Breakfast was amazing, good choice. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well . We had a room at the back looking over the garden and golf course. The owner and her husband and son were very friendly. Good selection of teas, coffee and chocolate in the room.

Lovely friendly check in - it’s In a great location to walk to the beach and the town in just over 5 mins - it’s a very quiet area, we managed to get a parking spot opposite the B&B - our room was a bit on the small side but clean and well equipped with lovely tea tray - the breakfast was on a pre-order basis there was plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was delicious, lovely scrambled egg!

We found the en suite bathroom very small would stay in a bigger room next time We stayed with friend’s and we were looking forward to enjoying a drink or two in the Garden Bar during our 3 night stay but it was closed, unfortunately we didn’t see it open at all during our stay which was a shame as it’s a really lovely addition to have

Great location, 5 mins from the station and steam train, high street and 10 mins to the beach. Accommodation was lovely and quiet, large room and great facilities. Great breakfast and enjoyable stay.

Pillow protectors where stained fortunately we had brought are own pillows.A small folding airer would be useful for bathroom towels .The view from the bedroom window room 4 could be improved upon with a good tidy up.

Very good location. Sammy is very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with John in the bar in the garden. Lots of personal touches in the decor. Breakfast good. Lots of useful tips in the room guide re eating out etc. Enjoyed our Nepalese meal at The Bank

It was in a good location with easy parking. It had a good sized single room. It allowed bookings of less than 3 nights. It was lovely to meet other guests at the bar in the evening and not feel out of place for being there by myself

John and Sam were great hosts! The location of the B&B is quiet and very close to the sea. We had a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was also great.

Personally I would have preferred harder. crisper towels, Towels were a tad on the soft side for my liking.

Brilliant location, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and sea front, but very peaceful and quiet. Fantastic breakfast in morning and comfortable clean rooms. Had been slightly worried about there being no off street parking but had no problems at all parking close by.

Very warm but it’s a heatwave

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, aswell as helpful. Ideal location for exploring with lovely local restaurants and shops. The guest house offered a number of delicious breakfast options, and was clean and tidy. No problem with parking. Will definitely return.

I received a lovely welcome and the owners were very knowledgeable on the area. House was lovely and warm as I arrived through a storm and took hours of travelling. Room very clean and everything you need, breakfast was good also.

The team of people were friendly and very welcoming. The location of the guest house was spot on - being close to the main centre of Sheringham and the beach. The view from the room that I was staying in was very good too.

What a lovely B&B and run by such lovely people. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left. If we stay in Sheringham again, we would go back to them. Breakfasts were fantastic. Thank you Sammy and John.

The location in Sheringham was excellent and on street parking was no problem. The twin beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were booked to stay from 23rd October until 27th which turned out to be the weekend that storm Benjamin arrived.

Our problem was that room number 5 was never really warm and the radiator kept going on and then off again. Thursday and Friday night weren't too bad once we got to sleep but the Saturday night was extremely cold and we woke two or three times in the night and ended up sleeping in our clothes. The radiator was off during the night. We decided in the morning that we couldn't bear the thought of another freezing night and would have to leave and go home. We spoke to the hostess after breakfast and she said that she would ask her husband to look at it and see what he could do. We weren't offered a heater or electric blankets or any other solution. When we asked if we could be refunded for the two nights and two breakfasts she said that she couldn't say as it was up to Booking.com because we had booked through them. In addition to the temperature in the room, the ensuite was tiny and had no heating at all so the towels were damp and had no opportunity to dry. There was a ventilation vent behind the toilet which allowed outside air to blow in.

Two slight dislikes, the shower was full of limescale so it was hard for the water to come out. Also while there was a radiator it kept going on and off which made the room quite cold at times.

Room a little small for cost

Nothing, we did not get past the hallway because they double booked and left us with nowhere to stay. Worst experience I have ever had with a B&B or Hotel. Rude and unprofessional

This B&B double booked the room that we were supposed to stay in and wouldn't solve the problem. I phoned the property before booking to make sure that they could accommodate wheelchairs and to book a first floor room and phoned again after booking to confirm. When we arrived the husband who answered the door to was not expecting us and didn't know what to do, he called his wife who was out shopping and arrived half an hour later only to be incredibly rude to us and refused to let us stay saying that the room we had reserved was already occupied and they didn't do one night stays only weekly, so I think they possibly got a better offer. She even tried to tell us we had not booked even though I showed her the confirmation, she just made excuses. I had my 83 year old mother with me in a wheel chair who was very tired after a long day out. We had nowhere to stay and we had travelled by train so was far away from home with no way of getting home easily. I tried explaining this to the woman, but she wasn't interested and was very rude to us, she just wanted us gone, her husband looked very embarrassed at the way she was speaking to us. A refund, was refused, we left at that point and tried to find other accommodation but everything was booked because of the event that was going on that weekend. It was a struggle to get home and cost us extra money to travel home which wasn't until well after midnight. My mother was very distressed, I couldn't believe what had happened and was made even worse because they turned away a very elderly disabled lady who was obviously very upset at what they had done - Shame on them. When we got home I contacted Booking.com who agreed with us that we had been treated very badly and issued a full refund. I also took the time to look at some of their past reviews, many were good, but a few were not and the woman was very rude when replying to some of them which is very unprofessional.

Within walking distance to the sea front and town. Was able to park just outside. Breakfast was nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nicely decorated.

The room we had was right at the top, no view out of the window. The room was very warm. Could have done with a fan. But not much room for one I suppose.

I liked the fresh, bright seaside theme, especially the Dining room. The bedroom was spotless as was the en-suite. Plenty of room . It’s in a very peaceful location , a short walk from the town . The garden bar is a little gem.

Sam and John have a beautiful home which they share with their guests they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice is excellent and John is doing an amazing job creating the bar in the garden even got an oven for pizzas. However it is a work in progress but he knows what he is doing so we will have to go back to see what amazing things he does.
