Our stay at Raffles was an exceptional experience. Not only were the room and facilities outstanding, but the staff’s warm hospitality and prompt service made our stay truly memorable. The food was also delicious, and this is definitely a hotel we would love to return to.

The housekeeper is very considerate and has good 24-hour service. The villa is clean and beautiful. When a better room was available the next day, it was upgraded for us.

We had the most wonderful experience in Raffles Bali. Everything from the welcome, to the room, to the food to the service was fantastic. Special shout out to Chris for making the trip so seamless and special. If you’re looking for a place to completely unwind and shut off from the world, this has to be on your list of choices.

We have stayed at many of the world's finest luxury resorts, including Aman, Bulgari, Ritz-Carlton and Mandapa, but Raffles Bali delivered one of the most memorable hospitality experiences we have ever had. Before arriving, I expected a beautiful resort with good service. What I did not expect was service that would completely redefine my expectations. The villa itself was elegant and peaceful, but what truly makes Raffles Bali special is its people. The butler team managed everything through a shared WhatsApp group with remarkable efficiency. Every request was answered almost immediately, nothing was ever forgotten, and every interaction felt warm and genuinely caring rather than scripted. We were also fortunate to be upgraded from a Panoramic One-Bedroom Pool Villa to the Hilltop Pool Villa, which made our stay even more unforgettable. The biggest surprise came on our departure day. The airport transfer was already excellent, but the team also arranged airport assistance that escorted us through check-in and luggage procedures. We thought the service ended after security, but to our surprise, someone was waiting for us again inside the terminal to make sure everything was perfect before saying goodbye. It was a small detail, but it perfectly represented the philosophy of this resort. During our six-night stay, every detail was handled with extraordinary care. Housekeeping, personalized gifts, welcome champagne, thoughtful surprises, and the genuine kindness of every staff member created an experience that felt truly personal. Luxury hotels are often judged by their buildings, villas, or facilities. Raffles Bali reminded us that true luxury is ultimately about people. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Bali as a family of 4. The villas were very comfortable and we could always retreat to rest and relax. The in-villa pool was amazing. The breakfast was top notch, the staff and very kind and friendly, and always encouraging us to try more tasty items on the menu. They are all excellent at taking care of us, and giving us advice on activities throughout the day, even small gifts on the day of our departure. We were very lucky to have been part of a turtle release activity during our stay, that was very special. The restaurant and pool by the seaside is amazing, a great place to relax, go for a swim, and have a delicious meal. Our big thanks to all the staff, always looking out for us and offering us buggy rides to shield us from the sun. The airport drop-off service was also very helpful, as we had a guide help us navigate the check-in, security and immigration procedure and get us to our gate. Really enjoyed our stay at Raffles with our family, we got a chance to really relax together on this vacation. Highly recommend Raffles Bali to everyone!

From the moment we arrived, you can tell that the hotel puts a great deal of thought into every little detail, making the entire stay feel warm and effortless. The staff were genuinely friendly, and our villa butler was attentive, always making sure everything was taken care of and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations and were absolutely outstanding. Raffles Bali is really a tranquil haven, set away from the hussle and bustle of this beautiful island. Our villa, overlooking the sea was spacious and well set. Waking up in the morning and walking out of the room into the open, seeing the day come to live is very special. The entire resort is spotless and the gardens and grounds are beautifully appointed. Spa and Fitness are excellent and so are restaurants and bars. The best of course is the team of the hotel, lead by the butlers who truly made our stay perfect. One experience I will not forget was to set freshly hatched baby turtles to live and into the sea. This was a rare, maybe once in a lifetime opportunity that was extremely touching and emotional. Thank you for a perfect stay!

It has been an amazing experience. The overall location is terrific, overlooking the ocean views and beautiful lush trees. The vegetation surrounds the amazing villas with the assistance from staff by transporting you to places with a buggy. Rumari has been a wonderful restaurant, with excellent meals for my family. It offers kids menu’s, beautiful main courses and excellent deserts. You are able to relax in a noise free environment and enjoy your time spent within your room. The area is completely clean , and the hotel has great value for what it’s worth.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes to Beach Jimbaran. We had stayed for 3 nights, it’s not necessary for us to go out for other entertainment since the facilities in the resort are already good enough to wile away the time. The butler service is excellent that they are very detail-minded. Our butler, Sila, remembered all the things we said, like where we want to have a romantic dinner, he immediately proposed one the best restaurant on the Beach Jimbaran, and he helped us to make a booking as well as arrange the travel for us. We are much appreciated that he is such a thoughtful person. In addition, this is my girlfriend’s birthday trip which i have mentioned to the resort, all the staff will recognise us and they will know it’s my girlfriend’s birthday. They keep giving surprises to her and saying happy birthday to her, made her feel like she is the center of the world on that day. And I am so glad to see that, I would like to say thank you to all the staffs in the resort. Besides the services, the facilities and the room are excellent. We lived in an ocean view villa with one bedroom, it’s a huge villa that approximately 5,000 square feet with a garden and a private swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower connected to the bathroom so that we no need to make the dining room wet which is one of the entrances of the swimming pool. We had spent a whole afternoon in our garden and swimming pool to chill and relax. And the resort lavishly provided us a 60 minutes spa for both of us, and an afternoon tea set for us during our stay. I have so much to say, but I’m honestly speechless. You all just need to experience it for yourself.

​Visited as an Accor Platinum. To be completely honest, I had my doubts at first. Considering the steep price tag, I couldn’t help but wonder, "Will it really deliver that level of satisfaction?" Spoiler alert: That worry was a complete waste of time. 😅 ​The awe started right from the airport pickup and lasted all the way to our final drop-off. A chauffeur greeted us in a private BMW, perfectly prepped with snacks and drinks inside. ​The room was flawlessly crisp and cozy. Lounging by the ocean-view pool, listening to the birds chirping right in front of us... it was the ultimate recharge for a tired mind and body. 🌴 ​And the breakfast? So dangerously good that you'll want to keep eating even when you're about to burst. The staff's hospitality was incredibly professional and seamless—every single moment felt genuinely touching. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my personal butlers, Jerikho and Indri, for their exceptional care. ​Here’s the best part: When we checked in, my wife drew the line saying, "This is just a one-time experience." Exactly 24 hours later? "We need to come back here at least once a year." 🤣 ​Even post-checkout, they provided a courtesy guest room so we could rest comfortably right up until our flight. The departure was flawlessly orchestrated too—another BMW transfer to the airport, topped off with a VIP escort and fast-track immigration. ✈️ ​Raffles Bali isn’t just about the stay; the journey there and the journey back are part of the masterpiece. Just writing this makes me want to teleport back right now.

We had such a beautiful stay at Raffles Bali, and everything truly exceeded our expectations. The villa was stunning, private, and perfect for couples. We felt relaxed, safe, and well taken care of throughout our stay. We especially loved the massage, the complimentary photo session, the private beach and the amazing food. The lobster at Loloan Restaurant was unforgettable, and the staff at Rumari were so attentive and kind enough to help take photos of us while we dined. Stayed at Raffles Bali expecting privacy, tranquility and highly personalized service. Unfortunately, our experience was very different. What we liked: * Rumari was excellent and became one of the highlights of our stay. * Beautiful villas and grounds. What went wrong: * Wedding events directly in front of our villa on two consecutive evenings, without prior notice before arrival/check-in. * Daytime construction noise affecting the resort atmosphere. * Weak service consistency at Loloan (wine and coffee never arrived; after waiting around 20 minutes we had to leave). * Housekeeping delays on the first day. * Small gym with outdated equipment for a property of this level. * Snake encounter on resort pathways causing significant distress. * Health concerns during the stay and no flexibility regarding late check-out despite the situation and Accor Diamond loyalty status. None of these points alone would necessarily define a stay. Together, however, they created a pattern of poor communication, lack of proactivity and service falling short of expectations for a luxury resort. Expected much more from the Raffles brand.

Great experience celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we booked until departure, every detail felt thoughtfully curated and genuinely luxurious. The panoramic villa offered incredible views and the perfect balance of privacy and relaxation. If you’re looking for a more secluded experience away from the crowds, this is truly a special place to unwind and reconnect. Dining throughout the stay was exceptional. The 5-course dinner at Rumari was spectacular with beautifully presented dishes, attentive service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Lunch at Loloan was equally memorable with amazing views and fresh, flavorful food. A special thank you to our butler, Seva, who was always available, kind, and incredibly helpful with scheduling activities and recommendations. The staff overall were warm, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to make the stay seamless. We also loved the little touches throughout the experience, especially the nightly turndown service with tea and treats waiting for us each evening. And definitely try the stingless bee honey from the garden, such a unique and delicious touch. We can’t say enough great things about this property and highly recommend it for couples celebrating a special occasion or anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and highly personalized Bali experience

The team at Raffles Bali went above and beyond to make our experience the best. I have never been so thoroughly attended to and considered. Our concierge/butler Sila was incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and kind. Everything about the resort was amazing from the food to the landscape to the spa. I could not recommend Raffles Bali enough.

We stayed at the Hilltop pool villa (one bedroom). The view from the room was straight out of a postcard! The villa design is brilliant. Sitting atop a small hill, the bedroom directly faces the panoramic view of the Jimbaran Bay, and as a bonus, the runway of the Bali airport. The overall view, which includes waves of Jimbaran Bay, the forest surrounding the villas, and the landing/ taking off jets, is simply unbelievable. My photo does NOT do justice. Just to be clear, the airport is just far enough for the sound of the planes to not be an issue while still offering amazing views of the planes. Both restaurants, Rumari and Loloan, have great food and great views. Lastly, the service of Raffles is unmatched. We were picked up right as we came out of the aerobridge after we landed in Bali. By the time we finished immigration, Raffles already arranged for our luggages to be collected from the belt. The dedicated butler service makes the stay extremely smooth (you can just WhatsApp your butler for anything). The staff, all across, is pleasant and always going the extra mile to help you out! The property is huge but only has 32 villas. That means the villas feel quite secluded (which is a plus for privacy and immersion). Few things to note: - There is still an ongoing construction nearby. But for our villa at least, neither noise nor privacy was an issue. - The breakfast is served at Rumari, which at night, doubles as a fine dining restaurant. There’s a dress code for the dinner (smart casual), none for breakfast. The breakfast is NOT a traditional buffet but is served from a menu. That said, if anything, I found the breakfast just as elaborate as most buffets, and frankly an overall better experience as the wait staff will bring everything for you and will also make recommendations. You can just sit and enjoy the views without having to go around and pick up food. - The beach, although private, is not swimmable. It’s rocky. But get a few towels, and your hats (that Raffles will provide in the villa), you can have a picnic!

Our stay at Raffles Bali was amazing from start to finish. Our check in was seamless, and the property was stunning, secluded, and perfect for relaxation. The villa was spacious, with beautiful traditional Balinese touches and decor, and a beautiful private pool with lounge chairs and cabana to sit in. The room had high end amenities and a fully stocked minibar snacks and non alcoholic drinks included and replenished daily. The highlight though was the service. Every staff member learned our names and preferences, and the entire staff went above and beyond to fulfill any request. Our butler Krishna was fantastic, and took care of any concern and even looked up places off property to help us find salons. Rina at Rumari’s breakfast always remembered our tea order, suggested dishes for us and brought new things she loved for us to try. These thoughtful gestures really made a difference and truly made this the best service we’ve received at any hotel. Even upon checkout, we were given a private car transfer with snacks and waters, as well as personally escorted through the airport through checkout and security all the way to the gate. Highlights food wise were dinner at Rumari, with personalized gifts and touches for our celebration, the seafood platter at Loloan, and afternoon tea at Writer’s Bar. Turndown service was always a pleasure with nice treats and teas/drinks. Our birthday and anniversary we celebrated was recognized with cake and chocolate bonbons. We also had a complimentary photo session with the onsite photographer, and ended up purchasing more photos than the included complimentary print as we loved many of the shots. I could go on and on about this resort, but I will just say that after staying at many amazing high end properties around the world, this may be my favorite stay of them all. We cannot wait to return!

We went to Raffels for honeymoon, my husband wanted to come here but i wasn't sure if we should come or not only because of the prices but once I experienced the vila and service provided, I was absolutely amazed by its view and their kindness. Also the food was so good. The weather was rly hot but still was able to enjoy every single moment because this place is so beautiful. The private pool made us able to enjoy our own time there. We had an amazing stay at Raffles Bali, where we celebrated our pre-anniversary and my birthday. From the start, everything felt really special. We were picked up in a BMW X7, and upon arrival, warmly welcomed by our butler Aditya and the management team. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that made us feel right at home. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the Hilltop Villa, which completely elevated our stay. The villa was beautifully designed—stylish, luxurious, and very well maintained. The private pool and garden were spotless, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. It was peaceful, private, and super relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, the room was decorated with flowers, which made it feel even more romantic and memorable. The complimentary minibar was generous with high-quality options, and the welcome amenities were a nice touch. We also really loved the complimentary beach bag and hat—they looked great and made perfect keepsakes from the trip. One of the biggest highlights was our anniversary dinner at the Secret Cave. It was such a unique and intimate experience. Ratih from Rumari took great care of us—she was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the evening. Each course was beautifully presented and very creative, using ingredients like onion, carrot, beetroot, potato, and ginger in a really interesting way. Everything tasted amazing. We had breakfast at Rumari every day, and it was consistently excellent. The à la carte menu had plenty of great options, and every dish was delicious and nicely presented—honestly better than a lot of restaurants outside. Special thanks to Ikhsan, Imelda, and Widya for always being so friendly and attentive. The spa was another highlight—one of the best we’ve experienced. It was relaxing, private, and very well maintained. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was also beautiful, and the whole resort, including the gardens and private beach, was kept in great condition. We also liked that Rumari supports local farmers with their 80/20 philosophy, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience. It was great to see Chef Gaetan coming out to greet guests and introduce the dishes—it really shows the passion of the team. We also dined at Loloan Beach Bar & Grill and had a great time there. The pizza, lobster spaghetti, and grilled calamari were all really good, and the beachfront setting during sunset was beautiful. It did get a bit hot and there were some flies, but the staff handled it well. We picked up a few souvenirs as well—their branded water bottles look really nice and are great to bring home. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. The team helped with our luggage and late check-out, and we were transferred to the airport in a BMW iX. What really impressed us was that they even assisted us through airport check-in and escorted us to the gate. Overall, the whole stay felt like a peaceful escape. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, and the butler team handled everything quickly and smoothly. As an Accor member, we felt genuinely valued and well looked after.

We came to stay here for our honeymoon and it was stunning! The villa was beautiful and clean. Our butlers Endah and Chris really made sure we were so looked after. We had an amazing couples massage at the sanctuary and the view and experience were like you were floating in the clouds. The food was also out of this world and all the waiting staff went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying the food and immersed you in the Balinese culture. Even when we left, we were taken care of by the lovely driver and in the airport too. The only bad thing was having to say goodbye to the whole team. Really hope to come back one day!

The staff are 100% authentic and happy and really do care about their guests in a way that is very understated yet done with amazing attention to detail. Secluded romantic retreat during our honeymoon, the perfect choice. Outstanding views, rooms, infinity pool, service. We would fly from the US to Bali any day of the week for this experience.

My wife and I stayed for five days in Villa 24 this October at Raffles Bali, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The villa itself is spectacular – spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately maintained. The linens, bedding, and amenities are truly top tier. I've tried many villa resorts in Bali for years, and Raffles is one of the best in almost every aspects, from pickup/drop off to resort facilities, services, dinning quality, Spa, and the view. Of course it all come with a price tag but definitely a very worthy experience overall for a vacation.

Raffles Bali was the best decision we made when selecting a venue for our multi-day international wedding. The venue itself is incredible - clean/modern/zen with endless picturesque backdrops and dramatic views perfect for the ceremony and beyond. However, what really stood out was the world class service: * Debbie — the master coordinator - every detail and change was anticipated and handled promptly and in an organized manner. And trust me, there were changes up to the final hour of the wedding. * Chef G — head chef - pulled off the most impressive dinner service I’ve ever seen. I asked him to cook dishes he’s never done before, and he pulled it off better than the Michelin Stars in the bay area that inspired the dishes. He also iterated with us on the dishes until we got to the desired characteristics. What an artisan of the craft. * Aditya — head butler - made everything feel seamless and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making people’s lives better. * The bartending team was fantastic—keeping the energy high and everyone hydrated until the AMs. I sincerely hope ownership recognizes how exceptional this team is. If you’re considering Raffles Bali for a wedding or any milestone celebration—do it. You won’t find a better combination of heart, hospitality, and execution.

Firstly I am very appreciative for Yudi’s help over the past few days. His thoughtful and warm service made our holiday truly wonderful. Especially, allowing us a late check-out gave us plenty of time and space to rest before our flight. I will recommend this place to all my friends without hesitation! The restaurant Rumari was absolutely delicious. What's more, they designed an East-West-North-South paper game, which introduced the origin of the restaurant's name, the sources of ingredients, and the members of the chef team in a very fun way. The hotel offers breathtaking views, and every staff member was warm, kind, and courteous, providing the perfect ending to our Bali trip.

The fragrant coconut curry with tender seafood, the crispy satay grilled to perfection, and the sweet tropical fruit dessert that melted in the mouth—each bite was a wonderful surprise, leaving a lasting impression on our palates. Our room was like a private paradise hidden in the tropical scenery. The villas, scattered along the hillside, all boasted unobstructed views of Jimbaran Bay. As we pushed open the door, a private swimming pool and a lush garden came into sight immediately. The spacious room, covering an area of 490 square meters, combined the warm texture of solid wood furniture with the neat lines of modern design perfectly. Lying on the large bed facing the sea, we could watch the sunrise paint the sky in golden colors in the morning and listen to the gentle sound of waves at night, which made every moment feel peaceful and precious. What touched us most was the enthusiastic and thoughtful service of the staff. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with bright smiles and took the initiative to help with our luggage. They remembered our small habits—like preferring a cup of hot tea in the afternoon—and would quietly prepare it for us. Whenever we had questions about local attractions or travel plans, they would patiently give detailed suggestions and even help book tickets. Their sincere care made us feel at home, even in a foreign land. Without a doubt, Raffles Bali was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our entire Bali trip. The landscaping throughout the property is lush and beautifully maintained. Each villa is tucked away. Service at Raffles Bali is exceptional. Our butler and every staff member we came across was professional, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. The attention to detail and the numerous personalized touches were remarkable and made our stay special. The housekeeping is also first rate. I enjoyed the spa services so much that I visited the spa every day during our stay. Another highlight was the botanical tour, which was both educational and interesting. We enjoyed our meals at Rumari and Loloan. The atmosphere is relaxing, offer great views and the food was flavorful. We especially loved the small-bite à la carte breakfast and high tea in the library was a highlight. Raffles, Where to start. Potentially the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. From the welcoming in the lobby by the team and the hotel manager to the villa. Blown away! The property is in pristine condition and everything was excellent. We primarily ate at Loloan which was great. Amazing list of meats! The highlight of the trip was the people. Everyone was extremely kind and the best service we’ve ever received. Our personal butler Adit was extremely attentive. No ask was too big and he was more than happy to take our baby for a stroll when she wanted a nap. The service staff in the breakfast restaurant and Loloan was also incredible and made us feel very welcome. Our 15 month old baby loved them all as they were happy to walk around and play with her :-). Can’t recommend the resort highly enough and we will for sure be back.

It’s our second stay at Raffles Bali which continued to offer an exceptional experience, highlighted by personalised activities and dining. The staff's dedication to anticipating our needs from reservation time to the departure time at the airport (with VIP departure service at the airport till just before going to immigration) totally providing personalised service, which elevated the stay to a truly unforgettable level. I could say all staff in the resort are well trained and passionate to the guests. Raffles Bali offers a luxurious and tranquil escape with spacious, private villas and exceptional dining experiences. Same as our last summer stay, our villa had lush garden and spacious outdoor area, ocean view, and spacious private pool, along with attentive service from dedicated butler. The resort's restaurants, particularly Rumari, this fine-dining restaurant is known for its authentic Southeast Asian cuisine, crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and presented in a contemporary style. We did enjoy the breakfast and dinner with high quality of food eg tasty with good food presentation and also services provided especially Widya who served us again for our dinner time. We were lucky to meet Chef Gaetan again and had a long chat about the upcoming plan of the restaurants too. We would like to specially thank you to our personal butler Thomson (we requested him as our butler again) who is renowned for his exceptional, passionate service, exceeding expectations to create unforgettable experiences for us. He specially arranged activities for our children e.g. pizza making in the restaurant, bracelet making and personal painting class at our villa and also our yoga class every morning and spa experience. He was anticipating our needs and crafting personalised moments with genuine sincerity and warmth. Its location is closed to the airport, which is good to be our last stop at Bali before departure. We would definitely do the same for our next visit to Bali.

I have spent a lovely stay at Raffles Bali this summer, full of memorable experiences. Let me start with the estate, a vast manicured garden very well kept, filled with various species. My only negative comment is that it feels a little bit too “man made”, may be time will help to give it a more natural patina. Also, at some places the view is spoiled by an ugly 8 floors building under construction for a coming Marriott. I do really not understand how Indonesian government or local Balinese authorities could have approved such an irresponsible construction, like an ugly scar destroying the beauty of the Jimbaran coast, both when seen from inland or from the sea. Hopefully the owners of Raffles Bali will appoint a landscaper to find some ways to hide this wound by planting high grown trees or palms. My “Ocean Villa” is spacious, clean and well equipped, with a private pool overlooking the Jimbaran bay, giving me the opportunity to admire sunset every day. The hotel has 2 restaurants, with a special mention to the one named Rumari, serving top-notch fusion cuisine imagined by Chef Gaëtan, focusing on local ingredients. I cannot help but had dinner at this restaurant 3 nights out of 5 during my stay. To note also the excellent breakfasts served in the same restaurant, with every day a different specialty proposed by the Chef to taste. Even if I do prefer “buffet style” breakfast, at the end of the day I do believe that the “à la carte” formula is more sustainable. The hotel does propose a wide range of activities, I’ve participated to 5 of them - including the spa - and all had left me with unforgettable souvenirs - especially the “release of baby turtles to the sea” and the “mocktails lesson”. All in all this is one among my best hotel stays during my over 20 years travel around the world. Unfortunately it is probably the first and last time I stay at Raffles Bali. This beautiful island, with adorable inhabitants (the nicest people I have ever met anywhere else), has becoming unfortunately a touristic nightmare with congested traffic everywhere. I have made a plan to (re)visit many many places which left me with beautiful memories when I visited Bali the first time 25 years ago, but was obliged this time to cancel almost all of them due to unbearable traffic jams.

The days spent at the hotel were the most comfortable part of our trip to Bali. The rooms were spacious villas with ocean views and even a glimpse of the airport. The hotel’s two restaurants also served amazing food. Throughout our stay, we were well taken care of by our butler, Yudi, we were greeted with a bouquet of roses and a celebration cake. Noticing my love for coffee, they even gifted me some coffee beans. I’m so glad we chose this place for our honeymoon.

This is my third time at this beautiful property, and each visit has exceeded my expectations in terms of service quality. I would like to extend my special gratitude to the chefs, who go above and beyond to cater to our tastes. The cleaning service is exceptional, and I am particularly thankful to the hotel management and the butler team for ensuring a stay filled with satisfaction.

The reason I am taking the time to write this is that it seems completely inappropriate to me that Raffles does not make this disclosure themselves: The hotel is suffering from two ongoing construction sites that engulf the property now from 2 directions. They are an eyesore - cranes, construction crews, dust, etc. But even worse, they are very noisy and create a sense of taking a 'vacation' inside a construction noise. Wherever you walk on the property, whenever you do so, if you are in your own villa (and many times even if the doors and windows are completely shut) - there's noise: metal hitting metal, massive hammers coming down, concrete being poured. It's there and it doesn't stop. There are no good labor laws in Bali as well - the noise continued many times into the night up to midnight (at some point we fell asleep...) and were there early morning. Now I understand Raffles can't do much about it, and the GM and team were nice and smiling and offered compensation, but our vacation was just ruined. The decent thing to do would be to not operate this luxury resort under these appalling conditions. The second best thing to do is to simply and fairly disclose it - so people who care will make up their own mind. But ignoring it and then trying to 'compensate' is disingenuous and not a fair trade. Good luck to all visitors from this point on. I wish I was forewarned myself.

We had an utterly perfect 2 night stay in the spacious and superbly appointed, very private 2-bedroom Presidential Villa. The staff were beautifully gracious and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our in-villa private seafood BBQ experience, and experienced many, many thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The a-la-carte breakfast is up there with the best we have experienced, with the servings tasting-sized, allowing you to try several dishes. The 60degC duck egg on avo toast, mini waffles and crepes were highlights. The spa therapists were very skilled and the gym well-appointed. We were already trying to plan to revisit before we had even left. Hard recommend

Raffles Bali is an exquisite luxury hotel hotel experience where you are lavished by delightful service, delicious food and outstanding Villas immersed in fine Balinese hospitality . Nothing is too much trouble. The attention to detail and level of service is as good as it gets worldwide; it’s first class. We were spoilt having the President’s Villa for our family of 5 with a large infinity pool. Highlights were the Asian BBQ dinner party cooked at our Villa with live music and a table beautifully set with personalised menus under the stars. The Spa, Yoga and the gym were all enjoyed during our stay. Bella our butler was brilliant and looked after us with great skill. The resort is very exclusive and of the best Raffles standard. The signature Bali Writers Bar was also enjoyed with a Bali Singapore Sling! We appreciate the X7 transfers included in the stay. We highly recommend Bali Raffles. The resort is located in Jimbaran area and offer direct view of the airport and beautiful sunset that could be seen from the lobby area and most of the villas. Check in was done by the butler who will take charge of each guest during their stay. It was very easy to contact the butler via chat and all my request during the stay was replied within minutes by the butler. The villa is not too big compared to many other luxury villas I tried in Bali, it is more the size of one bedroom suite but with spacious outdoor area. The view from the villa is the best as it face the sunset. The infinity pool and outdoor area was perfect for relaxing during the evening but can be very hot during the day The bed was comfortable and quite large. Bathroom area has both shower and bathtub with plenty of amenities that are refreshed by the housekeeping during morning service and turndown service. The staff also provide some snack and drink during the evening turndown service. Breakfast was served in the Rumari and they used ala carte concept for the breakfast. The choice are very extensive and all taste excellent. They served the food in small portions so the guests can try more items in the menu. The resort area itself is quite hilly but the hotel has buggy that can take guest from lobby to the beach area below. The beach is quite small so it may not be suitable for someone who like to play in the beach but they have pool area that is not crowded during my visit there. Overall this hotel offer one of the best experience in Bali and I would definitely return here again in the future
