Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Breakfast was very good, although The first morning they did not understand my request for a Gluten Free meal. The second morning went better and the breakfast was excellent. LLoved the jackets in the rooms (the PJs were too small for us though)
the room seemed large but it was set up in a funny configuration which made using our 2 suitcases a little difficult.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The hotel is stylish and the bed is comfortable. Dinner is delicious especially the paella and curry in the breakfast menu. The generous offer of drinks and snacks in the afternoon and evening is impressive.
Would be good if there is fruit and yoghurt on the breakfast table. For the room, I find it not dark enough for sleep as the street light and sunlight can come through the blinds.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026離車站很近,住宿樓層的設計比較偏暗色,房間內的空間是麻雀雖小五臟俱全,我們訂了附早晚餐的房型,真的很好吃.份量也夠.樓層Lobby有浴鹽調理台,住客可以自己調配喜歡的香味的浴鹽,這是我之前在日本住宿沒有遇過的.提供的卸妝油很好用,家人很喜歡.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The half board meals arrangements (breakfast / dinner) is a plus point. The hotel location is also strategic. Located in the center between the karuizawa station and old karuizawa, which is only 10 minutes by walking.
Very limited pillow selection. Didn’t really rest west with the pillow provided by the hotel. No shuttle services provided to attractions nearby.

駅から遠くコンビニがない。隣の部屋が夜とてもうるさいのとエレベーター近くの部屋で人通りが多くエレベーターの音も聞こえストレスだったがホテルの方がすぐに対処してくださり、次の日は違う部屋にかえてくださった。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Great location, restaurant had good food, and there’s free coffee and tea plus free snacks and drinks every night from 2130H onwards. Property is also clean and they loaned free umbrellas which was extremely useful when we visited. Also had free parking which was a big plus.
It was very dim, toilet had bad ventilation and bed was too soft so it can be hard on your back. Don’t bring too big a luggage if not there’s no space in the room.

強いて言えばバスソルトバーよりかはヘアミルクやヘアオイル、スキンケア系などケアの何かのほうが嬉しいかもしれないです！ バスソルトも素敵ではありました！！

オシャレなビジネスホテルといった感じで、部屋がとにかく狭かったです。 貸出グッズの豊富さが売りのようでしたが、希望したものがすでに貸出中で借りられませんでした。 21時から始まるアルコールの無料提供は、お酒を飲む場所が無くて、テーブルも無い狭いお部屋で飲むしかなく残念でした。
