niet zo bij de groene, lichte sfeer van Bacalar. En handdoeken voor bij het zwembad zou fijn zijn als extra service.

No nos gustó que vimos el cartel de desayuno incluido con las habitaciones, y a nosotros booking nos pedia 15 euros por persona.

Lekker ontbijt bij Finisterre, aardig personeel. Ook bij het hotel. Goede locatie om Bacalar te verkennen. Prima kamer, fijne, grote bedden. Er wordt schoongemaakt als je daarom vraagt (kan elke dag). Lekker zwembad, niet al te groot.

De badkamer is wel erg klein, rook er soms een putlucht.

Vriendelijk personeel, gezellige kamer en goede locatie. De boottrip (had het hotel geregeld voor ons) is ook zeker een aanrader!!

Leuke lokatie met een fijne lokatie midden in het centrum.

Wij vonden het zwembad erg klein, het lijkt groot op de foto, maar de helft is heel ondiep, en is eigenlijk een peuterbadje. Dan wordt het al snel druk in het diepere gedeelte. De kamers waren ruim, maar niet echt gezellig ingericht en overal hingen briefjes met instructies wat je wel en vooral niet mocht doen. Ik denk dat er wel 10 briefjes hingen. Ik begrijp de hoge waarderingen ook niet, het was prima, maar om dit nu 9 ‘s te geven? Op andere lokaties hadden we vele mooiere accomodaties

De grote van ons appartement was geweldig apart zit gedeelte, heerlijk terras. Er was een keuken waar we in de ochtend prima zelf ontbijt konden maken. Lekker zwembad. En prima bij de buurman mr taco hebben gegeten.

Breakfast hours should open before 8:00am since there are several acrivities very early in the morning. There was a bad oddor going up the stairs.

The hotel was super cute in a great location. The breakfast was really good. The ladies that serve breakfast are so nice and accommodating, especially Yesica she really went above and beyond to take great care of my family and I and make our stay special.

Clean room, nice comfortable bed. Very central quiet location, Host was very helpful aswell. One of the only places in mexico where there were 0 water issues in the bathroom (sun powered, sustainable shower). Loved the locally made honey shampoo and chocolate shower gel. We didnt use the pool, but it looked well maintained.

Een van de hoogtepunten tijdens onze reis. Supermooi, comfortabel en gezellig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel, met name Mau en Javier verdienen een groot compliment! Heel behulpzaam, vriendelijk en deden echt hun uiterste best! We hadden geboekt inclusief ontbijt waarvoor je een ticket krijgt bij de receptie. Het ontbijt is in het naastgelegen restaurant en echt supergoed! Al met al een grote aanrader als je in het prachtige Bacalar bent!

Leuk kleinschalig opgezet Hotel in Bacalar. Prima voorzieningen, en goede kamers. Het personeel doet erg zijn best om je verblijf zo goed mogelijk te verzorgen! Groot parkeerterrein naast het Hotel met ruim voldoende plaatsen. De wandeling naar het centrum mag je geen eens een wandeling noemen, het ligt er zo goed als tegenaan.

El ambiente del hotel nos ha gustado mucho. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen encanto. El personal es muy agradable. Especial mención merece Javier que nos atendió de lujo.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la lagune, de la place et d'un resto bon et pas cher ( à l'angle). Mauricio était disponible et de bons conseils. Le logement réservé était grand et la petite cour était agréable ( par beau temps). La cuisine était bien équipée. La mise à disposition d'eau était appréciable.

Le logement était à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, près de la route, il faut donc prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles car on entend tout. Il fallait fermer les volets côté salle à manger quand on partait car la fenêtre ne fermait pas.

L'appartement de deux chambres est très grand, fonctionnel et impeccable. Tout était propre et on s'y sent comme à la maison. La terrasse est immense et j'y ai passé la plus grande partie de mon temps :). L'emplacement est excellent; il y a un parking qui nous est réservé à deux pas de la résidence. Un grand merci au personnel, qui a été très accueillant, disponible et présent lorsque nous en avions besoin. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. L'appartement est particulièrement adapté aux familles ou aux groupes, car il est vraiment spacieux. Le café est fourni en grande quantité, une attention très appréciée et l'eau aussi (ne pas oublier important).

Nous avons remarqué qu'il y avait pas mal de petites fourmis dans la cuisine durant notre séjour. Il n'y a pas non plus de lave-linge, ce qui peut être moins pratique pour un long séjour même s'il y a des laveries à proximité. Au final, il n'y a vraiment pas grand-chose à redire.

Das Zimmer ist ohne großen Aufwand, aber sehr harmonisch gestaltet. Schön der Blick in den Garten mit Pool und die Hängematte auf dem Balkon. Sowohl zur Lagune als auch zum Zócalo sind es jeweils nur einige Minuten zu Fuß, Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Beim Frühstück müssten wir warten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde, ansonsten war es aber sehr gut und das Personal überall sehr freundlich. Wir können es bei dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man auf den direkten, hoteleigenen Zugang zur Lagune verzichten kann.

Bardzo ładny i czysty pokój - wygodny materac. Obiekt oferuje uroczy basen, idealny do relaksu po jeziorze. Całe miejsce jest bardzo ładnie zaprojektowane i bardzo czyste. Obsługa przemiła. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania. Najlepsze śniadanie jakie jedliśmy w hotelu w Meksyku. Lokalizacja jest super, ponieważ wszędzie dostaniesz się na piechotę. Duży plus za dostępny prywatny parking. Jeżeli podróżujesz samochodem, to zostawiasz auto na parkingu i praktycznie nie musisz go używać. Najlepsze jedzenie w bliskiej odległości. Jezioro dosłownie obok. Bardzo polecam masaż! Wraz z mężem skorzystaliśmy z masażu dla par i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Było super!

Zmieniłabym jedynie poduszki do spania. Były mało wygodne.

Tres belle et grande chambre très bien décorée. Une belle terrasse avec un hamac. Les équipements (coffre fort, frigo) étaient très appréciables. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Le personnel très sympathique. C'est un hotel à découvrir. Un endroit très calme.

Avec les grosses pluies la piscine n'était pas très propre mais ce n'était pas de leur faute. Sinon rien tout était très bien et on reviendra volontier pour un prochain séjour.

La amabilidad de los jóvenes de recepción, en general el personal es atento y amable. La limpieza me dió confianza, el cuarto es muy bonito, la decoración de muy buen gusto. Nos hicieron una estancia muy agradable.
