الموقع ممتاز بجانب السوق وقربه من كل شي،موظفين الاستقبال لطيفين وخدومين ، الفطور ممتاز ،موظفين المطعم طيبين جداً وخدومين يستقبلونك بايتسامة وود ، الجناح كبير ومريح ، التكييف ممتاز وبارد .

الحمام حجمه جيد وكبير يحتاج الى تجديد فقط ، المغسل صغير جداً يصلح للاطقال فقط .

Rooms were modern

The bathrooms weren’t the best. Water went everywhere

Breakfast area and options were nice, deco was also nice. I had dinner one night in hotel and the quality was good. Room itself was okay hardwood floors showed dust very easily. I was lucky not many people were walking up and down the corridor.

I did not like that swimming pool was in a different building without being easy and obvious how to access. It also felt like it was more public pool for a different complex, and rather empty without any staff. Also be prepared your card will be blocked for the full rate plus extra for each day my case 100 chf extra.

Sooo einiges: - 25.- Parkgebühr lächerlich - 4 Sterne Hotel aber TV 20 Jahre alt NO-GO - Klimaanlage SEHR laut + kann man nicht steuern oder abschalten, selbst wenn man Karte rauszieht, dass das ganze Zimmer keinen Strom mehr hat - das schlimmste, extrem hoher Pipston von der Klimaanlage, extrem stressig, konnte man nichts dagegen machen - einige Mitarbeiter unfreundlich: zb fragte ich den Mann an der Bar wo die Toilette sei, er antwortet nur auf englisch: down ...andere Mitarbeiter beklagten sich über ihre Arbeitskollegen - Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht - Fühlt sich nicht nach einem 4 Sterne Restaurant an Komme garantiert nie wieder.

Staff and food service was very good. Pool availability poor and inconvenieent.Surprisingly good.

I stayed at this hotel for over 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff was exceptional throughout my stay. Whenever we had a couple of minor issues with our room, they responded promptly and were always attentive and eager to help. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing a hotel, and this property exceeded my expectations. The room and common areas were consistently spotless. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the pillows, which I also mentioned during check-out. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place in a prime location.

Location, Ambience, staff, cleanliness.

Glass shower Wall right infront of toilet entry door, caught myself twice getting up in the night to use the toilet! Not being able to control the A/C Fan Speed, the Noise kept me awake at times during the night

For what this hotel is (basic business hotel), its great. Clean, quiet, spacious room, nice breakfast.

Good location and room very clean and comfortable Team were extremely helpful, pleasant and kind, when I had a late booking and I needed to move from a sister hotel down to an error on my part.

This is one of the most comfortable rooms Ive stayed. Lovely facilities bright and sunny. Beautiful hotel walking distance to the waterfront and old town

Everything was perfect

I stayed here whilst in Zug on business. Check-in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very polite, friendly and cheery. The room I was given was very nice. It was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding felt soft and was comfortable. The sofa was a nice touch and made relaxing after a day of meetings a bit more comfortable. Breakfast was food with a good selection of juices, cereals, hot items and other options. I could not fault the room, staff or breakfast, everything was great. My stay was good and I’d happily stay here again when next in Zug.

Pour un 4 étoiles on vous demande un peu trop le no de votre chambre lors du petit déjeuner. Une meilleure répartition des tâches éviterais une organisation peu structurée. Sauna vraiment très petit.

De bar, ik kom al jaren in het Parkhotel en vroeger hadden ze een hele knusse leuke bar. Weliswaar kon je er roken maar de bar was top! Helaas hebben zij deze afgebroken en een moderne kille bar in de hal geplaatst!

Keine Kaffeemaschine Bad eher älterer Natur (gibt wohl auch renovierte Zimmer) Ganz schlechte Beleuchtung Abends (tagsüber aber durch große Fenster schönes Licht)

Fijne locatie in de buurt van station Zug. Goed ontbijt, avondeten en vriendelijk personeel.

De kamer was erg ouderwets en leek totaal niet op de geadverteerde kamers.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war top sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein 4-Sterne Hotel etwas mager. (Auswahl und Angebot und schlecht nachgefüllt)

Das Lobby, das Restaurant, das Personal, unser Zimmer.

Das Pool und Sauna ohne Bedienung in der andere Gebäude war sehr unpraktisch und nicht klar erklärt wie man es findet. Die Sauna bei der Pool hatte keine Anleitung zum einschalten. Nicht praktisch, dass man in andere Gebäude über draussen im Winter gehen muss. Bademantel haben wir nicht gefunden - sollte es man auf dem Empfang nach Anfrage bekommen?

Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam! Absolut Top!

die Lage zum Zentrum ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. das Frühstück ist perfekt.

Die Betten sind sehr schmal und die Bettdecke viel zu klein. Wir mussten uns eine zweite bringen lassen. Die Parkgebühren sind mit 25 CHF sehr hoch. Um das Hotel herum keine alternativen Parkmöglichkeiten.

قاموا بسحب من البطاقه 450 فرنك بعد خروجي من الفندق وقضاء كامل المده ولم يعدوها الي ولم يرجعوا ايضاً 200 فرانك حق ضمان الغرفه وأطالبهم كل اليالي لعدم وجود مكيف عطلان وعدم أمانتهم معنا

Sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer mit Terrasse. Sehr sauber und Parkettböden. Grosse Tiefgarage mit guter Ein-und Ausfahrt. Auch für grosse PW geeignet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ziemlich zentral.

Wünschenswert wäre Dusche statt Badewanne (Ein-und Ausstieg).

Exceptionaly friendly at the reception and at the restaurants. I remember Lisa came to specifically asked me if all was ok just before my colleague/son Ockert Loubser left.

It would difficult to say anything specific but the bar areas and the areas in the lounge is a bit to close to each other which makes it difficult to meet guests and discuss some business. But it was no real catastrophe, we ended up taking lunch to escape the noise.

Eieren bij het ontbijt leken precies gebakken aardappelschijfjes. Jammer want de rest was tip top.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station, and it has a wonderful on-site restaurant.
