The room is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and very comfortable

The hotel is easy to find. The property is clean.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi’s boiler was broken and we could not use the Jacuzzi.

A huge amount of noise; the walls were too thin, so we could hear people—who were also making noise—in the neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Not impressed by the breakfast;

Staff was very accommodating and helped me recover a lost item from my visit during the prior week.

The blackout curtains are unable to close. The sun lights up the room VERY early. I'm at a hotel and think that I should be able to sleep in, rather than be awaken by the sun.

Check in was very nice and they even had my room ready a bit early. The staff recognized my tier status. My room was decent and the view was as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was great. The bathroom was good and the adjustable shower head was nice after both days of Warped Tour. The pool and hot tub was nice. The pool was warm but not overly so, it also seems to be in good condition. The hot tub was working but under maintenance, so it was only warm (probably about 95F) and the bubbles weren’t working. Breakfast was varied and delicious (for the level of the hotel). The only issue I had was that I was unable to get a late check out, which was annoying but not a deal breaker. The selection of food near the hotel was nice. Though the lack of mass transit (which the hotel has no control over) was not pleasant, but I knew that would be an issue when I booked. Overall I would totally stay here again, especially for Warped Tour next year.

Hours of breakfast were limited during the week. Got down there at 855 and it was already closed. Maybe keep open until 10. Our room had graffiti on the bathroom wall (appears to have been partially removed) and the toilet paper roll was broken .

I’ve rented twice this month and each time the jaccui was broken. Small disappointment but over we enjoyed our stay. Hope repairs are soon. See you soon

There were many posts stating that there was breakfast included, we were a little disappointed to find out otherwise. Definitely need more parking.

So I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are nice and quiet. The issue I have is with service. What airport hotel does not serve breakfast until 7;00am? Other Hampton Inns provide grab-n-go bags for their guests. The workout room was nice but half of the Nautilus machines were broken. Plus they piped in music and had 2 TVs blaring the Disney Channel with no way for guests to turn them off or change the channel. The pools looked nice but were over-crowded. The fridge only works for 2 hours.

Close to airport

Staff was not great. On check in, the front desk clerk offered free water to the person before me but did not offer it to me even though I’m an Honors member. When we asked for a shuttle ride to the airport upon check-out, they made us wait 15 min before leaving even though there were two people manning the front desk. We thought maybe they were waiting for another group to ride with us, but when it was time to leave, it was just our family.

Es begann mit dem Einchecken. Ich musste lange Warten, weil der Mitarbeiter in aller Ruhe (20 Min) mit dem Gast vor mir ein Spezialproblem lösen musste, ohne mich zu beachten. Aber am Ende beim Auschecken kam es noch dicker: Ich habe mich darauf verlassen, dass der bei Booking.com ausgewiesene Preis auch berechnet wird und nur die Zimmerkarte abgegeben. Allerdings hat das Hotel noch eine Steuer über ca 50$ erhoben, die nicht vereinbart war. Meine Reklamation wurde abgewiesen. Also kann ich nicht empfehlen, ohne Einblick in die Endabrechnung auszuchecken.

The customer service was very good. Everyone was very nice and greeted us when they saw us. The breakfast was good but it could of been better. The room was a nice size and clean.

I requested a handicap room and it didn't feel like one. The bench above the tube is actually very dangerous and not connected to the wall properly. When the bench extends from the wall it comes down as at a slant. When it gets wet it was very easy to slide off bench onto the floor. Luckily I was able to grab onto the bar before that happened. Please check on this. I would hate to see anyone hurt.

Check in staff seems rushed at times and changes often, you ask something and an hour later there is someone else again.

plenty of places to eat, breakfast was decent, we always stay here the night before we go on a cruise. my wife had to be taken to the er and ended up spending 3 days at the hospital. so i ended up spending 3 nights at the hotel. all the girls at the front desk were all very helpful and understanding. this was aprox. the 12'th time we have stayed here before a cruise.

new tv system is really screwy and hard to figure out.

The $75 incidentals as well as the $20 per day for parking. I felt the incidentals was a little too high and I’m not sure why Hampton Inn charges for parking for its own customers when we already paid for the room.

breakfast food was great but would like to suggest if they can add hard boiled eggs and bacon as well. The hallways were well lit which is very nice as safer to walk.

apt 211 has water pipe leaking under the bathroom sink.

The room felt small and cramped. The bed was horrible!! I did not sleep well at all!! They should have spent more on quality mattresses. I do not recommend.

Nice clean, quiet property and proximity to several restaurants was a plus. Thought the price was very high though and paid extra for early check in for a room that was available where no expedited cleaning was required. Lack of bell staff made it difficult for two travelers trying to manage mobility scooters and luggage including getting it loaded on the airport shuttle without assistance
