Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Personal war extrem freundlich und flexibel. Wir konnten spätes Check-out und alles nach unseren Wünschen beantragen. Extrem offene und herzliche Menschen. Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen auf der Dachterrasse. Nur zu empfehlen. Sehr lecker! Genauso wie das Frühstücks Buffet war super. Die Akropolis sieht man von weitem auch.
Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral und für Frauen am Abend nicht die beste Gegend. Die glutenfreie Optionen beim Frühstück sind ausbaufähig.

Le petit déjeuner est répétitif, petit et ne laisse pas grand choix. Un effort devrait être fait dessus pour proposer plus de choix qualitatif.

Sa situation à 5 mn à pied de la station de métro Ano Patissio. L’accès à la piscine au 9 ème étage, avec une vue époustouflante à 360 degrés sur Athènes. Le fait de devoir obligatoirement réserver un créneau horaire pour disposer de sunbeds, ce qui évite des occupations anarchiques...... Un verre de bienvenue offert. Le petit déjeuner est également exceptionnel, varié et copieux.

Segnalato un malfunzionamento del lavello al mattino, alla sera era sistemato. Grazie. Si è a 20-30 minuti dal centro tramite metro. Vicino avete un supermercato. Zona abbastanza tranquilla. Wifi funzionante. Colazione molto assortita più sul continentale che sul dolce.

The atmosphere is chill and most of the guests are cool people. Rooms are very nicely designed and the balcony in one of the superior rooms is just wow. Staff is very pleasant and helpfull and service is good.
Location is not in a walking distance from the center of the city.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, and made us feel at home. The service was excellent, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nothing five-star about the place. Location doesn't matter as it's up to the customer to research this, however the hotel itself and its amenities are not up to 5-star standard by any stretch. The rooms are fine, clean and comfortable but not very big or luxurious. The balcony has no view to speak of and is just a concrete slab with two chairs (no plants or decoration). The food is very basic and low effort (think Hotel Ibis...). The hotel justifies this by describing it as "light dining" rather than having an official restaurant. But the issue is not the size of the dishes, it's the total lack of inspiration and mediocre, large chain motel quality. It's like they want their guests to go elsewhere to eat. Drinks at the bar are served in plastic cups even when the pool area is closed. The pool and gym are very small for a 9-storey hotel, also they are nowhere near each other (gym is in basement yet pool is on roof). The lift was out of order for much of our stay, forcing us to use the service lift, which often had a trolley full of dirty plates in it or dirty laundry. To be frank, the whole building and the layout of each floor is too small and cramped to try to be a hotel, especially a high-end one. The owners should consider changing premises or charging much, much less for what they offer currently.

Das Zimmer mit großer Terrasse bot leider nur einen Blick auf Wohngebäude im Hinterhof.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Der elegante Stil setzt sich in den Zimmern fort. Unsere Zimmer hatten alle einen großen Balkon. Die Betten waren bequem mit zwei unterschiedlichen Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Der Fernseher war riesig, doch es gab nur wenige Programme in deutsch. Das Bad war gut und funktional gestaltet, nur eine Handtuchstange fehlte. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Kaffee gab es aus einem Vollautomaten in allen Variationen. Das Frühstück konnte man drinnen, im Wintergarten und draußen im Gartenhof einnehmen. Die Dachterrasse bot sowohl einen kleinen Pool, ein Bar-Restaurant sowie einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt inklusive Akropolis. Die nächste Metrostation (Ano Patissia) sowie Bushaltestellen sind in ganz nah.
Ein öffentlich-rechtlicher Fernsehsender in deutscher Sprache wäre nett, aber hat nicht wirklich gefehlt.

The shower leaked out into the bathroom but hopefully that will be rectified now.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The hotel was very nice and the stuff was great and very helpful. The rooms are big and very modern, the rooftop in the evening looked amazing. The location of the hotel is very good as well!
The breakfast was really bad. The verity of the food was very dull, the coffee was bad and some of the trays with the food were empty every morning when we came to have breakfast. I was expecting much more from this level of hote.l

La TV si bien prendía, no funcionaba para ver algo, no se veía cable y tampoco tenía para ver Netflix y otras aplicaciones.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Indifferent staff - you exit and greet them, they don't even lift their eyes off the computer screen. Same when you are entering. Weird.
The sink in the bathroom is obviously clogged, it takes minutes to empty, it's impossible to brush your teeth or wash your face because it gets filled up quickly and you spray yourself with dirty water. Crazy. The shower leaks, half my room was web after the first morning.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Grande chambre avec bon lit. Belle salle de bain avec douche jacuzzi. Bon petit déjeûner. Belle vue du bar au dernier étage.
La robinetterie à la salle de bain montre des faiblesses. Le levier de commande de la douche se détache facilement. Parking au garage requiert l'usage d'un ascenseur pour voitures. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier aux rues bruyantes, mais le bruit ne s'entend pas de notre chambre.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The location is probably the best location in Athens, 15minutes to central Athens and 2minutes to ano pattisa, lovely staff, Facilities are great, staff are friendly and really accommodating.
Air conditioning wasn't working but think it was just technical. Otherwise all good!

The shower cubicle wasn't watertight enough, and when we had a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded; the water even spilled out of the bathroom.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Absolutely everything. The location suited us as it was close to our family. The breakfast was very good, and it was great to be able to sit either inside or in the lovely garden. The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool are fabulous as are the amazing views! And the staff were friendly and helpful.

Showers - concept is good, but poor quality shower materials lead to leaking, wild spraying. Breakfast - a lot of choice, but not made with "love": coffee is from a ready-made version and tastes terrible, the same quiche that is cold every day,
