Reviewed Sep 14, 2026朝食は部屋に運んでくれるのでゆっくり食べられて良いが、メニューのバラエティが少なく量も多くはない。ドリンクについてはラウンジでコーヒーとソフトドリンクが提供されるので、部屋へ持って行って飲めた。 駅から徒歩５分くらいでロケーションが良かった。バスタブが大きく綺麗だった

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026廁所跟浴室分離 走路就可以到對面的全家 也走路有只要6分鐘就到outlet 很方便也離車站沒有很遠 還可以租腳踏車一整天 價格也很划算😵😏 然後還有親自做地圖來讓我們參考路線非常用心 交誼廳也很不錯🥰👌有很多好喝的 位置也很不錯 有YouTube也很棒

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026욕실이 넓고 화장실과 분리되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다 위치도 가루이자와역에서 가깝고 바로 앞에 로손과 패밀리마트가 있어서 아주 편리했습니다 조식을 바구니에 담아서 가져다주는데 아주 좋았습니다 무엇보다 직원분들 친절함이 최고입니다

分かって予約しているのですが、やはり大浴場がないと一日の疲れが取れない感じがします。 あと、スタッフの方の対応がちょっと無機質に感じられました。

Reviewed Jul 20, 20263人で宿泊しました。 お部屋が広々として良かったです。 軽井沢駅からも近く、チェックイン時間まで荷物を預かってもらってから色々観光できたのでとても楽でした。 ドリンクサービスの場所に本がたくさんあってとても寛げました。 朝食のバスケットでのルームサービスでとてもワクワクしたし、とても美味しかったです。
あえて良くなった点をあげるとすれば、テーブルが小さく低かったので、朝ごはんが少し食べずらかったかな。

Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre avec un panier, toutes les chambres ne se prêtent pas à manger de façon confortable. L’hôtel ne semble pas avoir une cuisine sur place et donc il faut choisir à l’avance ce qu’on veut manger et malheureusement le choix est limité et le plat principal du déjeuner est fort salé et pas très bon.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026This was the first hotel on our trip around Japan, and it immediately made a great impression on us. The room was quite spacious and featured a very well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast baskets delivered to the room were delicious, especially the hot soups, which changed every day. The location was also excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the train station, with a convenience store right across the street. We would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026距離車站走路約五分鐘距離算近，房間很大，兩張雙人床，但是地板的空位稍小，行李不夠放；隔音效果好，外面在下雨幾乎沒有聽到雨聲，睡覺時非常安靜。然後有兩個時段可到特定區域免費喝飲料吃小點心，滿貼心的服務。
浴室很大很整潔，該有的都有，吹風機也很好吹，只是幾乎沒有置物架可以讓我掛東西，唯一能掛的只有隔間浴室外的把手(短短的)，覺得很不方便；然後入住時才告之2026/06/01起有住宿稅，會希望提前跟要入住的房客告知。

Reviewed May 16, 2026The hotel is about less than 5 minute walk from Karuizawa Station. There is a Family Mart in front of the hotel. Room is bigger than I expected. Bathroom is clean and updated. Staff friendly and accommodating. I left my luggage early at the front desk to start exploring and when I came back to get my keys, front desk stated my luggage is in my room. Talk about above and beyond.
No coin operated laundry in the hotel. A/C is centrally controlled. If the AC is not cold enough, I was told to open the window. The issue about opening the window was the noise on the street. My room was facing the main street so at night it was difficult to sleep.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026This hotel is an easy walk from the train station. It is clean, has excellent amenities, a great lounge are and very friendly staff. We hired bikes at a really reasonable price for a day which was a fantastic way to see the area. They have excellent recommendations for restaurants and are right across the road from a Family Mart. Would stay in this place again. Oh, and the toilet was best we used in Japan - and that's saying something! :)

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026入口入った時に良い香りがした。今まで本がたくさんあるホテルは見たことがなくお洒落だった。2Fの暖炉があり、すごくお洒落だった。2重窓なのですごく静かでホカンスできました。
ベッドが一部屋にシングル×2だったので彼女と一緒に寝れるダブルがあったら良かったです。風呂場の天井にカビがあったのでそれが気になりました。テレビでネトフリが見れなかったので少し残念でしたがYouTubeがあったので良かったです。

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Fantastic location - just a few minutes walk away from the train station and from Prince Shopping Plaza. It was also a pleasant stroll to the Old Karuizawa Ginza Street. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything I needed was provided.
