Es excepcional. La ubicación increíble, puedes ir andando al pueblo y a las termas de Terra Nostra y Dona Beija. El jardín es precioso junto a un río que transmite paz y tranquilidad. El personal muy amable y la casa preciosa y muy limpia. Se agradece el detalle de bienvenida.

Me gustó absolutamente todo pero como sugerencia incluiría más mobiliario exterior cómodo para disfrutar más del jardín y el entorno.

El hotel son cuatro casitas independientes con una decoración funcional y en un entorno muy cuidado.

Die gute Seele des Hauses "Patricia" hat unseren schlechten Start komplett weg gemacht. Wir hatten leider vom Besitzer keine Info erhalten, dass an unserem Anreisetag sämtliche Zufahrtsstraßen bis abends gesperrt waren, weshalb wir erst nach 21 mit unserem Pkw angekommen sind. Patricia hat uns jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück zubereitet und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Man konnte das Zimmer nicht vollständig abdunkeln, aber das ist nur ein kleines Minus.

The property is set in lovely grounds with very nice views perfect for feeling close and in touch with nature. The layout of the pod was relaxing and well equipped. The shower was great and being able to sit outside near the little stream was so relaxing. What maybe our stay even bettet was the friendly and hard working Patricia. She was an amazing cook, making the breakfast herself, always happy to help and give tips and advice in any way she can and always with a smile

Aussergewöhnlich freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Wir blieben gleich für sechs Nächte. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der kleinen Ortschaft Furnas. Mitten im Grünen. Herrlicher Blick in den Garten und die grünen, bewaldeten Hügel. Super liebes Personal. Kleines, aber liebevolles, frisches Frühstück. Nur vier Häuschen, dadurch eine super ruhige und entspannte Grundstimmung. Kinder sind willkommen. Unsere liebten den Garten, den Fußball und das Häuschen. Es roch immer sehr gut, war einwandfrei sauber und rundum ein toller Ort.

Die Schlafcouch ist etwas hart und die Betten sehr weich.

The bikes are for free and it’s a great area for mountain biking. However, they seriously need some maintenance. Quite scary driving down the caldera with only one functioning brake!

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Dass man in Bungalows schläft, macht die Experience besonders und dass es nur 4 davon gibt, auch viel ruhiger und nicht überlaufen.

Furnas ist im Landesinneren gelegen, umgeben von viel Pflanzen/Wald, weshalb es sehr schnell feucht wird im Zimmer. Da kann die Unterkunft jetzt nichts dafür, aber das sollte man bedenken, da Dinge wie Handtücher oder Kleidung nicht schnell bzw. vielleicht nie zu 100 % trocken werden.

It was spacious and with garden. The breakfast was included but in fact you found few items (cheese, ham, eggs, fruits) in the fridge and had to prepare it yourself. There were some candles that we wanted you to light up but we couldn’t find a lighter in the house… the location was nice

Tout était parfait, plus que ce à quoi on s’attendait. Petit déjeuner très varié et hébergement très moderne. On a profité des vélos sur place ( très grande variété de vélos de montagne) pour aller se promener aux alentours. Vraiment extraordinaire. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.

Clean, cozy, own kitchen with everything you need. The territory is beautiful and clean.

This property is absolutely beautiful, with a running creek that you hear and lush landscape as you look out the front of your pod that is all windows! The pod itself is beautiful as well and so clean, with tiled floors, modern amenities and decor, a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove and sink. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh water and a snack! The only area that I would say could use a little upgrade would be the mattress. It definitely was ok and we slept well, but be we would have loved a little more cushion, as well as support. The staff was so friend and helpful. Patrice and Tatiana were so kind. The both spoke Portuguese and English and provided a delicious continental breakfast. The breakfast was more than we expected served between 8:30 and 10 am in the dining room with an expresso machine, cheeses, meats, pastries, breads, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fresh juices and eggs made to order. The property itself is gated, so you feel safe and secure as well as keeping it quiet. They also have bicycles that you are allowed to use at no additional cost. It definitely was a little piece of heaven and I'm we were so happy to spend 5 nights there at the end of our trip on São Miguel!

היה אור בחדר, אין איך להחשיך אותו אז מתעוררים מהאור בבוקר- למזלי היה כיסוי עיניים בתיק. אין פח אשפה בחדר חחחחחח חשבנו כשנכנסנו שהיין והנשנוש היה בשבילנו אבל מסתבר שיש מחירון על הכל! במזל לא פתחנו ואז היינו מחוייבים. בנוסף בן זוגי נפצע במהלך אחד המסלולים וביקשנו את העזרה של הבעלים בטלפון (יאמר שבשעה די מאוחרת) והם פשוט היו כזה ״יש קרח בפריזר״ ולא הציעו אף עזרה נוספת.

Worlds Nests far exceeded our expectations. The views, the sweet garden and babbling water, just exquisite. The staff was friendly, helpful and generous. The breakfast spread was tasty with great options. You could stay here much longer. They also have great bikes right onsite!

We really enjoyed the private and secluded location, which is still within easy walking distance to town. The room was huge, so dark and quiet. AC worked well. Breakfast room was lovely. We did not use the living room for sleeping, but a warning that it would be less comfortable to sleep there because the AC doesn't reach and the pull out sofa is a small trundle bed. Maybe ok for a child.

Patricia and her daughter were so helpfull and nice to us. The breakfast was perfect everything fresh and tasty. The mountainbikes was a big bonus during our stay.

The family room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The setting and yard are gorgeous! Walking distance to the town and Terra Nostra Garden and thermal pool. Nice breakfast.

The sofa bed mattress for my kids was "hard" but we only slept here one night, so it worked. There are no blackout curtains in addition to the thin curtains to block sunlight, so we woke up early - but we intended to wake early, so it was OK. The local rooster actually woke us up before our alarm went off, which was funny.

Very clean and comfortable in a very relaxing surrounding

I was looking for some respite and a place where I had easy access to hiking, the hot springs, and restaurants. I had a two day stay in Furnas before i headed home to the States. I arrived early and lucky for me one of the apartments was available. Not only that, they have me breakfast. The property is so beautifully laid out where you can hear the birds as you relax on one of outside chairs or in your room where an entire wall is made up of windows overlooking the hills. The apartment was pristine with kitchen, tablewares, wine, and refrigerator. I would have stayed longer but this was the tail end of my trip. They had electric bicycles onsite. The town was an easy 10 minute walk and a 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in the world: Parque Terra Nostra. The owner, his family and his staff, Patricia are very welcoming. I highly recommend their place for solo travelers and families.

We loved the size and the quality of this peaceful accomodation, the kindness and the great hospitality, the delicious breakfast ! well everything was perfect !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet peaceful setting. Apartments are modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and though it started a little late for us (8:30) it offered a good variety. Each apartment has a quiet outside seating area where you can watch the birds, bats and listen to the stream that passes behind the apartments. We sat out there most nights after strenuous hikes, enjoying the local wine and cheese you can get at nearby stores. We found everything (restaurants, bakery, stores, the botanical garden, laundry facilities) within walking distance but we like to walk. Just need to be careful on the narrow streets where cars drive way too fast and the side walks are small. Patricia always checked on us in the mornings at breakfast to make sure everything was ok but in the evenings no one is around and you would need to call someone if you needed something. Bikes are available for use which we normally would take advantage of but the roads and fast cars were at bit too sketchy.

It was very quite. You can easily park and the staff makes a nice breakfast!

What a cute little house was this! You have everything you need in this little accommodation, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a nice bedroom. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was really good one of the best we had on the island. Location was great too, we could go by foot to the center of Furnas.

The place is amazing. Quite and nicely located close to the few bars and restaurants available in Furnas. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're looking for a place with great hospitality

The pod was beautiful and the location is spectacular. Really lovely bird noises and lush vegetation everywhere. Very easy to walk to town. Also great breakfast!

Strange that the hotel staff per se was not present - so we couldn't ask for any local tips in person as everything was over message. Breakfast staff was delightful though!

Very nice pods with a nice view of the garden. The bed was very comfortable and there were towels that we could use for the thermal baths. Breakfast is excellent and parking spots are available on the property. The internet was very fast and reliable.

Very clean and spacious place. Patricia and a new lady were very kind, they cleaned the place daily and did the breakfast. Furnas is an ideal town to stay, with lots of choices for restaurants and some gorgeous hikes in the area.

We had no idea breakfast was included, so we missed it the first days. Patricia left us a very kind note about it and we enjoyed it the rest of the week. Make sure you check out if breakfast is included before your stay.

The quiet, and the privacy.

I was a bit afraid because of some negative ratings I saw on Google but comes out this was the most amazing accomodation I booked on the island and I've been staying in several ones in different towns. I repeat AMAZING is the only word that can describe this place. The houses are so beautiful from the outside and inside. You are so close to the city center but still so isolated and surrounded with nature. The kitchen is so well equipped that I got surprised (usually there is always something missing, but not here). The view was so lovely, the garden is nice, the sound of the creek can be heard inside too, the house was warm and clean. If I would have found these houses earlier I would have stayed here the whole vacation. Definitely recommending and definitely will come back here!

Oh boy! This was such an amazing place to stay. The room is more like a little house and you have everything you can hope for. The site is a 5 min walk to town but you feel like you’re in the middle of the forest. The staff is VERY nice and super helpful. We ADORED our stay

Wow the perfect little nest near everything! Patricia welcome us with her beautiful smile, she took the time to show us around and gave us a surprise for Valentine’s day. Comfy bed, beautiful view on the garden, thanks to the huge windows. We slept super well and had a great time. If we come back in Furnas we will not hesitate to book again!
