La habitación, el tamaño era el adecuado.

Fue difícil de encontrar, ya que al buscar la dirección o el nombre del alojamiento en diversas aplicaciones, no nos aparecía.

This hotel was really 5*. The location was perfect. Close to Bell tower. No need to call Didi. :) Close to Muslim quarter too. Near the hotel there are many small restaurants, pharmacies, stores. It close to many interesting locations. The staff was helpful and nice. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Everything was clean and tidy. We loved tea time in the afternoon but also fell in love little pre night soups. Real value for money

Nothing. Everything was ok. Maybe the fact that the lighting in the hotel common area was not that bright. If it was not that dark maybe it would’ve been even more nicer.

The staff went above and beyond to help when I was not feeling well and had to be taken to the nearby hospital. The in-house nurses were a HUGE bonus and they were highly empathetic - absolutely exceptional service from both nurses. They were there when we needed them most to translate with the doctor, other 5 star hotels in China did not have in-house nurses so we were very lucky to have had them there to help my family and I. Thank you very much Eastern House! Robots bringing midnight soup to soothe the soul was a great customer touch The room had great natural lighting Hotel itself felt modern Breakfast was just about enough for variety and quantity The staff was highly responsive to organising tours

Staff very friendly and always smiling. Hotel thinks of little things which i have not seen in other hotels like showing weather over next few days, providing a phone charger for use and complimentary afternoon tea which i did not have. Water bottles also located in corridors for visitors which was nice.

Not much i didn’t like really other than room had a paint like smell but was told this was due to maintenance and they provided another room quickly.

Difficoltà a trovare la posizione dell'hotel

La posizione era buona, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente i servizi di lavanderia gratuito e il servizio del the al pomeriggio. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

La struttura è un po troppo buia e alcuni elementi dell arredo sono un po rovinati. Non dà l’impressione di una struttura premium. Però il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

Camera molto spaziosa, luminosa, pulita con ogni confort. Colazione internazionale buona e abbondante, pochi dolci e tanto salato. Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi da Bell Tower e Metro line 2. Frigo con acqua sempre a disposizione

Strada rumorosa, vetri poco insonorizzati, al piano 9 si sentono auto fino tarda notte

Excellent breakfast, exceeded my expectations. Location is superb with loads of dining options, also it is inside the old city and loads of quirky shops and cafes. Muslim quarter is nearby too. Do take into account that in China these quarters are not what would you expect.

Gym is from 8:30 only, kinda too late in the day.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The laundry rooms on two floors were very handy and much appreciated. Loved the water in the fridge by the lifts on every floor. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and the coffee was delicious. The location was good too.

Nothing really although I would have appreciated a little more equipment in the gym. And a toilet near the gym would be great.

Das Hotel liegt quasi im Zentrum der Stadt und umgeben von Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fußweite. Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker mit vielen chinesischen und europäischen Angeboten. Zimmer super sauber. Personal sehr höflich.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nur der Zugang zur Dusche über die Toilette :-) Bei 4 Personen - wir sind mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern gereist - war es etwas unbequem :-)

Amazing location (so very close to many key tourist spots), rooms are a good size, staff are very helpful, the laundry facilities (with incorporated detergent & fabric conditioner), constant flow of bottled water in our room, the cleanliness of the room.

The toilet often wouldn’t flush paper, took 2-3 times for it to go, the water pressure wasn’t amazing, although the room was good, some of the finishes let it down (toilet door had a big gap at the top, but appeared flush at the bottom) & weren’t so keen on the breakfast, plenty of choice but not to our liking.

Exceptional service – exceeded all our expectations We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The level of service exceeded all our expectations, and the staff could not have been more helpful. A very special thank you to Anna at the reception, who was exceptional. She arranged a private driver for our visit to the Terracotta Army, including the return journey and waiting time, and also helped us purchase the entrance tickets. Everything was organised quickly and perfectly, which made our visit to Xi’an completely stress-free. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. What really made this hotel stand out, however, was the outstanding service and the genuine willingness of the staff to help their guests. We felt extremely well looked after throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Anna, and the whole team!

편안하고 좋았습니다! 트리플룸인게 너무 좋았어요! 조용하고 주변에 식당들도 여러개 있고 택시타기도 수월해서 좋았어요!! 조식도 에프터눈티도 좋았습니다!

화장실이 침실과 분리되어 있지만 유리문으로 위가 뚤린 구조라 조금 불편했습니다.

La pulizia

The hotel is ideally located in the inner-city wall, which makes it only a 20min walk to the muslim quarter and other popular areas. It is well decorated, rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast was very pleasant with lots of option, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Some of the room features could feel a bit outdated, but still very comfortable so no worries there !

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Ceci n’est pas normal pour un établissement recevant autant d’étrangers.

El hotel es muy elegante, el servicio / atención muy bueno. La ubicación estupenda, muy cerca del barrio musulmán y de las dos torres. Caminando menos de media hora está una de las entradas a la muralla. Buen desayuno y restaurante muy acogedor, sin duda ha influido en que nuestra estancia en Xian haya sido fantástica Las fotos que comparto no son del hotel, pero estaba aparcado en la puerta...

Posizione super, centro raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. In ogni piano c’è un frigo con bottiglie di acqua gratis. Il pomeriggio offrono caffè/ tè con biscotti e frutta. La colazione è molto buona anche se prevalentemente salata.

La sala colazione è piccola: non ci sono tavoli per tutti e occorre attendere che si liberino. Troppa fila per gli ascensori

Very comfortable room with a view, delicious breakfast with Asian and Western options, very friendly and attentive staff and modern facilities. The best hotel we've stayed in in China, with really good service at a good price.

Everything was fine.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast and afternoon tea and centrally located. Very good value for money. Fred water was a nice touch. Nice staff.

Struttura elegante in un quartiere carino e vivace di Xi'an. Si raggiunge il centro (anche le fantastiche mura) a piedi. Staff molto cordiale, con una ragazza che parlava un ottimo italiano (voto portato da 9.5 a 10 per questo motivo e per aver ottenuto il check-in anticipato) Molto buona la colazione. Camera ampia, ben fornita e con locali separati. Tè e dolci offerti nel pomeriggio, anche se non abbiamo avuto modo di testare il servizio. Acqua fresca disponibile gratuitamente e senza limiti.

Niente in particolare. Una nota: come spesso accade in Cina, il WiFi non permette di accedere, se non lentamente e a tratti, alle classiche App occidentali. Difficile per Didi e Amap identificare l'ingresso dell'hotel, perchè ha cambiato nome.

Le petit dejeuner est varié mais la qualité des produits (surtout sucrés) est décevante. Et les chambres étaient un peu sombre

Excelente ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno, las habitaciones eran muy amplias y estaba súper limpio, y el personal era muy amable y estaba siempre solicitó lo que le pedías, y además el personal hablaba inglés.

Estuvo todo genial por poner una pequeña pega había poca luz en el baño.

Malgrado un disguido non da poco lo staff si è fatto in 4 per scusarsi compresa una lettera scritta a mano in italiano. I disguidi possono anche capitare, dipende poi come viene gestito e loro lo hanno gestito alla grande

The hotel is quite old and you can feel it at every step. Sometimes it is not at all pleasant to be in the hotel despite the efforts of the staff.

La receptionist Anna è stata bravissima. Oltre a parlare bene in italiano è stata molto professionale e gentile, ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e ci ha sempre aiutato. Questo ha resto perfetto il nostro soggiorno. Colazione e tea del pomeriggio ottimi. Hotel Consigliatissimo

La colazione spettacolare, tanta varietà per noi occidentali e sopratutto la qualità del cibo eccellente! Disponibilità di acqua gratuite, ci sono dei frigoriferi per i corridoi che forniscono acqua in bottiglie! Estremamente comodo prima di in escursione o al ritorno da una passeggiata!

La mancanza di una macchinetta tipo Nespresso in camera 😅

Bardzo dobry hotel blisko dzielnicy muzułmańskiej i murów X'ian. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne. Śniadania urozmaicone, z opcją kontynentalną.

Niestety można byłoby poprawić obsługę recepcji. Część pracowników niezbyt przyjazna- na szczęście doświadczyliśmy tego dopiero przy wymeldowaniu, co nie popsuło całego pobytu.

La stanza moderna ed elegante. Completa di ogni confort. Gli addrtti alla reception sono professionali e sanno parlare in inglese. La colazione molto buona. Posizione perfetta.

Bellissimo hotel, con servizi veramente di alto livello rispetto anche al prezzo pagato. Posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere la torre del tamburo ed il quartiere mussulmano con una breve passeggiata. La stanza da quattro ha due letti singoli larghi e un divano letto matrimoniale. Ci abbiamo dormito tre notti e non abbiamo avuto problemi di schiena. Ci siamo goduti l’afternoon tea e utilizzato le lavatrici a disposizione. Spoiler: al 6 piano la sala laundry è più fornita di quella all’8 e le asciugatrici sono più veloci.

Nulla. Segnalo che nella prenotazione del taxi dalla stazione all’hotel inserendo l’indirizzo in cinese, ricevuto via messaggio dall’hotel stesso, il didi si è fermato una via più in là e abbiamo dovuto trovarci l’hotel da soli.

Excelente decoração. Serviço de chá à tarde muito agradável. A funcionária Anna da recepção foi excelente no apoio à nossa saída, disponibilizando-se para ajudar nos vários processos. Excelente localização, próximo de várias atrações a pé.

We spent 2 weeks in China and stayed in different hotels and Eastern House was one of the best! Staff was available all the time and Anna, in particular, was super kind. Rooms are clean, the service is excellent and breakfast was incredible!

El desayuno es muy bueno y tienen un servicio a las 14:30-17h , un snack, en que puedes tomar un té o café con pastas y otros alimentos. Muy agradable los espacios del desayuno, recepción, etc. Una decoración con gusto y una buena habitación

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location within the city walls and close to Bell Tower and Muslim quarter. Staff are friendly and offer a professional service. We appreciated the free refrigerated water and laundry service, as well as other services they offer. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and offered all amenities - slippers, robes, kettle and toiletries. It was a great place to stay

- camera curata, spatioasa - personal amabil, domnisoara Ana ne-a oferit un mic cadou la sfarsit si ne-a multumit pentru alegerea facuta - baie spatioasa, curata, - am apreciat in mod deosebit faptul ca prosoapele de baie mari, au fost foarte curate, fara urme de uzura, ambalate mereu in pungi sigilate. - mancarea buna si diversificata la micul dejun - hotelul se afla la o plimbare pe jos de poarta sudica a zidului ce inconjoara orasul vechi, precum si de cartierul musulman si turnurile cu clopot si cu tobe din centru. - zona este amimata si placuta pentru o plimbare seara

- priveliștea din camera. Ferestrele dadeau catre niste balcoane ale blocurilor din jur. Nu ne-a deranjat foarte tare caci nu am avut timp sa petrecem prea mult in camera, privind ferestrele. Am avut perdele groase ce opturau lumina noaptea.

Ottima esperienza a Xi’an. L’hotel si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, vicinissima al centro e alle principali attrazioni, perfetta per visitare la città anche con poco tempo a disposizione. Una coccola particolarmente gradita è stata l’afternoon tea, un momento piacevole e curato che aggiunge qualcosa in più al soggiorno. Lo staff è molto cortese, disponibile e attento; una nota simpatica è che alcuni membri del personale conoscono anche qualche frase in italiano, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Camere e ambienti confortevoli e, nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole. Nel complesso hotel assolutamente consigliato per posizione, servizio e accoglienza.

Struttura situata molto vicino alla zona centrale di Xi’an, a 15 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la via dello street food. Non rumorosa e il servizio di lavanderia gratutito molto utile e comodo.

This hotel has a fantastic location inside the city walls, within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the Bell Tower and close to many restaurants and services. The staff is very courteous, and we really enjoyed the extra perks like complimentary afternoon tea and free water throughout our stay. They were also incredibly helpful by allowing us to ship a suitcase to our next hotel. Highly recommended!

This place is modern, stylish and just wonderful service in every level. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer. Mxxx

Instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas (también tienen gimnasio y lavadoras gratuitas). Muy buena ubicación, cerca del barrio musulmán y varias atracciones turísticas. Desayuno disponible tipo buffet bueno. Servicio de limpieza impecable, hasta nos dejaron unas mascarillas faciales. Repetiriamos sin duda!
